BEST Shower Head Ever! And Great Price Too! I had a great shower head for 12 years but the piece that holds the shower head broke and so, I had to replace it. Went to Target and got a Waterpik shower head for $29.99. Worst move ever! Everything was plastic and the hose did not bend making me wrestle it to move the shower head. Plus, the pieces were brown, which was deceiving since the shower head itself was chrome and the only part you could see in the package. So, I went on Amazon. After that experience, I was a bit worried to try this one since it was only $10 more ($39.99) but, the reviews were good so, gave it a shot. Here are the pros and cons: Pros: EASY install that requires no tools Large shower head Many settings for each individual's preference Does NOT block water flow, so if you have good water pressure, you still with this one Hose is very flexible making it easy to maneuver Comes with plumber tap, rubber washers and a flow restrictor (if that is your desire) Lightweight CONS Some parts are still plastic, though you really can't complain at this price Don't know yet if it will last like my other one did - 12 years
Worth every penny! This product was packaged very well. Even if your delivery man decides to pull an Ace Ventura on you, I can assure you your product will survive the abuse. Directions were simple and easy to follow. I would suggest putting "Only apply pipe tape if leaks occur after installation," AFTER the part where you say "DO NOT apply pipe tape". I followed your directions and as usual it started to leak after installing it. It wasn't until the VERY bottom of the page did I see the part where you suggested pipe tape be used if leaking occurred. It would've saved me some hassel. Other than that, this shower head is fantastic! I have owned SEVERAL handheld shower heads in my lifetime and I've never had one with such power. This baby will clean you in minutes and shampoo will wash out in seconds. I'm not sure if this will matter to anyone, but it's such an odd experience that I do have to share it. Like I said, I have owned SEVERAL handheld howerheads and this is the first one where it literally feels like it glides in and out of the resting post. This is somewhat satisfying because it doesn't feel like it sticks, nor does it feel like it's going to fall out anytime soon. The item is well built, it doesn't feel flimsy and the multiple functions are lovely. I can see this showerhead lasting a long time, and that's coming from someone who chose this one over 3 or 4 others that had 4 star ratings of 3,000 or more reviews. Excellent Product for homes on a well. This product is excellent for homes that have well water or low pressure systems. Our house is on well and for years we've endured showers with less than ideal water pressure. We look forward to traveling for that hotel shower experience. I've purchased at least a dozen of different shower heads at great expense in an effort to amp up the pressure with limited results . THIS SHOWER HEAD ROCKS THE HOUSE ! We're a bunch of very hairy people and finally we get a good rinse. Don't hesitate to buy this one !

It is, indeed, a high-pressure, powerful shower head! This shower head delivers as promised, very easy to install, beautiful shower head, but the high-power spray doesn't work for me. The power/pressure of the water coming out of the shower head is so forceful, it feels like I'm being pelted with needles, it hurts!! I'm going to need to return it. But if you have lower water pressure in your home, it might be perfect for you.
Busted showerhead. Product doesn't work as intended, I think the nozzles are blocked or something. It trickles water instead of flowing. My water pressure is normal. Unfortunately I cant recommend this to anyone.
Major leakage. Installed according to direction "do not use tape" that they supply....What?? It leaked everywhere. Reinstalled with teflon tape still leaked everywhere. Good looking shower head and gives good flow. But major leakage. Will return.
