Pros
An excellent choice. I bought the set through Amazon (not a "special" set sent to me). I was reimbursed for the purchase with the hope that I would try it and write a review. First of all, some details. 1) the color of the individual cartridge is indicated by a colored dot on the outside of he enclosing plastic bag. 2) there was hardly any leakage of toner. When I got my prior aftermarket set, there was red all over the place from the magenta cartridge. 3) With my prior aftermarket set, I had to remove the processing chip from original HP OEM cartridge and place it in the designated place on the aftermarket cartridge. This always takes longer and is more stressful than one likes to admit. In addition, on occasion these "chips" loosen and move ever so slightly out of there optimal position and then an "error message" tells one that a cartridge is missing. This set comes with chips in place. (Of course, my M454 recognizes that the cartridges are not OEM, but the cartridges still work.) 4) As the cartridges are just installed, I can't comment on wither there is a complete fill of ink, but I have no reason to think there is not a good fill. The quality of the black for print or diagrams is very good. The quality of the color was also very good, but there is a very mild graying on the bottom half of the photo and a lighter color band across the center. (The overall color print quality is better than from my prior aftermarket set on the same photo. And in the "early life" of my prior aftermarket set, the color imperfections were a magnitude or two worse.) The Amazon cost of the set is $246, plus a $30 coupon for Prime Members. I can't find an HP OEM four cartridge set, but for the individual black and three colors, the total cost is $928. If you want or need the best black and colors, get the HP OEM. But for most of us home and home-office utilizers, the choice is obvious. That is why I gave the set a 5* rating.
Easy Peasy. The product was super easy to install and has worked great. Would totally purchase again.
Good Alternative to Name Brand. I ran out of Yellow Ink for my Canon MF741Cdw printer and balked when I saw the price of replacement ink so I decided to try an alternative which was much more economical. I purchased the ink and received it the next day so if you have Prime expect super fast reliable shipping. The cartridges were well packaged, each one individually wrapped in a solid packaging material. I purchased a replacement for every color needed but I have only used the Y and so far so good. My printer does warn me now that they won't be able to show me reliable ink status, but, I'm guessing that once it's time for me to replace the ink, my printer will not work until I do. The Y ink had good packaging on the cartridge itself as well. I needed to remove the plastic tabs and then insert it into the tray. It was super easy. Once I inserted the ink and agreed to the "ink warning" my printer worked as normal so this is a viable replacement for anyone needing to purchase a more reasonable replacement cartridge.

Great quality and ease of use. The product was delivered on time and neatly packaged, It had easy-to-follow instructions for installation and set-up. I tried a different after-market brand that you had to remove the chip from the original toner and install it in the new one with disastrous results. I thought I was going to have to bite the bullet and pay HP's ridiculous prices when I stumbled on Eco Imaging's product. Their guarantee gave me the courage to try the product and I am glad I did. Print quality is the same as the HP at a fraction of the cost. I cannot speak for longevity yet, but the warranty gives me peace of mind there. I 10-10 would recommend.
Good replacement. These worked fine. The only problem I have is they do not report the remaining life. Fast response from the seller on the issue but can not be fixed.
Cons
Was broken. The cartridge did not fit in the printer at all. I also noticed tabs were broken off and corners cracked. Not for the printers they describe.
Color printing is not good. It prints just fine in black. But when printing in color, the ink looks faded and the colors are off. I put back my old toner cartridges that still had about a third left and it printed great.
Problem with CHIPS. Toner worked just fine. The problem I have is that after installed all of the cartridges it still shows all of the ink levels as low and recommended replacing them, the CHIPS were not working.
1000 pages of black. They work, prints good. Quality is not the same as a Brother obviously. Black are more lighter, definitely not 3000 pages I recently printed 250 black and white pages and the ink level dropped about 25% printing moderate pages about 50% text a page. Text looks fine, no smears or lines. Overall I would buy this toner again. 6/10
I will never buy these cartridges ever again. I will never buy these cartridges ever again. Barely had them a month and we don't print that much. Maybe 100 pages a month, but from the moment we installed them, the printer gave us a warning that the cartridges were used, and we kept getting error messages that we had to dismiss each time we print. When we go to print something in color... no matter what it is, they randomly print all yellow or blue or red... see photo. We'll be returning these asap and buying new ones from someone else. Lesson learned.
Doesn’t last and broke my printer…. These say they’re compatible with the Brother printer we use at our dealership but they sent my printer into panic mode. It wouldn’t accept them and then I had weeks where it wouldn’t work properly due to these toners.
