Accelerates QUICKLY. I have been riding this thing for three semesters at my local university, one known for having incline grades that have actually killed people (look up Cardiac Hill at UTEP). I weigh 150 lbs plus another 20lbs in my backpack. If you whiskey throttle the accelerator this thing will manual out from under you. Be safe. I keep it at speed level 3 out of 4 and it can handle every incline on campus. The remote and the board are improvements over my TEAMGEE long board. It’s heavy, but it’s short enough to be closer to a board than a long board so I can strap it to my backpack and NOT having the board got the back of my knees. Could not be more pleased.
It is fast!! Love how fast the board is. Holds a great charge and charged quickly. I love that the remote is rechargeable also.

Just my opinion. This is by far the best skateboard for the price. The quality can be explained like this ... Military and hospital grade products are far superior than consumer grade products and it's like that for many reasons. This skateboard is like military and hospital grade stuff. It is far superior and was engineered really well... I am not a pro skateboarder but I am pretty decent at riding one and honestly with it's 4 different speeds settings with 1 being slowest and 4 being fastest I am comfortable at #2 setting because it is plenty fast at that level and doesn't feel like it will throw you off the board like settings #3 and #4. Setting three is so fast you have to be prepared to take off otherwise you will lose balance and setting for is outrageous and shouldn't even be a setting. Maybe there's people who can skateboard far better than me but I am pretty good at it. The thing I like about this board is the wheels I bought cheaper boards like razors and razor deluxes and if you hit a rock you will fall off and hurt yourself. This board hits rocks and it just goes right over them like it's nothing so buy something else unless you're ready for the anxiety riding an electric skateboard causes. This board makes you feel less anxiety and feel more trust in the board that you won't fly off while riding but you seriously can get real hurt if you're not careful or ready for a fall. This board's battery lasts a long time but I can tell that the battery life span is shortening every time I use it. I couldn't tell you how long a full charge last but it last pretty long enough to get you around town and back home without having anxiety of it dying. A single full charge last me about 3 days and each time I ride it and those 3 days is about an hour each day. So if you do the math it's about 3 hours of riding for a full charge... That is just a estimation and isn't the real results that's just what happened for me. Anyways this board is real quality very sturdy doesn't it perfect height perfect smoothness oh and the worst thing about it though is the grip tape is too grippy I feel like I can't move my feet while I'm riding and I don't like that because I want to find my balance point and because it's so grippy I can't move my feet around while riding due to the anxiety of falling off at a high rate of speed. It's great fun though.
Honest Review. There’s a big difference between mini 2S and the ER. 2S is pretty much entry level. ER is where you want, for the distance and speed. 2S is overall good, stable, secured, professionally designed and put together. However, the PU wheels, (inside) do intend to get dirty quick. Clean that out every few weeks. The board itself, is great. MEEPO is a good affordable entry board that is good all around. Don’t buy from other cheap boards that claim they have so and so. I spent maybe 1-2K$ on boards because they were pretty much knock offs and I blame myself. Start with MEEPO. Yes, there’s other boards that do the same and probably better than MEEPO, but it’s just entry level board company. Don’t invest a lot of money yet on high end boards. My final board is around 1.8k$ because it’s meant for long rides, with top speed of 40 mph.
Board is great, but the wheels SUCK! I do really like the Meepo Mini 2, BUT I barely have 8 miles on this and already the wheels are starting to shred - In the attached photo, the odometer can be seen on the remote control. The composite that the wheel is made from is WAY too soft. I have a Backfire longboard with at least 10x more miles on it and the wheels look fine. Otherwise, the board is pretty stable for a short board and a blast to ride! Have not had a lot of time to test the battery, but you can see in the photo that after eight miles the board's and the remote's battery lines still have not gone down. Again, I do like the Meepo Mini 2 a lot, but the crappy wheels take away from the experience... so instead of five stars, I have to give it four. I was going to purchase the 100mm wheels by Meepo, but they appear to be made of the same composite as the 90mm wheels that come standard on the Mini 2. So, I will pass. I will keep the Mini 2 and hope that the wheels do not completely get destroyed before Cloudwheels make a compatible set. The Cloudwheels on my Backfireboard made for a slightly better ride, but made it even more stable and able to go over rougher terrain. Overall, I'd still recommend purchasing the Mini 2, but not until better-made, replacement wheels from a different company are available. Also, please consider that I had bought mine during Prime Day so the price was quite a bit less than the usual price (even with the current discount/coupon offer). I'd still buy the Mini 2 at the current price (with coupon and the same caveat about the wheels), but would remove an additional star from the rating for the lower value.
Cons
Cap of the hub motor fell off. I bought the board eager to ride it, after a little over a mile. I heard something, figured it was the motor and when I looked down the wheel was halfway off. So after some research I found a video where this happened to, but I couldn’t seem to reattach my motor cap so the wheel would keep on detaching!
Amazing but battery is Ehh. "I absolutely love my electric skateboard! It's smooth, fast, and so much fun to ride. However, there is one slight issue that's preventing me from giving it a higher rating. The battery is advertised to go for 11 miles on one charge, but I'm barely getting 4 miles out of it. It's a shame because I really enjoy riding the board, but the battery life is a bit of a disappointment. Despite this, I still highly recommend the board to anyone looking for a fun and exciting mode of transportation. I understand it changes based on hills and what not i just didn't think it would be this drastic. I'm wondering if my batter is defective. Considering buying the upgraded battery because I really do enjoy it. I ride it daily almost.
Dangerous but fun. It goes as fast as it says it goes. My main gripe is with the bushings in the trucks but you can replace those easily. I would definitely wear pads/helmet, 28mph might not sound fast but trust me as soon as you get up there you'll agree. Its a lot of fun, dangerous, and about $100-$150 overpriced. (After the $80 coupon)
The honest truth. I do have to say this board is at a fair value for the product that is delivered but there are a few things that I noticed when I received mine. First thing is that I bought mine brand new so there was no chance of any damages to my board. I first noticed that the paint on the sides and bottom were uneven and not right. The next big thing for me is that every and I mean EVERY single bolt is lose on this board nothing is tighten properly to the board. So what I recommend when you get your board is to tighten absolutely everything because the last thing you want to be doing is dragging a battery pack at 20 mph.
