Better than expected, wide range of tensions. This set is better than I expected. I use the top 3 tension bands, the yellow lightest/least tension is really too low for me. I use the red standing on the loop and positioned over my back for overhead arm extensions. The black is good for bicep curls with hand palms facing either upwards or down. I also use the black for torso twists while standing on the loop, and arm extensions cross-body lateral upward direction. The purple with most tension is plenty for bicep curls and deep knee bends. I think the range tensions of the bands is acceptable except the yellow, it seems to be way too low and not very useful. I guess it could be used folded for certain exercises that the red is too long or folded too much tension. I would buy this set again if needed, but I think it will last awhile.

Great anywhere supplimental exercise aid. The Alllvocles Resistance Bands are compact enough to take anywhere. I use them whenever I travel away from my home gym. The versality of the bands allow me to use different range of motions to target specific muscle areas and get a great cardio/muscle endurance workout in 20-30 minutes. They are especially good for working a muscle group with light-heavy-light loads until muscle failure. I even use the yellow band to asist with my stretches, to maximize productivity during workouts. Cons
Lightest band (red) broke. After only 6 weeks of normal workout use, the red (lightest resistance) band broke mid-exercise. And this would be a few exercises only about 2-3 days a week. Very disappointing as I would have thought this would have lasted much longer.
