Revised again for improved product support. 11/20/2022: Revising back up to 4 stars for improved handling of the return. The seller contacted me through Amazon and made both an effort to replace the scooter AND offered a compensatory gift. While I didn’t feel the gift was necessary, I did ask for a refund, which was processed immediately. In speaking with them several times over the course of a few days it was clear that they do care about their product and the satisfaction of the customer. Not sure what happened with my support request through their website, but support through Amazon was outstanding. I decided to look at ebikes instead of scooters, but if I were to go back to scooters, I would look at Circooter first. 11/16/2022: Revising down to 2 stars. Only ONE day after receipt, the scooter stops immediately after pushing the accelerator with an E16 error. According to the manual that is a motor fault. Also not consistently keeping the bluetooth connection with the app. Used the support portal at www.circooter.com to request support. Never heard from them. UPS just picked it up for return. No support = no customers. What’s excellent: • SOLID design and build. • Quick fold and lock of the center column AND the handlebars. • Adjustable handlebar height • Bright headlight well positioned • Directionals and Under-glow lights • Wide, comfortable deck • Zero assembly. (I don’t consider attaching the bag assembly) • Torquey 800W motor handles most hills adequately • Cruise control?!? • Robust charging port • App has a lot of features The Weak: • Despite powerful 800W motor, it couldn’t even carry my 190# self up a 15% grade, much less a 20-25% grade as advertised. Maybe a 150# person could’ve done it @ 3 mph, but for me, it quit after about 150 meters. • Battery only lasted about lasted about 6 miles (again, 190#, turbo mode, and a fair number of hills. Although I *needed* turbo for the hills) • Spaghetti-mess of wires on the handlebars is ugly and could snag a branch. Needs wrapped. • Suspension is really stiff. You feel everything and I can see rattle fatigue being an issue on longer or bumpy tides. • Display is very low-resolution. Looks like a refugee from like 2010. Smaller numbers are hard to read—especially while in motion. • Rear kickstand isn’t super stable and scrapes when going over rocks and curbs. This scooter definitely offers a pretty substantial upgrade to the 350W (mfr. claimed 540W peak) scooter I had before. I live in SoCal and hills are a fact of life, but this scooter easily handled most of the hills in my neighborhood, only dropping to 10mph in turbo mode on a 6% grade. Not so great on the really steep 15% hill, but fortunately it’s not one I travel frequently anyway. Not thrilled with the display, but it’s functional. Guess I could strap my phone to it if I really want a nice display. I’m primarily using it to run my dog a bit more, so it more than meets my needs. But I think if I were shopping for something that I would use more off-road, or even for a longer distances, I would definitely look at scooters with at least 1000W motors. Or maybe 800W at each wheel.
Beast. This thing is a beast. I wanted to upgrade from a 350w. It's got a big deck. My only problem is that I can't connect to the app. It's super fun. I ride motorcycles so this thing is as close as it gets to one.
Sturdy! I don't normally write reviews; however, I thought I needed to with this purchase. I conducted a lot of research when it came to E-Scooters and I read a lot of reviews. I decided to purchase this scooter for myself (birthday present of course) just to get around our neighborhood. I have only had it for a couple of days and I haven't been disappointed. This scooter is very well built. It's not a light scooter (48 lbs) but built tough. It is taller than you expect but that is a good thing. I get on this scooter and I feel like I can conquer the world because it feels so "muscular". It has 3 modes to it and the Turbo mode is just awesome...the scooter just takes off when you push of the accelerator knob. Tires are great and the suspension system is excellent. The lighting system is excellent...lights all around and easily seen in the darkness. If I had to talk about one negative thing about this scooter, it would be the kick-stand. When you put the kick-stand down, it doesn't allow the scooter to "lean" enough. It is very close on being upright and I'm afraid it will tip over...appears to be no way to adjust the stand. Overall, an excellent purchase for the price.
Worth the price! Love the scooter I’ve had 2 different brands before this and overall the design and quality for price is excellent. Their customer services was very response and accommodating. Only thing “negative” was the advertised speed said 25-28 MPH but I’ve only gotten it up to about 23 MPH down hill. Not a huge deal for me given everything else being excellent. I’ve done a ton of research on scooter for around this price point/ weight/ speed/ durability and there’s very few that compare overall. Even comparable scooter specs that cost $1500+ just aren’t worth it compared to this one.
Great ride. The recipient of this scooter says: This is an awesome scooter, rides smooth FAST, and quiet! He said the brakes worked great and he accelerated very quickly. He stated that caution should be used at top speeds and he likes the horn. Size 10.5 feet fit comfortably on the pedal that he described as huge. It came today, out of the box basically set up and ready to ride with 3 battery cell bars. He took for a spin immediately and loved it...he really appreciated the turn signals and horn. Any changes will be updated.
Great scooter. We bought these scooters to tool around our neighborhood and they are great! At mart 250 lbs. the scooter barely lost any speed going up short hills. The cruise control function is awesome, although I wish there was a bit more control when it’s engaged. The company has been fantastic to work with after one of the two (separate orders) was dropped. The throttle broke but was still useable. I suppose the length of the throttle could be adjusted, but I’m knit picking. It’s a lot of fun! I would suggest a helmet, for kids of course but also for adults. I would and have recommended these scooters for anyone in the market for one. Enjoy!

quality check ? The media could not be loaded. So far my unboxing has been not impressive for an expensive scooter 889$" mate " by circooter few scratches found before I even took it out of the box. And after gently removing it from the box I found more marks and the handle bar on right side is not stable after extended it.as shown in the video I will send update after battery charges and it goes on for a test drive. "update" could not achieve past 22 mph unless going down grade with wind at my back, had bad vibration and rear wheel wobble as well. i do like other stuff about this scooter but , was expecting better straight out from the box.
