Great Product, Very Compact, Charges Well. This is actually the second time I've purchased the Anker USB C 20W Cube Charger. The first one I keep with my iPad Pro. It is very compact and the electrical prongs fold closed so you can throw this charger in any bag or even your pocket. 20W is enough to charge my iPad Pro and my iPhone. This last purchase is for my wife to use with her iPad Air and her iPhone as needed. Since this was a two pack now we have a spare. Great product at a great price. One broke after 2 months of use. Charges fast and good size for traveling. One of the anker plugs broke for some reason after a few months of use.
It’s my fault. I didn’t order the correct one but I could use them any way. I’m always needing extra chargers and cables.
Internal charging brick issue. I've been using this for about a year, and it works well. It charges quickly and is fairly easy to bring around. Until recently everything has been fine, but then one morning I woke up to my phone being dead while charging overnight. At first, I thought it was a problem with my phone, outlet, or cable, but after testing those, I came to the conclusion that it was the brick's problem. I'm assuming something inside short circuited which caused damage to the brick and to my phone's battery as well. Because they gave me two bricks instead of one I tried the other brick and I noticed that it charged way faster than the other one after that morning. It is a great charger, really, until it fried my phone's battery, and made it drain faster than normal. Really sucks that my phone dies two times faster than it did before and I have to charge it during the day now.
Charges fast, but mine has a problem. For some reason, the charger I received needs positioning for it to charge my phone. I don't know why that might be. Could be due to careless shipping, or maybe the charger itself is faulty. Either way, this is a huge inconvenience. Other than that, when it is positioned right, it charges pretty fast.
Sketchy performance. Block is nice. Small & convenient for traveling with folding plug. Cord is somewhat stiff and occasionally doesn’t connect with block when plugged into it. Need to reseat and make sure connection is made. Quick charging.
Not durable, broken in less than a year. The fast charger worked well for almost a year. However the charger started running extremely hot and I believe this fused the cable to the adapter... I tried to figure out why the charger stopped working and it became impossible to pull the cable apart from the plug without pliers. Not durable at all, disappointing from Anker.
