Pros
Works well with Brother printer after some fiddling. I received a bad yellow cartridge which was cheerfully replaced after several attempts to get it to play nice with my printer. EZ-ink shipped out a replacement cartridge which worked first time, then all the other cartridges would work. Printer was down for 10 days or so while all this transpired but It’s just for home use so the cost savings (66% over Brother cartridges) was worth the hassle.
Ordered EZ brand before and it worked well.. same again. The packaging this time was different .. more generic … with just an EZ label attached.. Leary since I have ordered another brand claiming to be a Brother laser substitute and it didn’t work since electrical contacts were different… but it worked fine… and about half the cost of Brothers printer OEM price
Careful when installing. Great print quality. Just be careful when installing that they do not leak inside the printer

Cons
No black toner and washed color. This toner was promoted among all of the other brands for my color printer. Much to my surprise, it did not include the black toner. My bad for not reading the fine print, but kind of silly not to include the most common and most used cartridge in a kit. I ended up having to run to Best Buy and pick up a black cartridge that cost twice the kit price to get through the event. More of a concern is that the color printing was not very good. Usually the color pictures are decent from this printer, bot great as it's not abtrue photo printer, but decent. With this toner, the photos were over contrasted and over saturated. I don't think I would use this brand again even if it came with all of the necessary cartridges.
Terrible color-print quality. I can't recommend this toner package. True, it lasted longer than the stock toner cartridges. But there's a reason for that, and it's not a good one. The print quality is horrible. The toner lays down okay in the middle inch of the page, but everything else is awful. Streaky toward the middle, and mostly faded on the edges. Totally unacceptable.
Poor quality. I have used this product previously along with authentic brother ink. Once the original ink cartridges ran out, and I replaced them with this, I noticed that the printing quality is horrible. I no longer use the printer because I would need the original toner for better quality, but it costs just as much as the printer.
Sometimes my brother printer does not recognize these cartridges. Incredible value. When they were correctly and the printer recognizes them. Brother cartridges sell for over $100 on color. So even if just one works it’s still a win
Not high yield printer cartridge. I purchased this printer cartridge and the color was very washed out from the day i installed this cartridge and I got only maybe 100 copies that were mediocre. Returned and will try another brand. I got what I paid for. Not much
