Fantastic low profile ceiling fan/light! Fast delivery, well packaged and easy to install. It took about an hour to remove old ceiling fan and install this one in our master bedroom. The low profile design opens up the room. Looks so much better than a traditional large paddle fan and light combo. So many pros include number of light settings, dimmer on each, 6 fan speeds and quiet operation. The remote for this unit is the best I’ve seen. It’s white and has common sense buttons for operation which makes it easy to read and use. We used overnight and highly recommend. We hope to replace fans in other bedrooms with this same Orison!
Not a bad little fan, just a bit lacking... I purchased this fan/light for two reasons. It was going into a room with a low ceiling so needed one where the blades were covered so it didn't hit ya in the head,lol. Install was very straightforward, very easy and the remote works great. Love the fact you can change the color with the remote (yellow to daylight white to cool blue). Also has timer and even forward/reverse on the remote. Two things I didn't care for. One, the fan blades are VERY small and two, when you turn it off from the switch, and turn back on, the light comes on but not the fan. you have to use the remote to turn the fan on each time. That is kind of a pain that it doesn't recognize the way it was shut off. Oh well, the price was right and does work as described :)

We had to replace the first one. The first one we got, we had a power serge where our electricity went off and came back on and it burned up the fan motor. Second one has worked fine so far.

Does not move much air. RBG lights not dimmable. I like that it works with the wall light switch and remembers the light settings after turning the wall light switch. Unfortunately, it does not remember the fan settings when you turn the light switch off. The remote is required to turn the fan on. moreover, it doesn’t move a lot of air and the fan is very noisy at maximum speed. The RBG light are very bright. too bright. it would be great if that was dimmable too.
Fan not the greatest. Doesn’t move much air around. Only works on a single switch so it gets annoying to use in my child’s room.
NOT a smart fan! Bought this so called SMART ceiling fan because of the ease of installation and the fact that it would be accessible with a phone app. Well, on one hand, the fan was easy to install and the remote works fine. I like the way it looks and performs. HOWEVER, it will not pair with the app FanLamp Pro. I have tried many times, and no matter what I try, the Bluetooth on the lamp never goes into pairing mode. This would be fine if I didn’t pay extra for the smart fan feature, as the fan itself works well. Very disappointed!

TRASH!! Complete waste of money! NONE of the connectivity features work so don't be fooled! NO Bluetooth! NO WIFI! NO Alexa! RGB lights don't turn on at all. The app is written by someone who obviously doesn't speak English! Impossible to follow. ZERO customer support. I had to pay an electrician $125 to install it and now I have to pay again to have it removed once I find a replacement. In the meantime I have to use a cheap lamp I found in the house. This is a WISH.com item only not as good!
