Great MIN PC with the power of my old 8 Core Server Windows 2016 and 5 VM's. I added 3 4K monitors, works Great, Windows 11 is worth it and works GREAT! took NO time to learn it. This is one great powerhouse I am going to do a video on. I do Day trading LOTS of Graphics, i could swap this thing with TOS ro WEBULL Screens adn 40 Charts. It does the job for BUSINESS need no doubt has room for another M2 or SSD drive or both aside from what it has. I will replace my SONS gaming PC with one of these it is that good and I can't beat the price if I parted it out and build a mini tower. Small and I think it will be fine when it's 110 ooutside and 76 in the house on really hot days. Tons of ports I even added a UCB-C HUB where I connect the 3rd HDMIO monitor and TF card and it still has a uSB-C open plus 6 USB ports on the HUB. 2.5Gb EtherNet and I cant wait until they TOSS out USB-A AND hdmi AND JUST HAVE LIKE 8 USB-C ports that connect to the Network, Monitors, charging, phones EVERYTHING. USB-A, B, micro ALL need to go USB-C ONLY on everything from PC to PHONE. GREAT BUY, GREAT PRODUCT! Here is a picture with My 2 Samsung 28" 4k, the NEW SAMSUNG M70 4K running Windows and Connected to my Windows Server 2016 DOMAIN and runing TONS of programs new and OLD. I need 3 more of these then I can kick the laptops to the side.

A Fast Machine That Can Fit Inside of a Shoebox . . . But Don't . . . The SER4 is crazy fast. The Ryzen 7 4700U is an absolute beast, at least compared to my 2015 Toshiba laptop. I particularly like Windows 11, which is highly intuitive and very easy to navigate and use. I mean, everything is faster, programs launch instantly and web browsing is a dream. The Radeon GPU yields very nice resolution, and, although my monitor's max resolution is only1080p, I find that most streaming platforms I regularly use really don't go beyond that anyway. I guess if you're a gamer, which I'm not, you might want 4K, and this PC can certainly handle that, but it's not really necessary for my purposes. And best of all, I can keep hardware acceleration enabled in my browser without worrying about all those annoying system freezes I used to have with my laptop. My internet speed tests have virtually doubled since I began using this PC (now over 500Mbps). It's also great to have 16GB RAM and a 500GB NVMe SSD. The only minor drawback is that, unlike my laptop, it didn't come with MS Office (which I didn't expect anyway), but I've always found that OpenOffice, which is free, works perfectly well for what I need. There's free software out there that allows you to transfer MS Office from one PC to another, and maybe I'll do that at some point, but it's not really a priority for me right now. Also, there's a minor glitch with the Radeon software, which won't launch because of a software/driver mismatch. I've sent Beelink tech support an email regarding the issue, but the problem doesn't prevent me from using the PC in any way. The fan, at least for me, is only loud for about three seconds after startup or restart, and then it's silent. I suppose that if I were a gamer or performing tasks which tax the CPU/GPU more, the fan might be more audible, but the thing is pretty much silent all the time. I mean, if you put your ear right next to the thing, you can hear it, but I don't plan to do that, at least not on a regular basis. It's hard to believe that such a powerhouse can exist within such a small footprint, costing less than $400, but that's the state of technology right now. Of course, comparing my old laptop to this machine is like comparing a horse and buggy to a Ferrari . . . or something. Finally, a word or two, or more, about the way it was shipped: The packaging of the PC itself is really very nice, sturdy and professional, but it was shipped in a padded shipping bag. C'mon, man! You order a can opener or something, it comes in a hefty box, but they ship a computer inside a freakin' bag??? WTF??? That said, it arrived undamaged, although the bag itself had a slice in it. Sheesh! However, the machine arrived without a scratch, so I'm pretty much a happy camper. If you're on the fence with regard to buying a mini PC instead of a tower, don't be. This thing has exceeded all expectations, and I would definitely buy again. But I hope I won't have to. Of course, if it craps out on me, I probably wouldn't buy again anyway, so the statement is specious at best. So, the shipping, meh. The PC, yeah!

Impressive PC for the money. I needed a new Windows PC, and the tiny footprint of these SER 5's had me intrigued. The 6 core Ryzen 5600H CPU paired with the AMD Radeon 1800mhz graphics are very fast! Video encoding and content creation is impressively speedy with this, and I've yet to hear the fan. I upgraded the RAM to 32G, and threw in a 500G 2.5" SSD I had laying around, and I really think the package is unbeatable for the price. If you're on the fence between the 5560U and the 5600H, the 5600 is more powerful, but the reviews of both are quite good. I'm not a gamer, but I'm going to try some now that I have this, check the gaming reviews on YT for more info.

Great for everyday productivity. Although the description says is a gaming machine it is not one by any means. But, I don't think anyone who's bought it has thought of using it for such purpose. It performs great, and is really compact for any place where you need it. Only issue I have is that the included screws are way to short. Would be great if a longer ones could be included.

