Will not charge and excellent customer service. When I first received the chargers they both worked very well. Within a few days of receiving they both stopped working, it didn’t matter if the cases were on or off the phones. Very disappointing. With all that said the seller reached out to me. We had a great conversation and I am satisfied with the outcome.
Simple to Use, Does the Job! I recently received an iPhone 13 for work and it came with one charging cable. I wanted to get an additional cable so I went online and found these. A 20% discount plus an online coupon brought the price of these down to less than $10 per cable. At that price, I couldn't resist! The cable that came with my phone is connected to my computer for charging and syncing, but my phone spends most of its time either on the kitchen counter or my bedroom nightstand, so that's where I put these chargers. I used a USB wall adapter for the one in the kitchen, and plugged the one in my bedroom into a USB port on my alarm clock. If there's a difference in charging times due to different voltages or anything, I can't tell. I have "mag-compatible" cases for both of my iPhones, and the chargers work perfectly with them. There are many things to like about these chargers. I can't tell you how many charging cables I've ruined over the years from pulling them out over and over. These wireless chargers charge by laying your phone on them. My computer is in my home office, so it's nice to have chargers on the kitchen bar and in the bedroom. At night, I can just lay the phone on top of the charger and when I wake up, it's 100% charged! The one in the kitchen is also convenient for guests or our kids to use. I like that a lot better than having people plugging their phones into my work computer. I am planning to use these when I travel as well. I have read about USB ports in airports and hotels being compromised and being able to steal your data, so what's great about these is because they charge wirelessly, there is no chance of getting your data stolen. I haven't owned these for longs so I can't speak to how long they last, but I've been using them every day for a month and based on that I'm planning on buying two more for additional locations.

makes my phone hot sometimes. makes my phone hot sometimes, even triggered a note that said charging will resume when the temperature comes down. this only happened 1 time so far ( in a week of ownership) lets hope its not a problem. other than that it seems to be working fine. i have an iphone 12 pro running ios 16.4.1
Best charger I have had! This product is great! It charges my phone and airpods very quickly (I have an iPhone 14, and normal airpods), quicker than any other charger I have had in the past. The charger has a nice, clean look about it so I can put it anywhere in my house, bedroom, or car and it still looks nice. I love that the charger comes with an adaptor so it works with a wider variety of charging blocks, which is especially handy considering most chargers do not have this feature. The product did not come damaged at all, and both chargers work excellently. I have had the chargers for about a month now, and they are still in great condition, and I don’t see any signs that the quality will decline in any way. This is a great product and I absolutely recommend it! I will definitely buy more of these chargers!
Slight breakage at the connect point between cable and magsafe. Solid product use both everyday. Slight tearing but still works, sometimes gets too hot.

Anker 45w IQ qual charger killed one. Updated 3/24/2023 Not sure if it was a bad bad batch but now the sleeve has started randomly disconnecting from the coil nothing a quick electric tape wrap wont fix but knocks this down to 3 stars squarely I over all really like this product I've bought it twice once for my parents so we could stop needing to constantly replace lightning cables and a second time for myself. I've had overall positive experiences except for when I plugged it into a 45w anker iq gand charge (dual type 2) it appears to have fried one of these guys completely I can't find any mention of a upper limit on the charger capacity but it most certainly isn't providing power any more. if it wasn't for that I'd be giving it a much higher rating.
Great idea but ... ... the charge is pretty s-l-o-w. I even purchased a mag phone case after I bought the charger thinking it would help, but no luck. It's the charger. I don't know if this is true of all mag chargers. I suggest looking around.

For the price, not bad. My only complaint is the strength of the magnet. It is not enough to hold on through my Otterbox case. It charges fine through it but I would have trouble using my phone whiles it's charging.
