Good size and quality screen. Setup was easy. Packaging and arrival were in great condition. Power supply fitting into the frame was a little resistant so make sure it’s really snug into the port. The only thing preventing 5th star is the iOS app, (at least iOS not sure if android as well), but biggest irk… I can’t load more than 10 photos at a time via app or iOS share to app over Wi-Fi even. 50 I would be okay with. But 10… oi. Pain when you have a couple hundred photos to upload for a recently lost pup. But. I digress… One small thing, can we group process landscape photos to fill frame while portrait photos are ignored and vice versa? Idk. Just a thought on that one for a future update maybe. But overall good frame and good quality. Gotta try the SD card feature next. They did send a message which I forgot to respond to about quality of arrival. But considering there wasn’t an issue at all. I hope no news is good news on their end; due to it arriving in perfect condition.
So Easy to Use. This thing is seriously amazing! I have had digital frames before but haven’t always had the time to load and reload the data card. This frame and app are such a better option. The photos are always up to date and the photos scroll through at a nice rate. I also have been able to preserve some family photos that I don’t have time to put in a scrapbook by taking pictures of the old photos and adding them to the frame. It’s fun to see old and new going at the same and also to feel like I am honoring the past without having to spend hours to scrapbook everything. No one has time for data cards and scrapbooks and this frame solves the whole dilemma.
You can choose how long each picture stays on before switching to the next one. This is a wonderful product. It is easy to set up and you can send your most preferred pictures right away using your cell phone. It is like having a live picture frame on your wall. At first, we kept each photo on for 10 seconds, then 20 seconds. Then we found that, at least for us, the ideal time between picture changes is one full minute. I bought this as a gift for my husband and he is still raving about it. We both love this little machine.
Easy to transfer photos from iPhone. I simply click the share icon on my iPhone and instead of choosing to send the photos as a text or email to someone I click the Frameo icon and the photos are sent to the frame. I can add a caption. I can be anywhere in the world! It works because the frame is connected to the internet.
Great frame! This is the best digital frame I have used. I can send photos from my phone, give access to family so they can send photos as well. It has motion detector which saves the screen from burnout when no one is the room to view the pictures.

Could be better - Worth reading my review. These are not cheap, so most would expect a higher level of quality. After all, I can buy a tablet that is the same size, and can do the exact same thing, plus a thousand other functions. However, an all-in-one and app controlled device is nice. The frame does not match the photo at all - it's made to look like more of an "oak finish" instead of the "barn wood finish" that's shown in the listing photos. You can't register your phone as a "admin" or anything like that, so every time you have to share yourself a code to upload or edit any of the photos. Seems you can grant full access to whichever devices you desire, but that is not the case. It took 4 tries until I was able to connect it to the wifi and use it. The touch screen sometimes will click on something when your finger hasn't even touched the screen yet - not sure how that is possible, but it did it multiple times. The picture quality is really good, and once you get the photos on it, you just kind of set it and forget it.
Not satisfied. Not at all easy to set up. still trying to get it programmed. COMPLICATED
Loses WiFi Connection Frequently. While the price-point and functionality are good we’ve found our frame to be offline more than online, requiring reboots each time. I’ll also mention you can’t prevent someone else from accessing the menu from the frame itself and grabbing the code to send their own photos. Protection of this code would be a nice feature… maybe if it was only accessible by the app on your phone.
great product, but has power cord issues. these are great...only thing, the power cord stops working. i have about 15 of these and already had to replace 4 of them due to cord issues.
Major Disappointment - Stopped Working after 11 Months, a Gift for My Mother. I am extremely disappointed with this digital picture frame. I purchased it as a gift for my mother, hoping it would bring her joy for years to come. Unfortunately, just after 11 months of use, it completely stopped working. The frame initially displayed photos beautifully, but it suddenly stopped working. Despite attempting troubleshooting steps, it remained lifeless and unresponsive. It's disheartening that such a pricey product failed after such a short time. I expected much better quality and longevity. I cannot recommend this digital picture frame to anyone seeking reliability. Save your money and look for a more dependable option.
Stopped Working. After the first week of use, the frame would stop working randomly and need to be turned off and back on to get it going again. It was annoying, but we loved the frame so we dealt with it. After the first month of use, it just doesn’t work altogether.