Awesome Performance in a Small Form Factor. I love this computer. I use it as my secondary for writing, the internet, and some creative work. I have not tried photo or video editing yet, but it does run my steam games on middle settings. This include games like Company of Heroes 2, City Skylines, Phasmophobia, etc. I have a gaming rig, but I wanted to see if this would handle the games, and it did. Albeit at a lower but acceptable resolution. If you want a machine that is fast and reliable, get this box. It's super affordable and you'll be happy with the performance. While it can do some gaming, I think we are probably one or two AMD generations away from real gaming in this form factor, but we are very close. As an old geek who started his Computer Engineering career in 1990, it's very exciting to see how far we've come and how quickly we are moving forward.

For crowded desks like mine it's a winner. The computer has performed well and there is no question that it saves a lot of desk space. I'm running it on Microsoft 11 at the moment and I can see why a lot of folks prefer 10. Some of my older programs also don't like it. But so far, vale for money, it's pretty good.

Cons

Can't reinstall Windows 11 with Microsoft ISO. If you're planning on using Linux on it, it installs just fine. If your distribution of choice is Ubuntu, avoid 22.04 as it is unstable on this system, and go for Ubuntu 22.10 (or any other more recent release if you're reading this at a later time). As for Windows, you can't reinstall with Microsoft ISO (22H2 I believe I used). It will notify you that it is missing a driver to install prior to starting the installation as you can see on the screenshot. Unfortunately, it isn't specifying which driver is missing. I first tried different steps to go around the issue that I found online, which among other things suggested different thumbdrives, checking BIOS settings, to no avail. I went through Beelink website, and tried the drivers packs for this system to no avail (trying every single driver in them). I then contacted support, which made me run around, just to be told after more than a month of back and forth that they don't have the missing driver(s). Their support take multiple days to answer, sometimes a week or more, and doesn't read carefully the emails, resulting in having to repeat a number of times that my issue was prior to Windows being installed (so their guide didn't apply). They asked me to provide multiple screenshots of BIOS, installation, serial numbers, purchase number and I had to keep telling them the issue I have was while trying to install Windows as they kept providing me guides that were for Windows while it is installed. They had suggested at one point the missing driver is from the SSD, but the manufacturer, Kingston, had none available. While they have an ISO you can use to reinstall Windows 11, that you have to download from mega.nz (I'm not even sure they provide it on their support site), it's the one they build themselves, which I don't like. I do believe you should be able to install with the ISO from Microsoft (which I have been able to do on all my computers since the 90s as far as I remember), and, in this case all, the one (or multiple) missing driver(s).

DO NOT ORDER - no valid Windows Activation after reinstall/hardware change or deeper OS operation. do not order. when you boot it up it seems normal and activated- but when you have to reinstall or something goes wrong like in my case simply going back to an old restore point the OS crashes won't boot. So you are forced to reinstall - or simply when you make any hardware change - any re-activation and the OS wont be able to find an embedded OEM key in the firmware. So you can not activate windows. So this basically comes with an unactivated windows version. And theres no way to find a key anywhere - microsoft tried - there is simply no key embedded in the firmware. SO this basically comes without a valid windos key. It is sneaky since at first it seems to activate and runs for a bit. But any restore to an older restore point or hardware change or deeper OS operating and it will ask you to provide a key. And you can see using the ShowKeyPlus app that there is NO embedded key in the firmware - as required by Microsoft - SO SOMETHING VERY FISHY going on - they probably use some hack to get it activated at first - but u will get screwed later. Returning it. Seemed too good to be true a USD 500 machine with Ryzen 7000 32GB ram, running Win11pro (a USD 200 value). Now I know why! Not paying USD 200 to activate, returning!

Terrible, No support at all -0 stars. After a few weeks of use it won’t work. I reached out to the manufacturer and nothing. I reached out to Amazon and nothing. Do not recommend. Save your money, very disappointed after seeing so many positive reviews.

Complete Failure with no tech support. Please buy something else - stopped booting, followed cryptic troubleshooting advice on website (including downloading files from weird Chinese download sites) to try to bring the system to life. Complete hardware failure. Only way to get in touch with them is email and every time you get an email from them you have to start over as if there is no system to back their guarantee... Please find another solution...

Dead on arrival. It might be a nice mini PC, but it arrived not working. The manufacturer's packaging has virtually no padding and the product is shipped in an Amazon plastic bag, rather than a box with cushioning. The indicator light on the power supply shuts down when the supply is plugged into power socket on case, and the computer does not turn on. I opened a ticket with Beelink support, and granted it's a weekend, but I have not gotten so much as a confirmation email that my ticket was received. The query tab on the support web page returns the same answer "Query result: to be repaired" whether or not I enter the id the page assigned or a random string, so there's no way to know if the support ticket was really created.

This is the second one that has failed for me. The Green screen of death has passed. Has popped up three times. Amazon says they will take it back with. A restocking fee, the person I spoke to. Try to call BEElink. Four times on two different numbers with no answer and no voicemail. I then tried to call myself and still. And still no support
