Most comfortable headset for long continuous use. I just used this headset for 7.5 hours straight in an online gaming session. It’s a bit unconventional for what most people would use it for but it worked great for me especially the long continuous use. The on ear design was comfortable and the battery life was insane. Connection was stable and sound quality was great. Don’t have any major complaints. Top pros for me are - charging station is weighted so it doesn’t tip over easily - on ear design makes it super comfy for continuous long term wear - doesn’t pinch. I can wear this comfortably with my glasses and earrings and face mask and it doesn’t interfere with all my junk. Will try to add a pic later for the ladies out there. Quick tip on using this headset.. It takes a little bit of practice to slap the headset on the charging station so the connection is made. Check for the red light that will come on which indicates the connection is good and charging. Check the picture for where the light is. Took me a bit to find it at first, but it’s behind the boom mic if you have it in the up position.
Comfy headset for long talk. I really like this headset. It’s light weight, you can fully adjust it for any head size. You can choose which side of your head you want your mic on. The ear piece is comfortable it is very soft pleather type material I think? You get a couple of different ways to charge the headset. You can use the base which is super easy to set up, or charge it from you computer or I used a plug block to charge from an outlet. Still worked, you also have an indicator light for when the head set is charging. Bluetooth connects quickly. I enjoyed the headset cause sometimes the blue tooth’s you put in your ears, hurt my ear after a while. So if you want comfort, this would be a good fit for you. I also like how I won’t have to charge it as much. Cause it says it will last for 15 hours of active talk time. Look forward to using it until it gives a warning. Which I don’t know if it does when it has a low battery. Also I enjoyed how low you can turn the headset down low. I did notice that the headset doesn’t tell you how much talk time you have left on the headset when it’s connected to the phone. Only indicator is the battery icon on the phone. Only time will tell how it holds up to constant use. Other than that I give fives stars cause of the comfortableness and the long use without pain when taking it off after hours of wearing it.
Crystal Clear Sound with Comfort! At my age, I want great sound & comfort! This is a good choice for both! Bluetooth to 2 phones at once is very convenient when you are sharing with a friend. Comes with a headset, charging base, and cable so you don't have to buy anything else. Has a separate button for on/off and answering calls and a separate button for volume. Now you don't have to worry about shutting it off by accident. The adjustable mic can be repositioned to fit you correctly. And the headset itself can be repositioned to fit any head. You can charge it by base or direct. Only weighs less than 2 Oz. Bluetooth is 5.0 so it goes a good distance. I don't have to always carry my phone. About 33 feet. Charging time is about 2 hours. Working time 15 hours at med volume. Standby a whopping 200 hours. Play, pause, change songs, answer calls, etc You can reject a call by pressing the button in once. Warranty is good, but if you register you get a free lifetime warranty! Overall, great purchase!
Perfect Headset for Working From Home. It's amazing how fast my priorities shifted before/after the coronavirus pandemic started. Before, a Bluetooth headset was a luxury I was considering buying. After the pandemic started, finding a comfortable headset became a priority so I could make Zoom calls and work from home effectively. I've tried several headsets out and this one is perfect for my needs! This is an excellent headset! I've thoroughly enjoyed it from day one. I use it primarily for Zoom, but I've also used it with my phone to make phone calls or issue voice commands hands-free. It's very comfortable to wear for hours at a time. I'd like to clear up something I've seen in the questions. This is a MONO headset. There is only one speaker, and it only sends sound into one ear. It is not a stereo headset (both ears). This is important to keep in mind, because it means that all the features only work primarily with one ear. So it functions best if you figure out which ear is your dominant ear, and use it on that side (hint: it's usually the same side as your dominant hand). The noise cancellation is really good! Even when there's stuff going on in the background around me, people tell me there is no distortion, and my voice is clear. As regards hearing, the speaker is loud enough that I have no trouble hearing even in a noisy environment. I really like the dock. It's weighted, so you could use it in a moving vehicle, and it won't fall off the dashboard easily. However, in cases where it's not practical to bring the dock along with you, it can also be charged directly with the included USB cable. There are 3 buttons on the headset, and the controls are easy to learn and remember. I'm very happy with this headset and plan to use it for a long time to come! Great for working from home during COVID. Since COVID I have been working from home and don't have the company Plantronics headset setup that I enjoyed in the office. Using my cell phone full time since I started working remotely. Got this as I was tired of people telling me they couldn't understand me through my earbuds on my iphone. Only had the headset for 1 day of work but the sound is clear on both ends. Didn't have a single person "ask me to repeat" or "please adjust your microphone as I can't hear you" today. Battery lasted through a full 8 hours of work talking to 20 or so people and also including a 90 minute conference call and several longer conversations. That was after charging last night and pairing it with my iphone and leaving it as a connected pairing. No signs that I would need to charge it again overnight but even if I needed to it gets me through a day of moderate to heavy use and I'm happy with that. If the battery life lasts more than two or three days without charging then it is a great deal IMO for what I use it for. I haven't listened to music with it so I can't comment on that. Voice to voice audio is great however. It fits well on my head, is adjustable and is lightweight. No static/deep voice/light voice/hallway/echo issues. Very clear voice and sound. Can't really comment on the noise cancelling but I didn't notice background issues or have people notice any of mine. Easy to answer a call and BT connectivity and distance seems strong as I can walk around some without the phone and not lose the pairing or have sound drop. Lots of products out there to choose from but I am happy with my choice. Good value for the money. I'll update my review if I run into battery issues, sound issues or any performance issues during or after break in. I hope you are as happy with yours as I am with mine at present.
