It's A Different World Where I Come From. Didn't get a chance to test it's resistance to water bc it didn't rain. I took this on our 1st cruise and OMG it was so much better than taking a purse! I'm disabled and have continued to use it for my various doctors, one being a day trip away. I keep it packed and just have to throw it on and go! Having extra pockets for my headphones, power bank, 2 color books, pencil case, 32oz water bottle, SG10+, wet wipes, Kleenex, alcohol wipes, pill bottle, small hand cream, and there may be other stuff but you get the jest. It holds a LOT more than it looks like it will! I tried a couple of these and I didn't like how the arms on the others fit. I have arthritis in my neck and I was concerned about a BACK pack y'know hurting my neck right? Well it seemed to carry lower and pull on my shoulders not my neck as much as I thought it would. Now of course when I didn't wear both shoulders like you should.... Oh and the best part is that I could wear it on my front like I was carrying a baby! I was nervous going to the Bahamas a month after the hurricane, especially when they sent everyone on the main island back to the US bc of crime. So wearing this on the front and putting on a light jacket over it..... yeah it was cool enough for a jacket in the Bahamas..... I was completely able to hide my pack and access everything I needed in it without any problems! You haven't lived until you do it from a wheelchair. It's a completely different world from our POV. Be kind. Please rewind.
Good for lefties. I wear my sling bag over my left shoulder, so when it was time to replace my Outdoor Master sling with something else, I was looking for zips I could access when I swing the bag around to the front as well as good water bottle pockets and a phone pocket that fits my big phone. This bag does all of those things. It's lightweight, has some decent interior sectioning for things like pens and smaller items, and, most importantly, I can position the double zippers on the main compartment so they point up toward me when I slide the bag around to the front. The phone pocket on the strap of the bag is huge; it took me a bit of time to get used to how big and clunky it really feels. The look of the pocket with my phone in it is a bit dorky. But I guess I am used to that now that I've been wearing it for a couple of weeks. Fears of heart cancer aside (j/k), it's actually a convenient place in which to carry our external brain packs (phone). It also has a place where I can quickly clip a key on a carabiner so I don't have to root around in the back portion for my car key or house key on short trips. This bag has water bottle mesh on both sides, and they fit my preferred insulated mug (contigo) and a small water bottle (both 16 oz) -- or my travel umbrella. The zipper down the middle front seems like it would be convenient, but I've only found that small items fit in there (lip protectant, hair ties, pen, etc.) when the bag is full. The open pocket behind that is great for quick access, but since it doesn't zip, it's possible for smaller items to fall out of it. The main compartment is fairly roomy, but the only electronic device I can fit into it with my wallet and eyeglasses case and chargers in the bag is a Kindle Paperwhite. The bag doesn't have a hidden security pocket on the back like my last bag, but the design is such that anyone trying to unzip your bag and grab stuff would have a hard time doing so. The double zippers on the main compartment could probably take a very small padlock, if need be. The downsides to the bag are the lack of internal organization and not very direct access to the few pockets that exist in the main section because the water bottle mesh sewn onto the sides hampers having a larger zipper for that compartment. It only opens a little ways, so you have to dig a bit to find things by feel. There aren't any pen holders, a feature I find essential, because a woman without a Sharpie is a woman ill-prepared. There are two mesh pockets that hold pens, sort of, and a large pocket in the portion to the front, and a larger device pocket in the back. I guess if you have any real valuables, you could just stuff them in the very bottom of the bag, where nobody (even you!) could get to them without serious intention. As with many bags these days, the key fob seems like an afterthought. It's in an inconvenient place and interferes with the small inner pockets of the large compartment. I actually re-sewed the key fob into the dead space at the very top of the big compartment. That way my keys hang down the back of the compartment from the very top of the inside, and don't get in the way of anything else. I suppose the way the clip strap works on the back you could add on a rolled up jacket or tee-shirt, tightening the strap down with enough pressure. I can see using that open pocket and the strap that goes over it for such a use on a day trip. The back strap is convertible left or right, so right handers can use the bag as well. I am considering buying a backup version in a different color, just to have another one around. It's looking like it will be a good bag for basic daily use. I can't fit my ipad or chromebook or any larger devices in it, and it's hard to fit a journal or any paper bigger than say 5x7 in it, but It's not often that I need to be carrying those things around in this bag. Tl:dr: Good, small bag that works well for left-handed folks and people who don't need to carry large devices
Diaper bag for quick trips! **UPDATE: This is the best non-diaper bag, diaper bag ever. This bag also functions ae a stroller leash. I attatch it to the stroller handle with the front bag buckle, and attatch the bag to my clothes using the back strap of the bag.** Use this as a small diaper bag and LOVE it! I put 3 size 4 diapers plus one puppy pad in the front open pocket. (It could fit a few more). The mesh cup holders fit my daughters dr. Browns straw sippy cup + a water bottle for me. The phone holder on the strap fits my phone + my ecigg with extra room to spare. I love this because i can take my daughter to the park and easily pull out my phone one handed. In the main pocket i keep wipes, a burp rag, a teething toy, extra onesie. You could fit a bottle or 2 in there and some formula. It's a great bag for baby stuff if your going to the park or on short errands. The front zip pocket is roomy but not large enough to hold a pack of wipes so you will need to use the main large pocket or get a portable wipes holder to attatch to this bag.
Cons
Seems well made with two very annoying exceptions. As the title says, overall the item seems well made. I can't speak to the durability as I just received it. Unfortunately, right away two negatives were obvious. First, the small strap on the front pocket has no tension. If tightened, it will pull back out and have lots of slack with the slightest tug out pressure from whatever is in the pocket. That's not good if you're trying to secure something in the front pocket, nevermind the aesthetics. Basically the strap is both inconvenient and pointless if it can't be tightened so the pocket closes. Second, when I opened the front pocket there was already a stain underneath the flap. Like a grease smear. It's not very dark, but it is noticeable. This isn't as important as the first issue, but it's a bummer on a new item. I got a good deal on this, but I may send it back. I might be able to wash out the stain, but there's no way to secure the strap.
the small big bag deception. This back pack is for kids... not for adults. well, the advertising video shows a tall guy. a deceiving adds already. I am 1.65mts tall and with all the adjustment all the way out still dificult to wear, the bag is almost at the same level that my chin or neck. it is hard to acces at that level. also, it is way too small for a tablet, I tryed to fit my Samsung tab s4, and it didn't fit. also and that's not good at all. if you managed to open the zip while wearing it all the stuff inside might fell out . so $17.00 of nothing
Nice little pack, but not water resistant. I'd rank this higher if I hadn't bought it specifically because it was supposed to be water resistant. Things inside didn't get soaked, but they weren't exactly dry, either. The bottom was less watertight than the top. As long as I'm not in rain or a boat, it'll do fine. I loved the zipper pocket on the strap that held my cell phone and glasses right where I could reach them whenever I needed them. All of the zippers and straps were secure. The base is deeper than it looks, so I was able to stuff in a few extra things as the day went along and the pack didn't seem weighed down or awkward. It was very crinkly at first, which I thought would drive me nuts, but after a few hours of use, the material loosened up and stopped crinkling.
