A: Working time = 88.8Wh* 0.85 / operating power of your device. The duration is based on laboratory data, and the duration of specific equipment usage may vary.
–
Q: Can the It be charged while using?
A: The USB output supports pass-through charging, the 12V DC & 110V AC can’t. And we don’t suggest that, it will cause damage to battery life.
–
Q: What devices can It power?
A: Please note that the AC output port can only charge/power devices that operate at less than 65 Watts.
–
Q: How to prevent the battery from defective if not use in a long time?
A: According to the characteristics of lithium-ion battery, if the battery is not used for a long time, it should be recharged every 3 months to prevent the battery defective.

Pros & Cons
Pros
Good charger for the money. Our family took a week-long tent camping vacation in a location that had no power. I had to stay up-to-date on work emails and other communication so I had to have power the whole week. This charger did a great job keeping my phones and other devices charged. I did have to recharge it a couple of times during the week while driving around in the car, but that's to be expected. It was one of the few chargers in this price range that had an A/C outlet (which I used for a flip phone which only has a two-prong A/C adapter). I recently used it to power my wifi router during an extended power outage. I have had a good experience with this charger and would buy it again.
Nearly 2.5 Hours More Laptop Power. I connected my laptop to this and it ran at full power for nearly 2.5 hours in AC mode. Then, of course, the laptop still runs on its own battery after that. When I connected this back to its AC charger, I didn't really time it, but it was fully charged again in maybe four hours or so - from 0% to 100%. For its size and weight, this is a pretty impressive battery pack with a built-in inverter.
Charges my laptop and the runs a light. I have plenty of portable cell phone chargers, but have been wanting one of these for a while. I believe this was a Amazon flash sale, so I was able to get it at a really good price. I was actually very surprised when this was able to charge my laptop and run a light at the same time. Yes, it was an LED light, but it powered it none the less. Also, this was able to run a box fan. I did notice that the box fan was not running exactly as fast, December what was running like a champ on our picnic. you know I was worried that this would be much bigger, but as you can see, it is fairly compact. The only thing I wish she had was a carry bag. I actually just use a crown bag and if it's the power supply and the charger.
Cons
Too unreliable to trust for Travel or away from office. The battery to be used for travel on a plane. I used it once to test upon delivery. It looked okay so I fully charged it and placed in my bag. Had not used in about 3-4 weeks. Went to use it after 4wks, and it said 0%? Oddly the USB port did charge iphone though display on battery continued to say 0%. I have attached two pics of this. AC outlet would not charge at all. Very unreliable and do NOT trust for travel. Sadly I missed my return window, which is unfortunate because I had tested to make sure it was good. If you want to take a chance on this product do not assume 1 test will be sufficient. Make sure you go back in 2wks after a full charge to test again. Perhaps it is a degraded battery and you can return within window. Chris
Big, very light, expensive, and not terribly efficient. I have battery packs that have half the capacity of this one that are far heavier, and bulkiness does make it less useful for air travel from a size standpoint, but this was absolutely perfect for a long road trip. The car adapters ensured rapid recharge, so we could use the standard outlet while in the car without a heavier and even bulkier power inverter. UPDATE on 12/28/20 (down from 4 stars to 2): The Good: After the road trip, I charged it for the first time right when we got at our destination (end of October). When I turned it on to verify its capacity over 2 months later, it *still* read 100%. I plugged it into the wall adapter, and within 5 minutes, it was "topped off", so this is probably one of the better batteries to use as an "emergency battery" than others I have tested in terms of retention (temperature ranged from 0-15 degrees C). For the discharge test, I first had it recharge an dead iPhone SE (2016) to full charge using the standard USB port. When that was complete, I used both ports to charge an original iPad Air and iPad Mini 2. All were able to charge to 98-100%, but based on their factory specifications, that is still only 16922 mAh of power, well below the 24000mAh stated as its capacity (70%). Lower capacities than stated are typical, but I expected a battery that cost as much as this one to be much more efficient. However, it's light and under the 100Wh limit for flying, so it would probably get you through a flight to recharge one large tablet, one small tablet, and a phone without needing a recharge provided you leave the AC port off the entire time. The Bad: The AC port is a nice feature to have, but it's VERY inefficient and drains very quickly with much less benefit. Based on how it drained in a recent battery test, it only sustained 65W output for about 20 minutes, which is less than 25% of stated capacity. I wouldn't recommend using this for a CPAP machine or other medical device. It's a also way too expensive compared to a standard power inverter, though it can be used for that purpose. If air travel is not a requirement, you'd likely do better with a similarly priced product like this one: https://www.amazon.com/Jackery-Portable-Generator-Explorer-Emergency/dp/B07FYJVFNK Unknown: I haven't tested using the battery with the DC output port and a vehicular outlet to see if that is more or less efficient.
Does Not Charge Well and Manual Is Wrong. While charging the battery it jumped from 60% to 72% in a couple of minutes and then has stayed blinking on 99% for ~45 minutes. Not sure if the battery will reach 100%. This implies to me that there is something wrong with the battery. When reading the manual to try and get more info in regards to charging the manual describes blue lights as a charge indicator, but this has a display screen which displays a percent. edit: Tested out the AC charging plug with my laptop. I firmly seated the plug and despite my laptop and the charger being stationary on the table my laptop would flip between charging and not charging. The plug socket is loose and there is a noticeable electric buzz. The battery percent is also dropping rapidly: 10% in 5 minutes without my laptop showing a noticeable increase charge to my battery. I believe there is a better product out there for $99.99. edit 2: There started to be a slight burning plastic smell and the led light next to the AC plug would flicker when the laptop would stop charging and then stop when it started charging again.
