This camera was much nicer than I expected! I bought this camera just to take photos of a vehicle we were getting rid of. It is sold as a camera for Kids, Boys, Girls, Teens and adults, so I wasn't expecting much. I chose the blue one. The color is pretty, and the camera body is small but it is solid metal, not flimsy or cheap feeling. It is light weight and easy to carry around in a pocket or purse. It came with 2 batteries, a micro SD card and the adapter to fit it into a card reader, a lens cloth, a tiny manual, a mini USB charging cord and a nice soft drawstring bag for the camera. The lanyard is kid sized and too short for me but easy to replace. My grandkids will love the special effects and video features. (If you lose the charging cord, Amazon carries them. Look up "mini USB charging cord". I use them for our mini fans. ) I have pain and numbness in my hands, so I had a little bit of a time getting the micro SD card in the camera. (Mostly operator error.) Then I dropped the micro SD and couldn't find it! So I ordered another micro SD card that came the next day. I dropped that one inside the camera. When I turned it over, 2 fell out! Well, the kids will enjoy the extra micro SD card. The photos I took with this camera came out great for such a tiny camera. For a point and shoot camera for a kid, it's great. For a camera that is small enough to take with them, make videos and play with all the neat features, it is perfect for a teen. For an adult that can't find her camera it does the job. It comes with everything you need to use and enjoy it, right out if the box. Even an extra battery and the Micro SD card and the adapter. Do I feel it is worth $59? Absolutely it is for me. It is a much better camera than I expected and came with everything I needed in the box. How often does that happen?
Decent kids camera. This is now my 4th kids camera. We'll see how long this one lasts. First I'd like to say I got a card to write a 5 star review saying they'd pay me 50 dollars. Do I think this is worth 5 stars, absolutely not. Is it good for kids, yes, sort of. Let's start with image quality, it's decent, if you can hold the camera still. Any sort of movement causes it all to blur. The shutter button takes about 1.5 seconds to actually take the picture. The zoom is absolutely useless as it gets grainy very quickly, even with the supposed optical zoom. Video quality is surprisingly pretty decent although sound is a little muffled. Let's talk about the navigation/menu system. It's atrocious. The buttons are shiny chrome with just imprints of some sort of image and they're almost impossible to see what is on them. So, till you learn what the buttons do you are completely lost in how to navigate this device. Honestly, this is by far the biggest downfall. Build quality is decent and seems pretty durable. Only time will tell. It did come with 2 batteries and a strap which I liked. I attached 2 pictures, one that I took of a keyboard and I was holding it steady. Another that my 7 year old daughter took of a pot and you can see it's blurry because kids aren't very good at not shaking their hands when taking pictures. My point of this review is that I would NOT believe all the raving 5 star reviews. Is it a pretty good kids camera, yes, honestly one of the better ones but it is far from 5 stars.
Easy to use point and shoot Camera. This camera was a gift for my young teen. It was super easy to start up and she was taking pictures with in a few minutes. The buttons are nicely labeled and make for easy changes between pictures and video as well as changing to different types of pictures and different settings. The picture quality is great even for an active teen who wants to take pictures of her friends sports games and plays. The pics taken turned out really well and not blurry at all. The small size is great she is able to take it with her almost anywhere and there is plenty of memory to fill will all her pictures. The color choices for this camera were awesome. We found the perfect shade of green that my child loves and she was even able to add some stickers to make sure she knows which one belongs to her. All and all this is a great little camera for those who are wanting something nice and compact and does not cost an arm and a leg.

Check the Video/Sound Quality within the 30 Day Return Policy. Purchased Christmas of 2022 for my son who is ten. Unfortunately, the video sound and quality hasn't been clear since March of '23. I asked my son recently why he hasn't been using the camera and he showed me. The video sound and quality are both poor. I purchased the protection plan and it's still under warranty, but am getting the run around trying to get a claim to either fix it or replace it. I've tried to contact the seller and Amazon and have just been told to contact the other from the other. The purchase protection plan company, Asurion told me it was still under the original warranty and to contact the manufacturer. Manufacturer tells me to contact the seller. Seller, says to contact the manufacturer. So, it's been a frustrating process to say the least just trying to fix a simple issue.
Could be better. Purchased 2 of these for Christmas presents: one pink and one purple, to replace kiddie cameras our children had. These were supposed to be an upgrade from fisher price kids. Colors of camera seemed more muted than pictured. Kids (5th grade) are finding them harder to use than expected as well. Purple one keeps freezing and cannot get it to turn off without removing battery so I am returning for a replacement. Pink one does not seem to have this issue as of yet. Picture quality is OK. The zoom lens does NOT move in and out. Comes with a super TINY SD card. This would NOT be good for small children or elderly with dexterity issues. I am not sure IF I would purchase again. It seemed like a good value for the money, but not sure since quality of actual camera is questionable. Does NOT come with a hard case. You will need to purchase one separately. Did come with a cute donut lanyard as well as a wrist cord. Update: I received my replacement purple camera. In my photo above you can see the original purple on the left (looks flat greyish blue) and the replacement (brighter pearlized purple) on the right. I find it questionable as to why the color changed drastically when requesting a replacement. We do think the replacement is prettier and closer to purple, but still does NOT match ad photo color. This is more of a light lilac purple with a pink hue. We have not had any freezing issues with the replacement as of yet.
Color is not as shown. When you’re little, the color matters- I assume this is why this camera comes in so many fun colors. However, the blue of this camera is not like the one shown in the pictures. The boy I bought this for did not like it so I am actually returning it. He took it out of the protector bag half way and said the color was not for him and put it back.
Sent the wrong color. Product is fine but I was sent the wrong color.
The Batteries keep dying. This is used about once a week and when you go to use it you can take one picture and then it says the batteries are low again. I charge both batteries assuming I can use the other as a backup but when changed out, the same thing happens and I get a couple of pictures only on a supposedly fully charged battery that was left to sit a week. The quality of the case is pretty cheap plastic and it doesn't really seem that user friendly for a "kids" camera. I wish I could return it, but of course I am a couple of days past my return eligible date. I wouldn't recommend this even for the $60 it costs.
Grainy. I bought this as a gift for my kid. Images were grainy but you get what you pay for. It's a good camera for play.
