Pros
Decent for the money. I do like this watch. I work with my hands a lot and usually buy the cheap $15 watches because I tear them up. For health reasons I have to keep track of my sleep patterns and that’s what interested me in this watch. The sleep is fairly accurate. The BP and heart rate monitors run a bit high, but are somewhat close. I tested them against my own monitor. The ring that holds the wrist band down is a bit loose and the band was constantly coming out, so I took a small hair tie and secured the band with that. The watch face changes when you turn the dial and that’s a little frustrating also. Overall the watch is great for the money.
Nice but some shortcomings. Like the size of the screen but numbers & letters are very fine. Like that I can pair with phone and use own pic for screen, however it disconnects from phone easily and reverts to the factory screen. Steps are pretty accurate. Links to Google Fit. Blood pressure is not accurate when compared to the Dr.s. Easy set up. Don't like that screen is on for 2 seconds so have to keep pushing button to bring it back Metal strap looked great at first but color faded and the magnetic clasp keeps loosening up so am always adjusting it. Overall I have been satisfied with the exceptions above. Probably returning it mainly because of the strap.
More Complex. I had a different brand for 9 months and very happy with it. The charging portion came apart inside the wrist brand making it impossible to charge, so I purchased this one at near twice the cost. Not impressed far. There's a learning curve and may be something I can do to increase the accuracy. The BP monitoring is far off, I'd be near death if I had such low readings. It also shows me going to sleep after midnight last night. I was in bed by 9:30 reading my Kindle, and re-read the same page at least 3 times by midnight, going to sleep while reading those 3 times.
App is free! No monthly fee like fitbit. Love the easy app and set up. Also love that this watch can read blood pressure. The only thing that Km seeing that isn’t accurate is the distance in miles. It’s a little off but over all a good way to track health. Also love that the app is free! No monthly fee
Fast delivery. Nice look. App should have more detail on step activity. Not sure how long sport activity has to be because so far I just been told not enough data when I stop. I tend to do 3 min bursts of eliptical. I like that there are many watch faces to choose from. Menu duplicates many of the picture icons, I would prefer only one of each menu choice. Watch alerts when I have a call and gives choice to hang up call. It alerts when i have text messages.
Used it for a week and now am happy with the watch. Took a little doing but got the sleep to work as well as got the imperial readings to work instead of metric. Comfortable band but I need a shorter one as my wrists are very thin. Tracks my walking every day without much effort. Happy with this one. Had another brand that was too complicated.

Great value, when it works. I had preloaded the phone software before I received the watch. When the watch arrived I unpacked it and put it on the charger for 2 hrs plus, fully charged. The watch band is a snap to put on, literally. Some reviews show people struggling with it....it's pretty easy as long as you are smarter than the watch band! Lmao. Paired up easily with my IPhoneXR. Filled in all the info and away I went. Compared BP, O2 and pulse with my BP cuff and there was only a couple points difference, about the same as Drs and Nurses in the medical offices. The step counter and distance were good...sleep timer seemed correct.....all seemed to work fine for the first day and a half....then I encountered some problems with it telling me I wasn't wearing the watch, which if you look at picture its on my arm. Contacted support and they haven't given me a fix yet so I tried spinning it around to the inside of my wrist where it seems to be more consistent. It picks up messages from my phone and alerts me, the phone interface is good, gives daily, weekly and monthly readings. Since I'm not female no need for the menstruation package......shows me consistent weather (but I usually look out window). instructions for use are limited at best...I've found out more about it just playing around. If you spin the on/off button you can change the watch face to different looks. Time and date stay synced to my phone accurately. I don't use the music feature. ill keep using it and see how it goes. Remember to swipe right left and up and down to find all settings and choices. I watched a reviewer on YouTube that must have been a little technically challenged.....
It looks nicer than it functions. While it has an app, it is not easy to use. It was frequently losing the time and would have to be re-synced with the app to get the time back. The battery life was barely adequate - it lasts about 2 weeks if you just look at the time. If you use timers or other functions in the watch, it lasts about a day or two. If it really did a lot, that time would be OK, but it is not really that functional.
not totally wow by it. I bought my husband 1 and me 1. The set up to our Iphone was great. His seems to do better than mine keeping track of the steps. We can walk the same distance but if I do not swing my arm mine does not count my steps, so I am disappointed there, but my husband seems to do fine. Company did contact me and said they would send me another band but have not received it. Still does not count steps right. Like when pushing a cart in a store will not count the steps if you do not swing your arm.
Works when it wants. I don't like to do reviews right away because everything seems to work great at first.... so with that being said now that I've wore this for a while, I wouldn't recommend this unless you never leave an internet connection and you aren't really active. This only tracks accurately if you are always connected to service and even then I'm not confident it still tracks accurately. Also, being active and moving my wrist, it continuously shuts off the watch. Pretty much this is good for tracking sleep but again only if you are connected to the internet. As for the mobile app, what's the point? It doesn't show you anything more than the watch does. You actually get more data on the watch, unless you want to know the previous days steps.
Connecting the watch band took over 30 minutes !!!! I have only had this for two days so I can't comment on how accurate it is. I will do that later. Putting the band on the watch was so frustrating that I looked at the clock and told myself I would give it two more minutes before I packed it back in the box and returned it. At that point I had been trying for 20 minutes to connect the watch band. A friend stopped by and I gave it to them and they tried for 15 minutes before the band went on. 35 minutes to put the watch band on!!! Who thinks that is ok? After so much frustration, I hope this watch is accurate. I hope I didnt waste 35 minutes on a watch that doesn't work.
Blood Pressure Readings Inaccuuurate. Bought this mainly so I would have a reminder to move around more often than I had been and having the blood pressure measurement was a nice feature since I've had to monitor my BP due to pre-hypertension (BP high but not enough to go on medication). I know that wrist BP are not as accurate as cuff but thought this might give me a ballpark estimate, but it is not even close. All the readings have been in the very normal and healthy range, but sadly my bp hasn't been there in a few years. Just took my bp with a cuff -- 144/93 -- and watch said 117/70.
