Pros

Great full body workout. I didn't think this bench was going to give me such a workout but this bench gives me a full body workout. What's nice about this bench is it did come with resistance bands, but I did already have other resistance bands for my old bench that I am able to use with this workout bench. When it comes to using, this bench is very reliable and easy to adjust. Whether I want to sit up or lay down, all I have to do is adjust the lock. I wasn't sure if the bench was going to hold my weight, since the purpose of this bench was to help me lose weight but it does. I was almost 280lbs and even though it said 600lbs in the description, I was still skeptical. However, once I put this together and actually laid on it, I didn't feel as though it was going to break, crack or that the lock was going to come loose. With this workout bench, I've been using this every day with just 1 day off and I have already lost almost 15lbs. While it has been with the help of diet, this bench has allowed me to several different workouts without having to stop and use a different bench or machine. Really easy to setup as the instructions that came with it were very descriptive. Love that I'm able to use my other resistance bands with it too!

Good sturdy compact product. We were looking for a compact workout bench. While browsing on Amazon came across this bench from Keppi. Unheard brand but price with coupon and features made us take the risk. Package came in a timely manner and intact. Product was well packaged and came with easy to follow manual. Assembly was a breeze👍. We have used this bench now for about 10 days and are very happy. It’s sturdy and easy to adjust . We also received a pair of resistance bands. Instructions to attach bands was not in manual but pictures on manual were informative. Best part is it folds flat so easy to stir under garage cabinet( high set not low set off course). Overall totally recommend it. Good value for money and great product

Excellent customer service! The bench is pretty good. It adjust flat, declines, and inclines which is exactly what I was looking for. I am able to use it for my weights, situps, and stretching. It doesn't take up too much space and I don't plan to fold it up, so I haven't tried that feature yet. I was really looking forward to the bands but there is hardly any resistance, so I will not be using those. I was sent new bands so I am satisfied with that. Overall satisfied with this bench and customer service is excellent!

Cons

Unsafe. Backrest locking mechanism fails during use. The Keppi bench catastrophically fails at the most crucial quality of exercise equipment: safety. Over the last few weeks, I have now had the backrest lock fail on two separate occasions during sets, causing the backrest to free fall to its full decline position during my lifts. I'm both extremely stupid for continuing to use this bench after the first incident and extremely lucky to have avoided serious injury each time. Perplexingly, the backrest failures have both followed successful sets... so somehow the bench manages to unlock itself and become unstable/unlocked between sets without anyone actually adjusting it. The cause of this problem is the over-designed backrest locking mechanism (see attached picture). Every other weight bench I've owned or used features a very simple pin-and-groove system to position and secure the backrest into place. This sort of system is extremely simple to operate and is virtually impossible to fail during a set. For some reason, the designers of the Keppi bench decided to reinvent the wheel and instead employ this weird, complex, and ultimately malfunctioning knob lock thing. The knob has some sort of internal spring mechanism that I guess is supposed to engage and disengage the lock when rotated, but it is cheap and difficult to know when it's engaged or disengaged. You have no visibility on the pin (or whatever type of part) is meant to support the backrest, so there is no way to visually confirm that the bench is in a safe state (as it turns out, the bench is never actually safely locked). The bench's other components are good quality for this price range, so it's a shame that what should have been the easiest thing to get right--the backrest lock--ultimately turns this product into an unsafe nightmare to use. Lastly, I would note that at least one other 1-star reviewer reports the same issue with the backrest lock. I hope that the manufacturers take heed and do something about this safety hazard before somebody is injured using their product. Edit 7 Dec 2021: I've added some additional pictures taken after disassembling the locking mechanism. As you can see, there is only about 1/8" of metal nub sticking through that is responsible for holding the backrest in place. It's easy to see why this system can so easily fail. Another of the photos shows the hole that the nub notches into. Notice how the edge of the hole is now marred from where the nub slipped out during a lift, allowing the backrest to collapse. A truly slipshod, dangerous design.

DANGEROUS!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! DANGEROUS PRODUCT! The bench was fully locked and adjusted to the Flat Bench setting. I was dumbbell pressing 50lb dumbbells and the bench fell into decline (see photos). Thank god i didnt drop the dumbells on my face or worse.

Not as advertised and cheaply made. The media could not be loaded. Cheaply made and everything moves because the pins are too small for the holes so they lock with out movement.
