Pros

Good quality. Was given a European plug but after calling support the first time was given a promotion code which didn't understand so called a second time and they gave a gift card in the amount of for the us chord of the compatible laptop and shipping so happy that they were quickly to be willing to make it right

Great compact laptop. This was for my wife (recently retired) to replace her desktop. She likes the speed and size. She is able to take it anywhere she wishes to go and uses it for her crafts, I.e., cricut, quilting, Pinterest, etc.

Quality, low priced laptop. Needed a low cost laptop for doing taxes, than this fit the bill. Showed up at my doorstep within two days, and was exactly as advertised. Does the job, haven't had a single problem with it. I did receive a letter offering me $100 to write a 5 star review, which is a scam, so beware of that.

Cons

Does not come with US power cord. The power cord is for a european outlet and will not work in US

Very poor laptop. Worst thing is that you do not know the type of processor installed until you receive it. This results in you not knowing whether the laptop is good enough for your requirements. I need a laptop that streams video and this one was useless as network adapter kept malfunctioning and processor was too slow processing keyboard commands. Biggest problem was returning this item for a refund. DO NOT BUY IF YOU NEED TO DO MORE THAN EMAIL AND SEARCH THE WEB.

pure trash. It's pure trash. It was great for a few hours but hour by hour it slowed down. And then it started typing BACKWARD! When I asked for a refund, they didn't even want it back. That tells you everything you need to know. HP already knows it's garbage. Amazon told me I could trash it or donate it, to which I answered, I wouldn't donate this to my worst enemy if I had one.
