Very Good Quality. Im an Electronic Security Professional by trade. Over my 40 year career Ive installed thousands of CCTV Systems, DVR's, NVR's, PTZ's, Fixed Cameras etc.... So please understand I know what im talking about. Here is my assessment of this "Wireless" Camera System. Pro's and Cons Pros: 1) Cameras are of exceptional image quality Day or Night. 2.) The software is relatively easy to navigate and understand 3.) Setup is plug and play. No need to assign IP's and learn them in. 4.) System is equipped with VGA or HDMI outputs 5.) The wireless network the Cameras talk on is separate from your Wifi Network. 6.) The equipment is of a good solid build quality 7.) System is great for local observation and recording Cons: 1.) Novices will have a time adding new cameras to the system [ google this ] 2.) The website APP links are dead . System uses EseeCloud3.3.2.1 by unknown provider 3.) PTZ movement functions work, However the manual Zoom / Iris / Focus do not work 4.) The PTZ movement controls come up for fixed cameras [ it should know the difference ] 5.) Novices are unlikely to setup Email notifications due to pppoe setup knowledge 6.) Novices are unlikely to use DDNS [ Dynamic DNS ] for binding a static ip to DVR[ access from remote PC ] 7.) HiSeeu Should have detailed videos on all these subjects [what they are and how to setup] 8.) Novices should know "Wireless" only means no network cable to cameras...you still need and outlet for each. 9.) The preview mode does not work on the web server [ local PC connect to DVR IP Address ]
Get it! This camera is awesome! First off, let me say this.... this company strives off customer service/satisfaction. I have never dealt with a company that goes over the top to help their customers. I wish every company had customer services like this company. Yes their products are great, but their customer service is even better. I love this company and will continue to use them for years to come!
So happy with this purchase!! Bought the camera a few weeks ago and I am so happy with my purchase. I am someone who is terrified of using power tools or any type of home improvement but I was able to hang the camera above my garage all by myself with no issues. Hooked it right up to the internet and set up was a breeze. I love that I can look down both sides of the street whenever I want and the picture is clear and night vision is awesome. It also picks up audio very well. It has a feature that allows you to switch the night vision from normal black and white to actual color which is awesome. I will be purchasing another for my backyard. I feel much more safe with it. I have included a picture of the actual camera & a screen shot of my driveway. If I were smarter, I'd post an actual video but I can't figure out. I will admit that if you give a 5 star review, you get a free prize but honest to goodness, my review is totally legit and has nothing to do with the prize which is why I waited a few weeks to give my review so I could have time to really feel it out.

Just a lot of aggravation. I HAVE BEEN CONTACTED TWICE AT MY PERSONAL EMAIL ASKING TO CHANGE REVIEW. Update: 11/07/2021 I HAVE NOW BEEN CONTACTED TWICE IN MY PERSONAL EMAIL ASKING ME TO CHANGE MY REVIEW AND OFFERING ME MONEY TO DO SO. I HAVE TOLD THEM NOT TO CONTACT ME AGAIN HOWEVER I'M CONCERNED AS THEY HAVE MY HOME ADDRESS AND EMAIL. My experience with Hiseeu cameras has been nothing but bad. I purchased one of their PTZ camera which was supposed to be 2k with 8x optical zoom the 8x zoom broke (mechanically) within a day. I returned this camera. I next ordered their PTZ camera advertised with a 5x zoom and 2k. I received a camera in a brown box with no accessories ie: power supply, cables, screws instructions all missing and to top it off, it was used! How do I know it was used? The default password was wrong, the camera had to be reset in order to install it on my system. After installing it I found that it was only a 4x zoom and only worked in SD unless you switched it to HD while watching, that is it cannot be permanently set to HD. I contacted Hiseeu at the email supplied with the first camera, the response was there is no way to set the camera permanently to HD, “their engineers are working on this”. They did not respond to the zoom issue. Amazon did make this right monetarily but the time to install and run to Kohls to return and the associated aggravation was on me. Would not recommend buying from Hiseeu.
No notifications or support. The only way to get support is via email and then the response doesn't make sense. I asked them where I could get an manual for the cameras because there weren't any on their site for the model I received and they replied back saying I could return the item and get a replacement if I wanted. How will replacing the item get me a manual? After finally spending a lot of time trying to figure the system out did like it but then I found out the most important part for me doesn't work. Email notifications doesn't work at all and the app only notifies you IF the app is open. I have sent another email asking for help but I haven't received a reply. If they reply and fix it then I will update my review. As of right now I plan on sending it back. I am not a fan of tech support by email only anyway.
JUNK! If you are buying this to record people you'll regret it. People are so blurred out at night you can't even see them on camera. Cameras go offline, have moisture inside them, very distorted and delayed jerky motion. Good luck getting amazon or company to honor any warranty. You can't even understand them. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID.. JUNK!
