Pros
Good price for the quality but can be better. for my 5-year-old boy who loves watching YouTube, this is a good price for the 10.1 inch screen. I got 64 GB to have some room for potential download app (songs) while camping without Wi-Fi. It came with pre-installed fun apps. It's easy to set up Wi-fi and parent control. However, the case is flat each side of the screen, not bump or foam around each side...so offer completely no protection to the screen at all. The case doesn't have handle or strap for carrying around. also doesn't have screen protector. The fish tail stand is stiff, no option to adjust the view angle, we have to put it on a book or adjust my son's chair height.
Decent. It’s a nice tablet for the price. I ordered a 64gb. It is slightly slow with loading but not by much. It works really great. Nice picture quality. Sound is loud, but obviously you can turn it down. I love the buttons and the case on it.I wanted to get a tempered glass screen protector for it, but i can’t find one that fits. I got one today, and it fits the screen but slightly overlaps on the corners with the case, so it won’t lay it flat and seal. So I’m still on the hunt for a screen protector. I don’t like the flimsy ones because they leave bubbles all over. An update on this, today it randomly just stopped allowing the touch screen. My son did nothing at all. It just stopped working. I’ve turned it on and off and it still won’t work
Customer service. My daughter loves this tablet and I accidentally broke it and customer service was a great help. They also didn’t take long to respond at all. Over all it’s a great tablet, doesn’t lag for us and it’s very loud.

Close to a mini IPad. I was able to upload most of the apps that my grandson would use. Very durable, and great picture. Wish the sound was in front and not in the back, but that is the only thing I would have changed. Unfortunately, the first thing he wants when he gets to nana’s house is this device and not us! Really a good buy.
Cons
Had to get a second one within 2 weeks. This is the second one I had to get the first one kept saying free up storage when it had a memory card in it too and nothing was on it so I had to return it I got the new one and this one the charger don't fit it in right and won't charge. My son loves the tablet but if it has anymore problems imma be getting my money back. The charger is the same as my phone but still I should be able to use the one it came with.
Connectivity sucks. The only issue I have is the two tablets I got will not stay connected to wifi. Downloads are just about impossible without wifi and glitches occur in games due to connectivity. They look great and the functionality of the stand is awesome, but the whole point is for entertainment and learning for my kids and they can't so that very well without this connection to stream and play.
Worst tablet ever. The charging port broken after after a weeks now I have the tablet I paid $100 for it and I don't know what to do because I can't charge it the charger is good but the tablet port charger not and I don't even know how to replace it. Can someone please help me?
Good for toddlers. The only complaint I really have is the battery life. After the first charge it now dies within 2 hours of being on straight. The product is great for toddlers and kids learning how to navigate on games and the touch screen is perfect for little kids compared to an Apple tablet where it’s so sensitive.
Extremely inferior tablet! Battery life, touch screen and picture quality were all as I expected since you usually get a quality in comparison to the price you are paying. Sadly though, the parental controls are awful! My 4 yr old is constantly getting on the internet even though I have denied that option on his profile! He also gets into the actual tablet settings! I tried to delete the app and download a better one but it doesn't allow the tablet owner to do that. You will find that a huge number of settings that are normally always available on a tablet are not available on this product. It's nothing but a huge disappointment.
Very good product, durability not sho much. My 3 year old got these for Christmas and the next day he dropped it and the whole screen shattered. Price was good but I expected better outcome. Is there a way for a screen replacement?
