So much easier with Bluetooth. I guess what make this product really stand out is the Bluetooth function. Not only less messy with out the cables but I can now print labels on various devices. The print speed would be slower with Bluetooth mode, but it’s acceptable for me.

Awesome product. Tested for a couple days and it's working wonder so far! It prints extremely fast and it's clear as well. A HUGE plus is that it came with a label holder!!! I was totally ready to buy one my own. Will continue using and update if anything changes
nice printer for our warehouse. This is so far the best printer I have, as soon as I got this, i get rid of my ink and laser printer. It saves me quite significant amount of ink money and it runs super fast. Would like another one in the future if necessary. Thumbs up for it.

I really was hoping its be easier. No choice to choose type of lable in the app. It would not connect to galaxy tab but did to galaxy phone. 1.5 inch Circle was not recognized, but it fit and fed through fine. Seems you can only use windows or mac to get online and adjust paper??? I have a chrome book. I HOPE I GET THIS FIXED I WAS SO EXCITED TO DO Lables and shipping both... ugh.
no longer prints first try. At first it was a great printer now after having it 3 months now everytime I try to print a label ,It takes me forever to print it as it prints out a blank one everytime
Not easy to use. Difficult to use
bad to use. After trying to install the printer to my system printer preferences. After the software was installed, the printer did not show up as an available printer for the system during the installation process. It was really very difficult to install the printer software and the software was very rough, unprofessional and unpleasant. It wasted a lot of my time as well as my label paper and I personally will be seeking support through Amazon for a refund. Please invest in a better quality thermal printer!
Misleading. Well first of all this was definitely used which is hugely disappointing when you make a purchase and it isn’t advertised that way, but also, I bought this SPECIFICALLY because it stated it was compatible with Mac, Windows, AND Chrome, only for the manual to say it’s not compatible with chrome. At least they were also misleading about it being compatible with Windows 8 up and it’s actually 7 and up.
Does not work with UPS out of the box. I would give this printer closer to five stars if it actually worked with UPS out of the box. The seller claims that it is compatible with UPS but it is not listed as one of the compatible thermal printers on UPS's website. The settings will not allow me to scale manually or automatically to fit the actual page.
