Great Dumbbell Bench. Listen, nobody is using this to train for Olympia. This is a great dumbbell bench for light weight training. It has a 660lb capacity and folds for easy storage. Mine arrived fully intact with all the hardware for assembly. You only have to install the legs with the provided hardware and wrench. I was ready to go in 15 minutes. I use this bench for basic dumbbell exercises with weighs up to 55lbs.
Good bench. I wish the bench had more decline, and that the incline went to closer to 90 degrees, but other than that it seems sturdy and work well.
It’s good. When I opened the box to build it it surprised me how durable it actually was when feeling it. The build was quick and the only problem I ran into was that I was missing a screw but I had extras so it’s alright. Not sure if anyone else’s had this issue However I’d still recommend this bench do to how stable it felt and it’s comfortable
Angle of Seat. With the seat being parallel to the floor you tend to slide down when lifting on an incline. I think it should've been placed on an angle to hold you in place. Other than that a decent bench for the price.
