I have purchased at least 6 of these. They look cool and work great. WE are Pennstate University fans and the paw print lighting up look like a Nittany Lion paw. The battery charges easily and it works great. The paw print shows how much battery power you have and its large. VERY convenient! No more guessing or looking for little tiny lights. The flash light has cone in handy as well. It looks cool and it works great. It not too heavy so it doesn’t weigh down my purse. I can shove it in my pocket along side my cellphone too! IT charges my cellphone from dead at least twice. I have sent them as gifts to my sister and brother in law after they loved mine thinking the blue with the white or blue paw print was PSU related. and they LOVE them . Sent them as gifts to my best friend and her husband too! They love them. I bought 2 for myself. I like having back ups. I plan to buy more especially for our family who are PSU fans and alumni. ! LOVE THEM !

Lots of charges before needing to recharge. Love this portable charger. I get multiple charges of my devices before needing to recharge this. It uses the included usb c chord to charge itself which is convenient as I have many of those cords now with so many of my other devices using the same. It has two usb ports to charge two things at once which is super convenient with a family of five but also convenient for just one person with multiple items to charge. I can charge my phone and my vape at the same time and even use the included charge cord to charge some of my items from this. It is slightly smaller than my iPhone 13 Pro which is convenient for putting in your pocket or not take take up much room in a small purse. It also comes with a mesh sleeve to keep it and any cords in and the paw print charge level indicator is pretty adorable.

Use it for my VR Headset! Hello, so I have been using this specifically for powering my VR headset which is the Occulus (Meta) Quest 2 along with a short C to C cable. I have it strapped to the back of my Gearhead Strap (Which is a freely available strap you can 3d print yourself as I have.) It has been working great so far! As you may or may not know the battery for the quest 2 is 3640mAh so this 10,000mAh pack should give you theoretically 3.75x the battery life when used! (Internal Battery + This Pack is 13,640 mAh.) Although that isn't going to be the case as the rating for this like all power banks is going to be the battery size specifically and not the unusable output capacity... Sadly in life there is losses in the battery pack while providing power and losses in the headset while consuming it. So it's much more realistic to get 3 to 3.2x the battery life over the original internal battery alone with this... But still that is pretty nice especially given the very slim and light profile of this pack. It really is perfect to put in a pocket or such while still having a lot of power potential, even if that may not be my use. Anyways I am a big guy so maybe for other people it might be more of a problem but I don't even notice its weight on my headset either. It too has a decently bright built in flashlight per battery pack standard these days. Now the things I don't like. The paw print is a cute design. But it is very hard to gauge how much battery you have left using it. It is very diffused and even when almost dead it might still look half full because of this. Had it die mid game a couple of times making that mistake. A simple light bar would of been better. (As a note by the way it is best to try and not discharge Lithium batteries like this and in phones and the Quest below 10-15% capacity for the best long term battery life. Just worth mentioning. And this makes the hard to read indicator lights all the more frustrating...) Now the other thing I don't like but others may... When the pack is having power drawn the indicator lights on the paw stay lit up continuously. They look nice, but to me that just means wasted power (even if small) running lights and associated circuitry instead of charging my thing(s.) And a potential nuisance light if you are trying to charge at night in a dark room, tent, car or such. I really think it should stay on for a few seconds and shut off. But again, others might like the ascetic of it so that is big personal taste. In conclusion though the pack really is a great little pack with a small footprint and big capacity that except for it's frustrating indicator lights makes for great supplimental power supply/charger for many USB devices. Specifically at the price it is too. Hopefully this review is helpful, and thanks for reading!

Wonderful Customer Service after a slight issue. I'm upgrading my review from 3 to 5 starts today bc of the amazing customer service I received afer notifying the vendor I was having the problem (original review follows) with charging the device. They contacted me, gave me some troubleshooting suggestions, asked a couple of questions and when it was evident the item was defective, they sent me a new one right away! The new one works perfectly and I won't worry about anything going wrong because they even extended my warranty. My take away.. No risk, good product, excellent willingness by the seller to satisfy customer! " I received the orange one, very nice build and feels sturdy. I unpacked and noticed the paw print was 80% lit which meant it was nearly fully charged. I used the icluded cord to plug into wall adapter and after several hours, the 5th part of the paw is still blinking instead of finally being fully charged. The block adapter in the wall is burning hot and I'm not sure I want to leave it plugged in any longer, unattended. I'm not happy with it being less than fully charged affter having pluugged in. I don't know if it's defective but will try using it to top off my phone's charge when it needs it."

It’s good for travel, emergency, and others. I love it to carry out in my purse for all time with the emergency back up on my iPhone. The prepared to bring to hospital for case, if there is no plugs on the wall and so you don’t have to worried about it! Be smart enough to bring it with yourself! I did took trip to hospital for back up with my battery bank. When I check it up in the hospital with the plug and there is no the plugs on the wall. So I have to use it for often times and save my life!

GET THIS!!! I got this last minute before we left for our 4 day Disney trip. This thing saved the day!! My teens drained their phones fast standing in line for rides and scrolling on their phones to pass time. All 4 of us took turns charging our phones the entire day in the park and this thing still had a little juice left later in the night when we got back to hotel. So impressive!!!! It takes several hours to recharge the unit to full battery, so give yourself plenty of time to charge it. But it is not slow to charge your phone at all. It’s not compact. It’s basically the same size as my iPhone. That was only downfall. But who cares, it charges so good that I didn’t care.

