Quality. The product is high quality, but did not arrive with all of the parts. The support team helped to get them ordered as soon as possible.
Excellent Home Workout Bench. My wife (5’11’@ 126 lbs.) and I (5’10’’ @ 195 lbs.) have trained on the bench for 5 weeks now and have the following observations. The bench was easy to assemble, has a well thought out design, excellent padding, heavy duty sturdy construction for a Home style gym bench setup, excellent lateral stability, the action on the leg extension/curl is very smooth with no lateral movement during utilization and is easy to adjust during workouts. It should be noted the center of gravity for the leg extension/curl equipment when utilizing 75 lbs. and up is somewhat forward, which has the potential of a slight forward tipping, if you are not careful in how you mount the seat. I don’t see this as a negative since the bench is far superior to all other Home style gym benches on the market and this is a common issue for benches of this style. We would rate our workout experience with Harison bench as excellent for a Home gym setup and strongly recommend the Harison bench. A comment for all those who purchase a Home style bench setup and compare it endlessly to a commercial bench – if you want the performance of a commercial bench, go spend the additional money, the Harision bench exceeds in the intended Home style gym setting.

Quality product, easy to assemble, and quick delivery. I was in need of a weigh bench with leg workout for my home gym and found the Harison adjustable weight bench w/Leg extension. Delivery was speedy and delivered to my front door with no issues. Assembly was very straight forward with all the tools needed within the packaging. The main frame is sturdy and thick steel and has been a great addition to the home gym for working out the legs. The bench is customizable based on height and also has an attachment to fit the olympic weight plate hole. Customer service (Sarah) reached out to ensure delivery, product quality, and assembly was all in line with my expectation. I recommend this product if looking for a bench with leg workout.
Elastic Pin used to control incline was broken BUT the seller quickly fixed the issue. Received the bench which was a bit pricey compared to similar benches on Amazon. The Elastic pin to control the most important part - incline/decline functions was broken. I called customer service several times no answer. I then emailed the seller who quickly responded. I have to say they DHL express shipped the new part within a day of the complaint and gave a $50 credit along with a pending holiday gift. The customer service was EXCELLENT. I would give it 5 stars but cant due to the obvious issue, but they are a solid 4 stars. I've used my bench and so far no issues.
Great for home gym. Excellent Customer Service. Bench is perfect for home gym set up. Good price point and solid piece of equipment. Despite some missing parts when it arrived this was a great purchase. Customer service rep was extremely helpful and had missing pieces sent to us promptly. She also communicated with us through the entire process. Her help made this an excellent experience and I would highly recommend them.
Cons
So-so bench with useless leg extension. I have a lot of problems with this bench. First, it’s flimsy, despite people saying it’s “sturdy.” Anyone who’s worked out in a real gym will agree that this doesn’t compare. The biggest disappointment is the leg extension. What I mean is that your heels will hit the seat support brace preventing you from returning the rep to rest. As for doing leg curls, the support pads press against your thighs, making it very uncomfortable to use. To boot, adding just a medium amount of weight to the leg extension causes the bench to become unbalanced, easily tipping over. Lastly, the bench isn’t designed for easy reconfiguration for people of different heights. My wife and I have to disassemble the leg extension/leg curl each time we switch. By “disassemble” I literally mean using a wrench and hex key to take it apart.
Not worth the money. - the range of motion when using it for hamstring curls is very limited and the Olympic weight plates will hit your shins. Very uncomfortable - not very stable. I tried using this bench for step ups but it’s extremely wobbly even when tightening the knob - to adjust the incline, you need to twist the knob. For $500 I would expect to be able to pull the knob and adjust until you let it go and it locks into another hole. Waste of money to be completely honest, I wish I could return it.
Broken right out of the box! The product was damaged right out of the box. The part that was broken was the receiver for the preacher curl attachment which is pretty much the main frame everything attaches to. The assembly instructions were not the easiest to follow either. I did not contact the manufacturer for a replacement part, I figured if that was the type of quality control they had packaging a new item, I might as well return it and get my money back.
Poor design. Bench is built solidly, but that is about all that is good with this product. Large groove in pad between seat and back pads, bench incline adjustments are poorly spaced, preacher pad has inadequate space to use.
Nightmare customer service. Product was faulty , started getting weird text messages from the company, then they wouldn’t send a replacement part unless I wrote a glowing review, finally had enough and returned it .
Not for serious weight lifters. This piece of gym equipment does not work well for people that are 6’4” or taller; like myself and my son. Does not have enuff adjustment options for the leg curls and the bicep curl bench.
