Wonderful. Most amazing results!. I have tried almost every product on the market over 40 years but this Bissell is the BEST. Shiny and clean for the first time! We have hardwood, no carpet, with 3 dogs and 7 cats. Quiet and so easy to use. I used wood floor solution on wood and pet solution on bathroom and kitchen tile. Even cleaned grout lines nicely. Would give 10 stars if able!
Where Have You Been All My Life! I cannot believe I found this product! Up until now I was washing, mopping, scrubbing, etc., with various products and tools. I decided to order a Bissell SpinWave to see if I could cut out some of the steps and time I was spending in order to get my floors clean. As soon as I turned it on I knew I had found my "unicorn." Not only does it wash/clean my floors in one step with little to no effort on my part, it is whisper quiet. The pads are easily removed and reapplied in order to toss them in your washing machine for reuse. My back thanks you!
It totally cleans and is quiet and EASY on my back. Love the ease of use..I’m 70 years old.I have two dogs....I use a shark stick vacuum and and mop and bucket..was so very hard on my back...but this spin wave is amazing...so easy on my back..I cleaned my kitchen floor, vinyl planks, and then I changed pads and scrubbed again just to see how clean it got my floors..well the second pads were not even dirty..so it does an amazing job.

Does no deep scrubbing. Just a light weight mop. This spinwave cleaner is very lightweight. Even with the heavy duty choice pads it doesn't clean deeply. It is comparable to a light weight mop. It just doesn't have any elbow power. Unfortunately my simple cheap wet/dry mop does more cleaning than this does. I am totally disappointed.
Do not use on wood floors- even with their product. The product malfunctioned and ruined my floors- I am still having issues with Bissell. The process to deal with the company has been painful and I ended up having to work with my insurance company. Not only did it leave a crack in one piece but it has left a white, film that looks like dust or mud all over my floors. The shine is completely gone.
I'm returning it. It's really easy to use and setup, but that's where the good ends for me. We have a lot of clay in the yard and two dogs. It does decent on light prints, but not much more. That's on tile. Also leaves streaks. Yesterday, on the hardwoods, I did a deep clean with a regular mop, ammonia, and cleaned again with regular cleaner. The hardwood was basically spotless and I used the spinwave and brand new pads to see if it would streak there (I'd keep it and just use a steam mop on the tile), but it also streaked there. Swirls everywhere it went.
