Great way to update an old electric pressure washer (with the right adapter). I have a generic electric pressure washer. It was given to me years ago and works reasonably well for washing cars, the house siding, etc. It won't win any awards for power but I'm not trying to degrease a battle ship or anything. I never liked the wands that came with it. They're adjustable for a wider/narrower spray pattern, but they tend to seize up and require disassembly/lube/reassembly on an increasingly frequent basis. The soap dispenser that's built into the washer itself also doesn't work very well. It has a check valve that clogs if even a tiny bit of soap is left in it, and unclogging it is a hassle. But, because it's an electric pressure washer, it doesn't use a quick-connector for interchangeable nozzles. You're stuck with the factory wands, or at least that's what I thought. One day after trying to rebuild the factory wands for the umpteenth time I typed the right combination of words into Amazon and found an adapter wand with a quick-connector on the end. A few online sources say that electric pressure washers won't work well with them (not enough pressure) but I disagree. As soon as I got this package I put my pressure washer to work cleaning up my old lawn tractor. I'd taken the deck off to sharpen the blades and complete a bunch of neglected maintenance. The tractor seeps some oil so the undercarriage and engine were a mess. I squirted some dish soap (yes, dish soap-- it's cheap and works fine for stuff like this) into the foam cannon, coated the engine, and blasted it with one of the wide fan nozzles. It had enough pressure to remove all the built-up crud. The deck took more effort because the dried grass clippings had been on there a while, but eventually I got it clean enough to keep it from corroding. The undercarriage was a piece of cake compared to that, and eventually the whole tractor was as clean as it was going to get. This is nowhere near as powerful as a pressure washer with a gasoline engine, and I seriously considered ditching the electric model and upgrading. However I have less than $50 into this conversion including the foam cannon, nozzles, and adapter. It works well enough for what I do and I saved a fair amount of money.
Delivered without a pickup tube. The product was delivered without a pickup tube which makes the product virtually useless as it only dispenses water unless you keep the bottle turned upside down and shake it around. I had to go to a Home Depot and hunt down the correct tube size to make the foam cannon operate correctly. Other than this inconvenience the product works as described.
Works well. Initial use was super dissapointing, after tinkering with it for about 10 minutes and thinking it wouldnt work. I shook the bottle and adjusted the nozzle once more and it immediately started blowing foam. Would give it 5 stars but it just didnt fan out how I would have liked. Bang for your buck its definitely worth it. Happy with it once it got to working right! I believe my patience just wasnt on par with initial use!

This review is primarily about the foam cannon. It's great! I noticed that most reviews here are just for the power washer nozzles. As most know, Amazon often mixes product reviews. I ordered the foam cannon and the nozzles came as a bonus. BTW, they are the same quality as the nozzles that came with my pressure washer. It' almost seems like they all are the same as if they are made by the same manufacturer. They're high quality. I see someone mentioned that they wear out. I can't imagine how power washer nozzles can wear out and I've been using the ones that came with my pressure washer for years with absolutely no problems. Brass and aluminum is not worn out by soapy water or plain water. The only thing I can think of is that person was experiencing a buildup of minerals from hard water. If that's the case, that's easily cleaned out using LimeAway or any similar product or even just vinegar. Anyway, enough of that. It's the foam cannon that I ordered this combination for. I put a few tablespoons of Chemical Guys CWS_110 Honeydew Snow Foam in the jar and filled it about 2/3rds the way with water. I turned it on and holy smoke! The thickest foam covered everything I tried it on. It was like icing a cake. Beautiful thick foam! I immediately thought that this is one tool that I'm going to wonder how I ever got along without in the past. This is going to be great not just for my truck, SUV and motorcyle, but also for windows, etc. When testing it, I used it on our big gas grill. It worked beautifully. Before ordering this, I read many reviews as I always do when buying something. Like the nozzles, I can't figure how the foam cannon didn't work for some people. The only thing I can think of in this case is they used the wrong foaming product or they didn't adjust it right. When I first turned it on, the blast was very strong and narrow. It really blasted the foam on in a tight stream but it spread out easily and quickly. Then a turn of the adjustment and I could get anything from a wide, gentle fan of foam to the concentrated, narrow blast. The way these work is very simple and basic. It just applies the venturi principle. There's very little that can go wrong with the cannon itself. BTW, you can tell this foam cannon is high-quality when you pick it up. Other than the jar, it's almost all solid brass. I doubt if there's any practical difference between this and higher priced foam cannons. In fact, I'd be suprised if they all aren't virtually identical for all practical purposes so why spend more. The old adage that you get what you pay for is nonsense. If it was true, there would be no reason to shop around and compare prices. That rusty old adage would mean that you would get a better car if you paid more at one dealership for the same exact car than you paid at another dealership. Nonsense! An example from last week: I'm changing the transfer case oil in my truck. Most dealers online charge $49.95 to $59.99 per quart!!!! I went to the most popular online auto parts store and I got the same exact stuff for $5.35 per quart. My point is, just because someone else charges more for a foam cannon doesn't mean it's better. This one is a great value, especially considering I now have a spare set of nozzles for my power washer. Just buy it!

Ehh I don’t think so. I have used many power washers before but may I say that this thing took forever for me to set up, first of the instructions are the worst instructions, and I’m debating on whether I should return it or try with another soap first. This canon did not give off allot of foam at all, my truck definitely did not look as foamy as the pics from other reviews, 2nd why does it come with the different nozzle tops, it’s not like I can change it, I tried so many times. Unless if I can, even tho the instructions didn’t make any mention of them. 3 I’m sooo glad I sprayed on the ground first, this looked like it either has been there for a while or like it was used before. When I sprayed it it released this brownish gross liquid then went away. It was nasty.. I don’t think it was the soap because it said on the back of the bottle the ratio to use for a canon. So I’m sure if it wasn’t meant for a canon it would make mention of it
Disappointed. The first one I ordered worked perfectly fine but I gave it away. The second one I ordered which is the current one I have, not so much. Doesn’t foam up.

Reasonable price but of course get what you pay for. Not as good as we would have hoped for. We would return but its to late for that. So we got this to be able to have the ability to foam down the things we need to wash with soap, which was to reduce the need to deal with going to a local self-serve carwash. Eventually I think I loosened something to get it to work but in my opinion still does not foam as well as you would think it would need to. The one I found at the local Hardware store foamed great right out of the box, though it did cost a little bit more. The only thing that probably helped the value is it did include some additional pressure washer tips.
