Skip-it for your waist. The media could not be loaded. Yes I look dumb doing it but boyyyyy this was a work out!!!! I burned about 600cal in an hour. This will be my third day using it. Yesterday on day 2 I was able to go for 8minutes without restarting. This is an amazing work out. Be sure to not have it too tight I def left myself bruised. Well worth it. The sturdiness alone is well worth the money. I would like another option for the weight itself. I’d want it a little heavier. I feel like this is going to get too easy. Also. I’m 4’10 240lbs. I have 4 links off currently to start. Def thinking about buying one as a gift. Cannot wait to see the results. It’s like a giant skip-it for your waist! Def brought me back to my childhood.
So far so good. This is great! Easy to use, fun and it's also easy to lose track if time. My only problem, is my child got very excited, multiple times, and got smacked in the head. Multiple times.
Awesome product! I read so many reviews and decided to try this brand. It is not hard to do at all. It does take some practice to keep the momentum going but after a day or two you will be a pro. I can already feel a difference. I am so happy with this purchase. It is easy to put together and the ball swings smoothly.
Cons
Doesn’t fit. I’ll be honest, prior to buying this I did not measure my waist. I’m currently a size 16/18 and this JUST fits on my natural waist but it’s painful. Has to go back. I’m a little discouraged that I’m on the lower end of the plus size spectrum and can’t use this.
Disappointment. The hoop immediate fell apart on my first use. The weight flew off and almost broke my tv. It would not stay together no matter how many times I tried and adjusted the links. Disappointed by this purchase. I was really looking forward to it.
