So Far So Good. So, I bought a different one from vitalgear.. and yep it didn't work.. it sucked and I become frustrated because I have started my weight loss journey.. I logged on Amazon and started to look for one. Of course I looked for the one with 4 stars or higher and the most reviews and stumbled upon this lovely one.. I read the reviews and ordered it. Just got done for the 1st time using it..I am a big girl and I use all the links and it fit a little tight but it fit.. started to spin the weight and OMG it's going and not stopping. I was excited.. and by 5-7mins.. I am sweating and calfs are burning.. I was only able to do about 13 mins.. I am hot and sweaty.. I like it and it's only day 1.. the down side is the sound it makes going around but I truly don't care.. I will update in a couple of weeks to let you know if I lost any links and how long I am doing it.. they recommend 30 mins or longer.. I will keep you posted.. hope this helps because I never do these but I felt like someone out there is going through the same thing.. we got this. You can do it..
Love it! It fits up to a 47 inch waist! Love this thing. Got the hang of it quickly. I'm 5'9" and 280lbs, it was making me sweat after less than 5 minutes. Chronic back pain and it doesn't hurt my back yay!, biggest thing is it is so much fun so I don't feel frustrated with doing it as exercise!
Very pleased and works! I was disappointed when I first got it .. it didn't fit.. but I put it as high as it could go up comfortably and I was able to use.. (they don't sell links, you would have to buy 2) I've used for a week now and although im not able to remove a link yet.. it has lowered ( And fits more comfortable) which means it's doing it's thing!) I definitely recommend this. I'm buying another one to give as a gift!

Don’t buy. I was so excited to use this. The pieces keep coming undone. The clamp part comes undone even in the closed position. The ball keeps getting caught on track. This product is a nightmare.
Get a warranty on everything else you own. This is just a dumb invention. For whatever reason this may look appealing to you, hoolahoop skills or exercise, there are much cheaper, safer options out there. You spin a weight on a rope that’s held on a track of hard plastic links and you hear every click of every link. This thing is loud, and the weight flew off across the room twice. My hips don’t lie, when that weight detached from the plastic links and fired across the room it was like fastball from Nolan Ryan thrown at random. Look out! The add says people use this while watching tv. Maybe the same people that max out their volume watching late night infomercials with subtitles. You can hear it on separate floors. Beyond disturbing. Also my wife and I tried this for about 15 mins each and just got bored. I feel like centrifugal force kept the weight spinning with minor pelvic thrusts….this was not a work out. Maybe South Park will make an episode on this like they did the shake weight.
LOVED THIS until I woke up after one use to bruises. This should have some padding for $70. Super fun to use other then it leaving bruising.
