Good value at price range. The media could not be loaded. Had this bike for weeks now. After I been searching similar bike in department store, I decided to go with Amazon. It looking about 300-400 bucks for Walmart or some other stores, and my tight pocket will not allowing. When I found it on amazon, it has great value at this price range. I’m not professional on equipment. All I want just a bike with easy storage and could have excise indoor in the season. I made my decision with grateful. Amazon has free delivery for prime, which why I choose it, just wait and it show up at your front door. It’s easy to assembling, I got it done by myself for 40mins from open box to done. When you took it out from box you will know the quality. Well made. (Just make sure you had right side up, that bring less energy when you take it out) flywheels in the front so I could move it anywhere I want. The place hold my phone I could have some movie during excitement. Adjustable seat and hand hold design for all different body shape. It has most everything you need, time, cal, speed etc. So far I’m satisfied with my purchase.

Few point that want to share 1.It is not that difficult to assembly it by following to the instruction. 2.It is quiet when you ride on it. 3.It comes with a digital displayed, and a stand. High quality stationary bike, Perfect for my home gym. The media could not be loaded. I bought this exercise bike at the beginning of September and since then it is in regular use. At the moment you can say that it is sturdy and doesn't wobble while riding. The wheel runs smoothly, the resistance is adequate. Adjustability is great. In itself, the bike handlebar and seat height can be adjusted, so it is really suitable for everyone. All the parts are working well. I am more than satisfied with the value for money and I would not call myself a beginner after many absolved Spinning course on the Youtube. I recommend Yosuda indoor cycling, which is very suitable for home exercise. I think it has the quality of a gym gym bike.
Overall I pretty like this bike. First of all, the quality of this bike is good for the price. It’s very sturdy and easy to assemble. Even I get it done by myself without anybody help. Saving money and getting results from the comfort of your own home with your fittable time. What I like about this bike is that it’s not too loud. You’re able to adjust your seat to a desired level. The seat is padded but kind of small for me. So, working out over 30 minutes on this bike could get pretty uncomfortable. I added more comfort or whatever you make it more comfortable. However, the results from this bike makes up for that. Over all I pretty like this bike.
my patients love so much. I ordered the cycle bike for the physical therapy clinic. The manager of the clinic, Kai Yu, likes so much. He told me that his patients love to use. I also help to assembly the bike, only four steps, so easy. One thing i need to mention, the package missing one nut. I went to local store to buy. very good stuff.

Buyer beware. Adding to review: now I have a new person Heather harassing me to change my review and offering a $50 refund. They did not contact me thru Amazon but utilizing my personal email directly. Unethical and I would not recommend to purchase this bike due to faulty mechanics. Below is my original review: Changing my review. Had issue with the resistance knob and Jane from customer service was so proactive, responsive and sent me new part in less than 2 days. I cannot express how great Jane has been trying to resolve this issue and unfortunately due to the manufacturing of this bike it cannot be repaired. This item is defective as the mechanism was not built properly (my son in law mechanic and looked at it) I have called Amazon who was amazing and they have arranged a company to pick up fully assembled bike and will be returned for full refund.
By far, one of the worst stationary bikes I've ever had the displeasure of exercising on. I am dumbfounded by how this item has received so many positive reviews and 4+ stars. I made my decision based on the reviews and I have made a HUGE mistake. For starters, the "comfortable seat" ad is a complete lie. The seat has a "fluffy" cushion that basically sinks when you sit on it to the point that your butt is basically sitting on the metal frame. After 20 minutes of just warming up, my bottom is sore and feels like it's covered in pins and needles. Secondly, the flywheel is locked onto the pedals. What I mean by this is that the flywheel will only stop if you stop pedaling. Which means if you pedal too fast and want to stop you can't just stop otherwise it's going to launch you forward and out of your seat. You have to slowly decrease how fast you're pedaling and then come to a complete stop. That's NOT how you want your stationary bike to be. You want the flywheel to be able to continue spinning so that it's stoppage isn't predicated on the pedals. Third, when you tighten the resistance, you can hear this awfully loud grinding noise. The tighter the resistance, the louder the noise. I don't want to hear my exercise bike making loud noises. Fourth, the seat is adjustable but the seat does not go nearly far down enough and it moves forwards and backwards maybe less than an inch. This stationary bike is $300+ and I would advise all of you reading this to walk away from this product. It's not worth its price nor does it perform as a $300+ bike should. DO NOT BUY IT.