Not sure I made the correct decision. UPDATE 3/1/22: I had written the review (below) giving my unbiased opinions of the INIU portable charger. The points I made in the review were my honest assessments of the product. I had never contacted the company prior to my review and only made this one Amazon review about the B1-41 power bank. I did have concerns and posted them in my review. Unexpectedly, I received an e-mail from INIU wanting to know how they could alleviate my concerns about the product. I responded to INIU's (Karlin at INIU) inquiry and the company went above and beyond to alleviate my dislikes about the product! I will have to say I have never had a company or their customer service department respond to a review wanting to do everything possible to help me like their product! They have been more than helpful and I am very happy with the product now. Since the review below, I have now charged my i-Phone X from this power bank and it charged the phone 3 times before needing to recharge the power bank. I am very happy with the product, the customer service department (Karlin), and their effort to make a customer happy! Thanks, INIU, and Karlin! Keep up the great customer service!! I purchased the INIU Portable Charger with 10,000 mAh of stored power. It has an LED light (not real bright, but could light a door lock or a path directly in front of you at night), the paw footprint charge indicator (which shows the status on the charger in 20% increments), power button on side, 2 USB-A output ports, and a USB-C input and output port. The accessories that come with it are a short (~12 inches) USB-C cable (that has a USB-A connection on one end and a USB-C on the other end to charge the charger with), a short "Welcome Guide" (or instructions), and a travel pouch (which is a netted nylon material with a draw string). The travel pouch will do little to protect the device from the elements (rain/water/dust/etc) or accidental drops. I have now charged the power charger. It came with a slight charge on it so I plugged it in to charge. The charger cannot be charged directly from a wall plug but has to have a computer USB-A port or a 5V/2A USB adapter to charge the power charger. It does not come with a USB adapter plug, that would plug into a wall, so you must use a computer port or purchase (unless you already have one) a USB adapter to charge the INIU power charger with. My charger has just finished charging for the first time and it took over two and a half hours to charge the INIU power charger from a 5V/2A adapter plugged into a 120V electric wall outlet. (I am uncertain how long it would take from a computer's USB port at this time.) As it charges, the paw print blinks and each "paw" will light up as the charge increases in 20% increments (thus 5 paw prints). When it finishes charging, the entire paw lights up with a steady blue glow. (I have not charged my phone/iPad yet with this device.) The part I am concerned about is having to carry a 5V/2A adapter charger to charge the power charger with. It would have been nice if it would have plugged directly into any standard wall socket. Also, you have to have the USB charging cable that came with the charger, since it has a USB-A connector on one end and a USB-C connector on the other end. The USB-C port on the charger is the only way you charge this charger! You cannot use a lightning connector (iPhone) with this device to CHARGE it. You can use a lightning connector to charge your iPhone from this device though. So, you have to have two different cables with you to use this device.....one for charging the charger and one to charge you phone/iPad. Do not forget the 5V/2A adapter charger either.....as it doesn't come with accessory! It is small (5-3/8 inches long x 2-3/4 inches wide x 1/2 inch deep) and will fit well in a purse or shirt/coat pocket. It is totally black, except for the white paw print (when not lighted....blue when lit). Two phones/devices can be charged at the same time. It has a 30 day money back guarantee, a 3 year warranty, and "lifetime technical support". There is NO phone number or address to contact the manufacturer listed, only an email address. It is made in China.

Nice unit but stopped working after 6 months. I like the unit...does what it is supposed to, and has a nice feel to it. However, it stopped working after a few months, and I tried to submit a warranty claim (warranty is 3 years). Their customer support team has made me go through an absurd amount of troubleshooting and documentation to have this $20 item replaced. Maybe they put up road blocks to see if customers will give up? As absurd as our multiple emails, videos, and photos have been, I decided to play it out and see what they do. Ball is back in their court, and I'm waiting to hear back if they will finally send a new one. So, moral of the story is, don't have a lot of confidence in their 3 year warranty.

Slim and easy to travel with... I liked the fact that this has usb and usb-c charging in and output outlets. It recharges fast, however it doesn't have nearly enough power as the older, larger, heavier model. I thought this would be a great upgrade due to the new usb-c outlet... but the constant re-charging of it makes for more maintenance. It will charge my phone two times. I do love the convenience of the external battery packs. So I will always have these on hand. Just not as satisfied with this model.

Worked well for just under 2 years. I bought this ~August 2021, and at some point, one of the USB outlets died completely, will not charge whatsoever (OUT1). It was fine though, the other ports worked perfectly fine, charged rather fast. Fast forward to around now, the remaining 2 ports no longer do fast charging. I have tried ~4-5 cables and I receive the same message every time, so I assume it is an issue with the port. For the price I got this for (

Why is it discounted? Missing items. I really wanted to like this product but had to return it. The package was already opened with the charging cable and carrying pouch missing. Since I’m traveling, I wouldn’t be able to get them sent to me in time. It’s a USB-C charging cable so none of the cables I had would work. Maybe next time.

Too low. When charging it dont be afraid that it might not be working because it last hours, i'll give it 3 stars, this is frustratin! No matter if it plugged in or charging in a laptop or desktop.