If sound quality is important this is the headset for you! This is one of the top headsets I've used! The sound quality is out of this world and it's Crystal Clear for my caller on the other end and that's just as important as it is for me to hear them well. The battery life is amazing, and the headset charges very quickly. It has a convenient docking station to charge it and has a micro USB on the headset itself if you don't have the docking station. I now see why a lot of the truck drivers use this headset after experimenting with the noise canceling. To do my test I rolled down the windows and cranked up the radio and tested how it sounded for the person on the other end. After trying this with several different people and every one of them said I sounded awesome, I now feel confident that when I speak to people on the phone that my voice will come through as if I'm in a quiet room. And with the large speaker and very comfortable earpiece I was able to hear them just as well.

Almost perfect. I was contacted by the manufacturer to try out this headset. Since my experience with the previous model has been excellent, I agreed. Arrangements were made for me to buy the headset. I told the manufacturer that my review would be as objective as possible. The headset arrived in a timely fashion. The packaging was excellent. When I opened the package the headset and the charging base both felt like they were of high quality and durable. I ran into only one problem with the headset. It did not fit into the charging base easily. As with the previous model, the headset should be easily placed in the charging base where a magnet will draw it into the perfect charging position. Unfortunately, the indentation in the base is not quite large enough for this to occur. I was still able to charge the headset by gently pressing it into the charging base. For this reason, I dropped one star from a 5 star rating to a four star rating. As a courtesy, I wrote an email to the manufacturer giving them a heads up on the situation and my plans. I got an email back from them this morning requesting that I not submit a review on this product. I do most of my shopping online and a lot of business on Amazon. I run across a number of situations where a lot of 5 star reviews appear within a very short period of time because of various attempts to artificially push the reviews higher than they should go. I abhor this practice as an attempt to push an inferior product on a consumer through a artificially high rating. As a result of the manufacturers request to NOT review this product, I dropped my rating another star. Honestly, the headset perfomed well and passed all my tests with flying colors with the exception of the charging base issue. It is too bad that the manufacturer requested that I NOT review the product.
Very disappointed. I read the reviews and as my last headset wasn't my favorite and I recently accidentally broke it with a spilled mimosa, so I thought I'd go with something different thinking this was a solid choice. Bad decision. This headset seemed to work when I first connected it and tested it. Though it didn't fit very well in the charging cradle I was able to jam it in there enough for it to make contact. My biggest issue, however, was that on every single call customers were telling me I was cutting in and out and they couldn't hear me through the 'static'. Every single call. I'm working from home in an inbound call center environment, clients not hearing me is unacceptable. I had to go back to my tethered headset and will buy another brand completely. Returning and do not recommend.
Very uncomfortable. Everyone seemed to be able to hear me fine, but what I heard in the headset was very tinny and not the best quality. I found the headset very difficult to charge on the stand - it was challenging to figure out the exact right way to set it on there to charge (and stay charging). Those alone were probably a good reason to return it (which I did), but it was the most uncomfortable headset I've ever used. I wanted to replace my bluetooth eatbuds which can be uncomfortable after several hours, but I don't think I lasted 45 minutes with this before my ear felt like it was burning. It was way too tight around my head. I don't have a gargantuan head. :) It just pressed so hard against my ear because of the tight fit that it was slamming the back of my ear into my eyeglasses and was really difficult to wear. I tried the other ear, but it was just as uncomfortable. The earbuds were more comfortable. I also found the controls a little difficult with one button to do almost everything. I thought I turned it off, but I hadn't, and you need to sit around and wait for a light to blink and then how long/often it blinks to determine what it means. Way too complicated and uncomfortable to keep. Edit 9/19/20 - I just dropped this from three stars to one star because I have been contacted twice by seller offering me a $30 incentive to delete this "bad" review. They have been reported to Amazon because this is against their rules for sellers.
