Pros & Cons

Pros

Sturdy and easy to assemble. This was purchased to assist in a weight loss journey. It was easy to assemble had a higher than average weight limit. when it arrived the box was in good condition. Once we opened it up it was easy to complete assembly from there. It did take two individuals just because it is cumbersome. The bounce area is already attached to the frame. The frame is sturdy and very stable. The other reason this one was purchased was because of the bar that comes with it to hold on to for balance. Overall very happy with this purchase. Con: When I ordered it- Amazon told me it would be two day shipping. I ultimately received it 9 days after I ordered it. I finally had to contact Amazon to determine the location of the product.

Jumping for Joy. I was in the market to buy a rebounder to start my exercise program. After researching the great benefits of jumping I went on Amazon to purchase a mini trampoline/rebounder, and boy, how do you even decide with all of the choices, styles and price ranges. As I live in an apartment the criteria were that it had to be space saving and quiet. I find reviews helpful in my decision making, and after reading reviews of many different offerings I decided to buy this one. So it's been a couple of weeks since I've been using my rebounder and I will give an honest review of my purchase. Pros- Many reviews state that the metal springs are sqeaky. Not with this rebounder, it's very quiet and stable even on a more forceful bounce. The bounce is not so soft that the mat sinks into the floor, and not so hard that it propels you into space. It has a comfortable medium bounce that is easy on the knees and ankles. The stability bar is sturdy. The springs are entirely covered by the skirt. I was afraid that my foot would somehow get tangled under the skirt, but not so. Cons- Although it folds in half, you have to unscrew each leg and remove the stability bar before storing it. The stability bar takes effort to remove for storing. So off to Amazon I go to see if I can purchase one that is better space saving and less effort to store it. I purchased a different rebounder that was more expensive, folded up small and the legs are spring loaded so they don't have to be removed. I was hopeful that I had gotten just the rebounder for my needs. Well, here again I will give my review for this more expensive rebounder. Pros- Can be stored in a small space out of the way. Collapses into a small size and the spring loaded legs just lay bent against the frame. Stability bar is easy to remove for storing. Cons- The mat is tight and every bounce is felt in my knees and ankles. The springs squeak with every bounce. The skirt leaves half of the springs exposed, and yes, my foot got caught in one of them -ouch. The stability bar is wobbly. So even though it'll take a little longer to store, I am happy knowing I have a quiet and stable rebounder. I will be keeping my first purchase.

Very supportive…. I love how easy it was to assemble. The folding part still makes me nervous, I keep it open. The pegs have a tendency to loosen up. I try tightening them daily. Otherwise, you definitely get a good bounce in. Great for adults & kids.

Sturdy. Difficult to unfold initially when I received it . Easy to put together otherwise , and very sturdy . Bars do need to be removed to fold the unit .

Can’t fold. Okay I’m going to jump to the point, lol you get it… JUMP to the point! Haha okay now seriously this trampoline is holding up nicely with my 3 kids and myself of course having a blast on it. This was originally supposed to be a Christmas gift but the box arrived with a clear picture of the trampoline on it. But it’s okay we simply decided to open it up early! The trampoline took about 30 minutes to put together, and make sure it was secure. The only down fall was when I went to put it away and realized you have to take the handle bar off completely in order to put it under the bed. The legs do not fold in, and this turned into a challenge for me once again because my bed frame is oddly short and I was faced with the choice to remove all the legs in order to slide it under OR find somewhere else to store it. of course I decided to squeeze it in every other corner of my already small apartment (whose idea was it to get this trampoline again? Lol ) In the end I put it between my wall and my couch, not at all where I would have liked to have put it but it will do for now. Overall I’m happy with the purchase, my kids especially are over the moon they get to have a trampoline regardless of the fact we don’t have a yard. This was a purchase that is well worth the money because the quality of it is excellent. You won’t be disappointed! Before purchasing learn from my mistakes, take a measurement of the space under ur bed or of the spot you’ll be storing/placing it.

Great buy...But you may need parts after a year! I ordered our trampoline on August 19, 2021. My children love bouncing on this thing daily! However my first triangular part popped off 8 months ago. Today we are up to 3 broken triangular parts with more on the way I'm sure. Instead of purchasing a new trampoline, I would like to purchase the triangular parts or 3 springs with the triangular parts connected. I do not see an option on their website to do so. Otherwise this trampoline has been great!

