Great buy for me! My desktop died. I had to get a replacement, but didn't have a lot of money. First I tried a rent to own, which was overly expensive, but tided me over until I ran across this little gem. I was kind of leery at first, because I'd never seen a mini pc in action, but I'm glad I took the leap. I did have to buy a disk drive separately, which you can get nice ones on Amazon for like $20, so no big deal. I already had multiple keyboards and mouses, so I didn't need them. All I needed was the pc itself, and whatever cords were specific to i, like the power cord. The desktop I was renting they wanted $1600 to buy outright. It had less storage, less RAM, a slower processor, and fewer usb ports, and was huge by comparison of footprint. This is about a third of the price and it works great for me. I design websites, write, do graphics design, and Warcraft to name a few. I've installed CorelDraw, Norton, Warcraft, Azgard Defense, WordWhomp, OpenOffice, a Canon printer/fax/copier. If I can find my disks, I'll be installing my Hoyle games as well. With the disk drive I bought it plays my CDs and DVDs nicely. It comes with Microsoft edge, which I don't like, so I installed Firefox, which I love. It will run multiple browsers at the same time without issue, which helps if your designing websites and graphics. You need to make sure everything is cross browser compatible. So your computer needs to handle different ones, often in use at the same time. Generally, I install at least three of the ones I know people use. I can play Warcraft at recommended and above settings and it's been doing great. No lag. No kicking or carrying on at all. Graphics are clean and crisp, even when a lot is going on, like doing things with a group. I've even run other programs while gaming and still no lagging or other issues. In my opinion, this is a great little pc. It's inexpensive, works well - so far-, and doesn't take up much space on my desk. If you do find out you need more usb, just buy a usb bar. You can get one on Amazon for $10 and up. I can't speak to the technical support, because I haven't had any issues requiring their help. If eventually I do have an interaction with them, I'll try to let everyone know how things turn out.
Tiny Powerhouse. I got this to replace my old emulation rig I5 4750, gt1030lp 2gb,16gb ddr3 ram. This tiny thing blows it out the water from emulation to pc gaming. Dont expect RTX performance or anything but it can play many pc games well. The Forest at medium settings 1080p plays well, GTA4 and 5 run well at modest settings, esport games no problem. As far as emulation it can play all the way up to wii u, wii, psp, gamecube, dreamcast. My unit came with dual channel ram which is important with Ryzen APUs and can easily be upgraded to 64gb as well as easily being able to add a ssd. 4K video and photo editing ran smooth also. Overall very impressed
Very pleased. What a nice surprise. I was worried buying one of these cheap mini pcs. This is a lot of computer for the money. I got this on a black Friday deal costing me $447.00. First thing I did was format and install a fresh copy of Windows 11 alongside the latest version of Kubuntu Linux. I was a little weary buying an AMD Ryzen 7 processor but I’m glad I did. I keep slowly loosing faith in Intel. Pros: Plenty of power to spare for daily computing. Apps launch instantly. YouTube, 4K video, Web and web apps, Zoom calls, MS office. Everything in Windows and Linux just works. Very quiet…I have never heard the fans spin up high. Cons: Should come with Windows 11 but it’s very easy to format/install a fresh copy. Conclusion: great buy. Most will be happy with what this mini pc offers. Don’t expect this GPU powerhouse for all games. I have to say the graphics performance is great for daily computing.
Cons
Inexpensive but not powerful. I've been using 3750 now for two months, and so far I am basically satisfied. Specifically... The Good - Takes up very little desktop space, works well for basic stuff...such as web-browsing, simple productivity tasks (simple spreadsheets, text documents, etc.). Windows 11 is great. Setting up dual monitors was very easy. The little guy has more than enough USB ports. The Not-So-Good - It's fairly easy to over-tax the AMD Ryzen processor; for example, I've done that running dual monitors and multiple web-browser tabs open (using the Brave browser). This most often happens when I have video playing in one of the open tabs. Still though, it does recover quickly. Overall, not a powerhouse, but it is a good value for the money, especially if you want to save some desktop space.
Wi-Fi connection is not great. Wi-Fi connection kept disconnecting. I even exchanged it and same thing kept happening. So I returned it. Still waiting foot my refund.
