Powerful little pump. I got this pump for my inflatable paddle and it’s awesome! The pump was able to inflate it in just a few minutes. This saved me from wasting energy pumping it up and more time to actually do some paddle boarding. This pump pairs well with a portable power station. This made it possible to pump up the paddleboard and mattresses anywhere. It pulls around 74 watts from the unit during the inflating, so I can inflate it about 30 time each recharge given the capacity. This setup was pretty easy to use and both units did not take up much space at all. Love it!
Very fast & accurate for rafts. I used this primarily for inflating rafts because my little battery-powered Intex one just wasn’t cutting it, and this was very convenient since it plugs into the car. Both the device and the cord feel pretty cheaply made, but it works very well and stops automatically once it reaches the PSI you set, which is incredibly convenient for rafts as well as paddleboards (I have an inflatable one then I used this with once, but I mainly used this with lower pressure rafts/innertubes). The cord for it is very long which is also convenient, and it comes with just about every attachement nozzle you could ever need. I only had two small complaints other than the general lack of build quality – - The pump starts out pretty quiet but randomly gets extremely loud- like a boat engine turning on loud. It doesn’t always do this and it’s not triggered by a certain PSI or something, so it seems random which makes it just that much more shocking when it occurs. - A few times while inflating the pump would randomly turn off, but this I determined to be a problem with the cable, which was solved by holding it in a certain place (putting it over my steering wheel) while inflating. A bit annoying, but after I started doing this it stayed on consistently. Overall I’m happy with it for the price, and definitely is something worth picking up if you frequently go rafting/paddle boarding etc during the summer like I do!
I am so delighted. This is not the first pump I have bought but I do feel it may be the best. I just tested it(I have learned from experience to test the pump😂). It took about 8 minutes to pump the paddle board up to 15psi. Since there’s usually two of us, I deflated the board and pumped it up again immediately. It pumped the same the second time without loosing power, again, about 8 minutes 15 lbs. When I removed the nozzle and picked up the pump it was not even warm. Everything about the pump was super easy and worked just like it’s supposed to. I love the little carry bag that comes with it!
Cons
Overheats. Only works for 20 min, overheats and needs to "cool down" for 30 min. Not good for on the go, might be OK if you are willing to inflate over multiple breaks.
It worked for about 2 minutes. It's a good looking unit, unfortunately, the unit pumped air for less than two (2) minutes and it stopped completely! Very disappointed, returning the unit.
I give it 1 star because it only worked once! I bought this item for my paddleboard it requires 13 psi this got to about six psi and stopped working. Really disappointing!