Cons

Rebounder is a great Design & Strength - Handle Bar Function Quality, Stability - Serious Drawback. Just arrived this Afternoon and I spent nearly 2 hours assembling, primarily because I was trying to figure out a better way to help stabilize the handle bar and also figure out why the bar that inserts into the Rebounder legs did not screw through to stabilize and simple tighten against the plastic insert sleeve that can come loose during use. Note: There IS a little ingenious washer inside the rubber leg caps that keep the leg itself from cutting through the rubber cap after so many uses and body weight pushing down on the metal leg caps and cutting through. This Extremely Clever idea of a washer inset at the bottom does a very nice job of alleviating this. This is the fourth Rebounder that I have purchased and each one has lasted me 5 - 7 years so I have a lot of experience with Rebounders dating back to 1994 when Al Carter, the Godfather of Rebounding came to our Church and showed us his fitness program, a folding travel rebounder that he would take around the world to train professional groups like the Hong Kong Police, Coast Guard and the like. I know the Tremendous Benefits of Rebounding and it is one of those products that is undervalued, under marketed and can benefit everyone from children to elderly seniors who need to have mobility and stability while exercising and I had hoped that at this great price point I could recommend this to AfterSchool programs, Senior Centers and Rehabilitation Facilities as I truly understand the great health benefits. First to the Rebounder itself - Love the quality and durable materials used and its easy unfolding and bending into shape for use. Not so great is the screw in legs and threads that have been the curse of most Rebounders as this same design used on almost every Rebounder and typically on every one that I have had the threads on one or two of the legs wind up simply never tighten again and just spin in place and taking them off requires placing strong tension by pulling the leg firmly while holding the Rebounder in place and trying to unscrew simultaneously which never becomes easy and therefore a nuisance. The better option is to have non-detached, foldable legs that can be pulled on and slide and lock into place with an inside spring and pin that enables an easy pull and fold for storage or travel. The handle bar is a wonderful idea but has a few flaws that can be dangerous: The bottom of the bar is nicely designed to be stable on the floor and doubles up and is designed to have you insert a leg into each end of the handrail bars that connect to the handle bar itself and used to wisely connect and stabilize the handrails' connection to the Rebounder - Great Idea. However, what is lost here are two things - The First is that requires 14 adjustment knobs (admittedly nice design to be able to hand tighten or loosen which is excellent) but is a LOT of knob screws that need attention and as the old adage goes "A Lot of moving parts creates havoc." The need checking before each and every use so this does not take long but takes away from the psychological aspect of people losing incentive to exercise because they have to pull maintenance before each use. Not a long time but a slight inconvenience that can be avoided. There could be to units with One that is truly portable for travel like I was expecting and this unit with some improvements as well. The most important issue here to me is the unstable design of the handrails that are connected to the handle bar which, even with the hand-screws completely tight and with washers in place, still wiggle as they have not taken in to account the length of the of the inside of each handrail that NEED to have a Much Longer Socket Caps as the 1 1/2" ones are fine for the legs - but not for the handrail because once the length of the handrail goes below Socket Cap there is a LOT of wiggle room for the rails to loosely move and this is why the design is flawed and disconcerting when in use because you wonder if the rail or bar will fall out. Everything should be tight from the beginning and even the legs could have a simple slide pin that locks it in place during use and easy to pull off when not in use, for travel or storage. Debated whether I should modify this and improve it myself but with the screw in legs, over a Dozen adjustment knobs and a one year factory warranty to worry about voiding I'll just return and keep looking. Bottom line is that this design has REAL promise and with a tweak of a few things mentioned, adding a carry back with a pouch for the handrail and bar would be the "Perfect" product for home and travel. Let's hope that this happens sooner than later as it's price point is perfect for the many young families and their kids as well as the senior citizens, of whom MANY have budgets that need to be adhered to. BCAN shows that potential so let's see what happens with this review. They may ignore me completely or take up my critique and want to TRULY create an outstanding product that could literally transform the health of millions or simply be happy with a few dozen sales a month. Would love to have the Rebounder without the handrail and handlebar for I DO need one for stability in the near future.

Good but is slowly breaking. I bought this trampoline April 3rd 2022. It was very easy to assemble and felt pretty sturdy considering the size of the trampoline. I have enjoyed using it 2 to 3 times a week. However, just as other reviewers have mentioned, the triangular pieces that holds the spring to the trampoline pad have slowly started to break. As of March 20th 2023 I'm missing 3 triangular pieces. It was still usable when I was missing to 1 or 2. But now I'm missing 2 side-by-side and I can definitely tell a difference when I'm bouncing. It feels very unstable and it feels like the others are just going to givr out at any minute. I have tried searching for that replacement part but I cannot find it. I am hoping just as other reviewers have done that the company will contact me based on this review and provide those pieces so that I can continue using the product.

Good, but goes out of order fast. I bought 2 of these in the last 2.5 years. My daughter use it, she is 5”3, close to 140lbs. She works from home and uses it to do bring some movement to her life between calls and projects. The item is sturdy and has a good spring. The springs start braking after about 3 months, and by month 8, when almost or half of them are gone, it’s not useful anymore. So I bought the replacement seeing how much she loves her exercise. Same thing happened with the replacement. Went to the garbage. Switch to another brand.

Awesome while it lasted but didn't last long. TL;DR: I loved this trampoline and told everyone about it, but either I got a dud or it's not made to last. Up until now I absolutely loved this trampoline and raved about it to everyone. It's a great size for me to use for workouts, easy to set up and relatively easy to fold to store as needed, and very stable. I bought it in Feb 2021 but it was stuck in our storage locker for several months while we moved house, so I have only been using it for around a year now. I use it occasionally (on average maybe 2x/week) to add some variety and fun to my workouts with short cardio sessions of 10-20 minutes. Since I weigh under half the stated weight limit and only use this very sparingly, I expected it to last several years. Up until recently I thought it would as I've kept it clean by only ever wearing socks on it, and it still looks new. Sadly, the stitching around the perimeter failed this weekend and now the springs are popping off. When I assembled the trampoline I noticed a small area of sloppy stitching where the fabric attaches to the springs around the outside edge (a section ~1 inch wide). I figured it was just messy workmanship and that the stitching would hold, but I was wrong and I wish I had exchanged it to see if I could get one without the stitching error. I was mid workout the other night when I heard a loud snap. The compromised area of stitching had given way and a spring popped off. I tried to keep jumping but the stitiching is now totally loose and it's clearly no longer safe to use. Super disappointing as this was on track to be one of my favorite fitness purchases of all time. Not ready to spend another almost $120 after tax not knowing if the next one will be faulty too. Really wish it had lasted :(

One of the legs came warped. Update: I emailed bcan customer service and they got back to me right away saying they would send a new leg so I didn't have to ship it back. Will update again when it arrives! I added 2 stars for the great customer service! I am so bummed. This rebounder was easy to assemble until I got to the last leg that was warped. Is there a way to just get a leg?! Everything else works! I'm hoping to get a leg and change my review, I will update if I hear back from the company. Other than this misfortune, this rebounder looks excellent for the price!