Decent earpiece/microphone quality, but gets painful to wear for over an hour. Overall, this is a decent headset. The main issue I've had with it, poor comfort and ear pain if worn for longer than an hour, is likely a subjective issue caused by the shape of my head and/or ears. For the quality and what you get with it, the price is reasonable. Pros: * Decent audio quality for voice use, both input and output * Reasonable noise cancellation; I received no complaints on the microphone, outside of being too quiet on one computer I used it on (resolved by boosting the microphone gain in Windows settings) * Good range, assuming no interference * Good battery life * Construction seems pretty solid, no looseness to the microphone boom or the adjustment band * The charging base is a nice touch, and has a good heft to it; uses a standard micro-USB cable to power the base and a set of contacts to charge the headset through, so no chance of damaging a charging port on the headset by putting it on the base incorrectly; headset is held securely in the base and can't easily fall out but can be removed easily * Headset can be charged without the charging base, also using a micro-USB cable; port is hidden under a flap for protection * Microphone boom can be rotated for use on either side of the head Cons: * The pressure of the earpiece against the ear makes my ear hurt after about an hour of use, requiring that I switch ears repeatedly back and forth in a longer conversation; I was unable to find a tightness setting for the adjustment band that held the headset on securely and also alleviated this * The earpiece doesn't get up quite as loud as would be preferred, and without an isolating design this will be tough to use in loud environments * The headset can be a little fidgety to seat in the base on the charging contacts * No integrated mute function * The headset tries to be both a communications device and a standard audio device, and will intercept standard computer or media audio if allowed; the speaker in the earpiece is in no way capable of anything more complex than voice communication and the occasional Windows sound effect
This product wants to hard to be good, but falls short in so many ways. I own several BT headsets, so I have a standard by which to compare this one. I'm very pleased with the audio quality (in and out). For my purposes, it is comfortable enough (I don't try and wear it all day). However, it does fall short in several important areas. Firstly, it isn't very user friendly. With my other BT headsets, I quick review of a quick-start guide and I was off to the races without ever needing to review it again. This device is different. I have to keep the guide close by for frequent review. One simple improvement would be voice prompts on what is happening when you press (or long press) buttons. I love that it came with a charging base. That was a major selling point for me. Unfortunately, often the charging light doesn't illuminate when I put it in the base. I move it around, move the plug around, check the transformer end, and nothing makes it want to turn on the charging light. The manual also says that if you put it on the base powered on it'll turn itself off. I haven't had this happen successfully yet, perhaps for the same reason I can't get it to charge consistently on the base? My last frustration is how it works pairing with two devices. Firstly, it was not an ideal procedure to get to do it in the first place, which requires disconnecting it from the first device while you pair it to the second device. Secondly, when I turn it on, it doesn't consistently pair to both devices. When it fails, I must turn off BT on the device it did pair to, and then initiate pairing from the failed device. Today, after following that procedure, everything was fine - until it wasn't. I was watching a webinar on my PC when my phone rang. That paused the video seminar automatically while I declined the phone call. When I hit play again, however, I was no longer hearing the audio of my seminar. I ended up just disabling BT on my laptop and listing through the laptop speakers for the rest of the webinar. I really want to like this device. I like the form factor and the audio quality, but I find myself daily frustrated with other components. My last frustration is in a 'prize' that comes with the headset. It says to email some address to claim your scratch off prize. My prize said "get another one free". Perhaps they all say this and it is a gimmick/scam, I don't know. So I followed the instructions and sent my order screenshot from Amazon to the seller... and heard nothing back. I'm not sure what benefit they get from this (perhaps email address farming for resale?) but it is very disappointing.
Issues at the 6 month mark! There is so much to like about this headset. It was been working flawlessly for about 6 months. It's comfortable, solid without being super heavy. Great sound and up until this week people were saying I sounded good and most importantly clear. I was able to listen to music or podcasts in between conference calls and the battery life was excellent. Then last week there was static and people began telling me I sounded robotic, I had to switch back to an old headset for the remainder of the week. I'm not sure what's going on. I'm going to try to remove it from my bluetooth list entirely and add it back, beyond that not sure what to do except email the company. I'm rating it 3 stars until I exhaust my efforts, I'll report back and may re-evaluate my rating depending on the outcome.