Poor quality materials, tension knob bound up on bolt threads. It's not often that I am fooled by Amazon user review ratings, but with this bike I was. It's a shame because for the first week or so this bike performed okay. I'm 5'11" and my husband is 6'2". Neither of us come close to exceeding the max of 265 lbs. We are in shape and expect a $370 piece of exercise equipment to hold up to a normal spin bike workout. It wasn't like we were packing this thing on our bike and hiking up a mountain. We just did normal spin bike workouts... After a week the tension knob starting becoming harder to turn until it came to the point that it wouldn't turn at all. We performed maintenance on it and noticed that the bolt has an acorn nut on the end of it which in turn pushes down on the friction bad. AN ACORN NUT! That is your first red flag on build quality. Well, the acorn nut dented the backside of the first pad which made the tension bolt go off kilter and bind up. This made the bolt threads bind up and they were never the same. We weren't cranking this thing down hard. It is just a lousy threaded bolt and a lousy square nut pushing a lousy acorn nut onto a subpar friction pad. So, we replaced the pad (it comes with two--Gee, wonder why?) and were able to workout again, albeit we had to suffer through an obnoxiously hard to turn tension knob. It got to the point where we said screw it. What a defective hunk of junk. So, we worked with Amazon Customer Service and set up a return for a defective piece of equipment. Afterwards, we searched Youtube and the internet for "actual reviews" of this bike. Do your homework! I wish we had. If you are looking for this bike to be an actual piece of your daily workout and not just a clothes hanger just stop! Don't buy it! Buy something better! Don't trust the Amazon 4.5 star reviews. This bike is garbage...
Poor quality. Assembled product easily. Just handlebars and peddles. First time riding...15 minutes into my first routine the belt broke. I’m an average size woman (not plus size) and didn’t do any moves out of the norm. Returned ASAP and bought a different bike.
Broke in 3 months. Received March 31, broken by July. Not for people who are serious about working out. Resistance knob stripped and will no longer provide resistance on the wheel. No contact for warranty claim readily available. No phone number. No customer service number. No way to contact Masou/Yosuda except via an email through the Amazon site and apparently it takes 2 business days just to respond to a message regarding an issue with their product. Trying to order replacement parts impossible - found 1 with deliver date of September 18. Sorry - I live in a 2 bedroom condo - no room for a non functioning exercise bike to sit around my house until September to get a replacement part. Don't have time for trying to track this seller down for warranty work. 2 days to respond to a message? It should take 2 days to fix the bike. Extra Extra thumbs down. Probably should have spent the money on the Peleton - I think those last longer than 3 short months. Really inconvenient given we are still on lockdown and cannot go the gym. I'm not happy.
Poor quality & craftsmanship, poor quality control. The media could not be loaded. Seeing that it was from a company in China, I was somewhat ambivalent on making the purchase but went ahead anyway. I should have known better. CONS / DEFECTS 1. The sensor for the LCD monitor that picks up the speed apparently is supposed to be attached on the bike frame in front of the pedal, and the tip needs to be pointing at a 'hole' of the plastic cover that encases the chain that connects the pedal to the wheel. (first picture - from manufacturer) Apparently, in the product I purchased, the plastic 'hole' of the chain cover is not located where the tip of the sensor is and there is nothing but plastic cover where the tip of the sensor is (second picture - from the product I purchased). The worst part is that the sensor came pre-attached, meaning that a simple visual inspection by quality control personnel before packaging would have detected this defect. 2. Defective square frame hole of the frame (carriage bolt hole) - The front and rear stabilizer bars need to be attached to the bike frame via carriage bolt with square neck that fits into the square hole of the bike frame. In my product, one of the square holes of the frame (or possibly the square neck of the carriage bolt? I cannot tell because the carriage bolt and the nut are now inseparable!) A much better design would have been to use bolt with button hexagon socket or mushroom (truss). Now I will never be able to remove the front stabilizer from the frame, ever! 3. The tablet holder has plastic tabs that your phone / tablet is supposed to fit in. My phone which has a protective cover is unable to fit in them because the plastic tabs are too small. 4. Front handle bar moves left/right a little bit and is not firm, which gave a feeling of instability PROS: - The ride is quiet - adjustable resistance If you don't care about defects in your products, then this product should be fine for purchase. However, I would not buy another product from this company again.
