Pros

Absolutely F#*$^#*ing amazing. This is by far the GREATEST all in one pc available period. Stop reading and buy this. The screen is gorgeous and a perfect size. Speaker is 360° so it booms. Bought for my father and mothers kitchen. They now have a 22inch lateral tablet that plays all their tiktoks and YouTube all day long NOT TO EVEN MENTION this all in one is an NVME SSD!!!! AND REGULAR DIMM RAM!!! you can literally add another ram completely and replace the 4gb for a total of 16 here in this device so two 8gb rams. And you can take this ssd and replace it with a 1tb ssd and you have quite a damned machine here that rotates effortlessly. The os itself is so smooth and so simple absolutely perfect for any and every home kitchen living room whatever. I promise. I bought 3 more.

Really impressed. I'm a basic computer user. I use it for emails, watching YouTube videos and writing occasional documents/spreadsheets. It handles all of these tasks easily and very happy with my purchase! It only takes 10 seconds to loadup from the time I press the power button. I bought the Chromebase with 4GB Ram 128 GB SSD. Also very impressed with the screen and display. Definitely recommend this computer.

A sleek designed computer, hitting all the right points out the gate. Well done. Amazon shipped in 1 day, and the box (slightly large) was compact. The computer having speaker & screen in one module is perfect. The active screen rotation is a dope feature, and the touchscreen is an immediate perk. Sound & volume levels are great too. Overall, I’m very happy with the sleek setup of the Chromebook.

The rotation is one of those unneeded things that I never knew I would enjoy. Love this thing.

Nice. Personal and good being touch screen

Smaller than expected. I'm a big ChromeOS fan since the start. I've had numerous Chromebook's, ChromeBox's and ChromeBase's. I replaced my wife's 22" Chromebase with this and was surprised at the screen size. I've had 22" screens before and 21.5 has never looked so small. I haven't measured the screen, but it seems more like a 19" screen to me. The rotation option is pretty neat and the sound is good. Happy with the product, however, and would definitely recommend ChromeOS in any form factor. It reduces my immediate and extended family tech support work significantly!

Cons

Decent device but a little sluggish. The reason for a 3 star review is two-fold. While the device is beautiful from a design perspective, the rotating screen is better in theory than practice. When rotated in the horizontal (normal) position, the screen actually settles at a slight angle. I'd judge it to be 5 degrees off center. Not the end of the world but a noticable annoyance. Second, the system is a little sluggish. It could simply be that I'm used to a more powerful, pro-level work computer. But even without taxing the system, you can notice a 1 second plus delay in opening new web apps, etc. I'd recommend this as a nice casual use device. But if you plan to use it for school or work, probably worth upgrading to a slightly more powerful device.

Worked For two months. It started glitching two months into using it. Sound would go in and out and the screen started timing out while actually watching something play on the screen.

Doesn't work for what I beed. This is a really cool computer but, its all show and doesn't work for what I beed. It doesn't have the right accessibilities that I beed as a legally blind individual. It won't let me download any of the Microsoft apps that I beed for college and, I can't download the audio recording software that I beed to record for my college radio. I'd rather buy a desktop that uses window OS witch, I'm used to using.

Linking is not easy. Very difficult to link printer to computer.

Returned it. Does not accept windows. Not easy to find. Things I do recommend it. Did not expect this from HP.

DON'T BUY IT!!! This is basically a tablet that they're advertising as a desktop. Nothing of the sort!!! Nothing is compatible with this item! Very disappointing!
