Perfect puchase,Strong material. exceeded my expectations since purchasing it. Microphone: it has been fantastic. My first usage of it, I signed into class early when only my teacher was on the Zoom call. I said hello and then asked how my sound quality was. He said even before I asked, it was clearly noticeable how crisp and clear it was. Also, this a teacher who records podcasts and lectures and thus takes his sound-quality seriously and he was very impressed. It also mutes sounds around you, such as air conditioners, keyboard typing, pencil writing etc. If it is picked up, the microphone heavily silences it so that it is barely noticeable. Great microphone. Comfort: The headset is very comfortable overall. The ear pads are soft and do not make my ears feel very hot after extended use. Usability: This is a “plug and play” headset which means you just plug it in and you’re good to go. You don’t need to pair it, sync it, or anything else. This model also has a 3.5 mm headphone jack making it perfect to use with a phone or tablet as well. Features: People may complain about how long the wire is. I haven’t measured it, but it’s quite long. That said, I don’t mind it at all. This has allowed to to get up from my chair and walk to another part of my room to grab something while not disconnecting from the call for even a second, And if you don’t need all the length, you can the wire a couple times and tie it with something to keep it shorter for most of your usage. If you paln on using it regularly, you’ll be happy with the purchase.
Good service. My other pair has broken down because of the covid shelter in place. I am now working as a mental health therapist and need to work from home for telemedicine meetings. I expressed the urgency of the matter to the company, they expedited my order and I had it three days later. They're great! The sound quality was great and the microphone worked much better than the other headphones I borrowed from my husband from the time I broke my headphones to the three days it took to receive them! Not suitable for cell phone. Sorry I bought it, still debating whether I'll return it. I needed something to improve Zoom calls that would also work well for the cell phone. Cons: cell phone - I'm able to hear the other party fine, but on about half the calls, they can't make sense of the garbled sound coming from my end - as soon as I unplug the headset, the calls return to normal. So far Zoom calls appear mostly good, although the sound I hear is deadened & muffled somewhat, I'm suspecting the noise cancelling but don't know. Pros: super comfortable. After I got more used to the muffled quality of the sound, it's accurate enough that I can more clearly hear if the other party has limitations on their end, and trust that perception. I've also asked the question on Amazon's description page, how could I improve the cell phone problem? But no answer - I was hoping the vendor might have anything to say, but no go.
Good sound quality but very uncomfortable. I bought this because the product description convinced me that the headset is super soft and comfortable (with a picture of a baby lying on the headset). While the sound quality is great, with great features of USB and phone jack connections, the headphone itself was very uncomfortable - it squeezes my head and there is no way of relieving that tension. I am an average size person with an average size head, but after 20-30 minutes of a zoom meeting, I end up with a very, very bad headache every time. Now I can't return the product but it's really not good to feel this after a 30-minute meeting. If someone knows a way to relieve the tension that this headset squeezes, please share. Thanks!
They were great with one flaw. I had to return them. I bought this headset to replace a cheap gaming headset for working at home for a call center. After a LOT of searching and reading reviews, I purchased this one. It arrived and it has a nice build. Awesome ear pads. They are comfortable with my glasses on and sit on the ear. Headband was comfortable and not too tight. Controls in the cable nice. The issue and the reason I had to return them was the flat cable that has the mic at the end kept twisting itself pointing downward or away from my mouth so I sounded far. I actually set them down with nothing around them and came back to find the cable twisted away from the headset. For that most important reason, I had to return them and purchase another brand.
