Quick cold. After too many bonks on heads, knees and whatnot I knew I needed ice packs to carry with me in the car. This box is more than I’ll need (hopefully) but it has been nice to have a few in the car. Recently at the playground a child fell and they felt better after I gave them an ice pack. Totally worth it IMO. They are easy to use and get cold fast.
Perfect for sports bags! I keep a few of these in my "mom sports bag" when I go to my kids events and these have come in very handy. Super easy to use. They do get pretty cold. It obviously isn't the same as ice, but for some minor injuries they are great to have easily accessible. Very happy with our purchase.
Hope you don’t need it, but good when you do. I love the size and the soft texture. They are are easy to wipe clean and the Velcro straps are great for little arms (currently used for a 3 year old). Unfortunately the straps would be too short for an adult or the leg of an older child. Still a great product and a good value.
These cold packs did the trick. I was on vacation somewhere without a freezer so I couldn't bring the freezer packs I usually use to control foot pain. These were easy to use and gave plenty of cold for 10 to 20 minutes. This was sufficient to keep foot pain from ruining my time away. Recommend!
Great for sports clubs. These are very inexpensive and great for sports clubs. I have already used a few and they work perfectly. They turned cold extremely fast.

Meh. These are ok, but there are certainly better ones out there. They came in a timely manner and are ok size (next time I'll order a bit bigger size, but the size issue was mine because I didn't pay attention to the dimensions). I won't buy this brand again, though, because while it got cold, it wasn't as cold as other brands and it warmed up way too quickly. I had originally bought these because they seemed like the best value, but when considering it will likely take 2 of these for each injury due to heating up quickly, I'm not sure that these are as economical as I had hoped.

Does not last long. This is an easy to use product. You just shake the bag fold it in half until you feel a pop, then shake the bag again until cold. I got all 4 wisdom teeth taken out and purchased this as an easy by the bed method of icing my face. I went through half the box in 1 night because the pack only listed a maximum of 5 minutes. This is only good for a quick icing. I had to purchase reusable ice bags.

They don’t last very long AT ALL. It’s partially my own fault for not checking better. It wasn’t until I went to leave this review that I noticed they are said to last 15 minutes. But honestly, you are lucky to get 1/2 that. They are cool. Not cold. Nothing close to the ice packs you get at a medical office or hospital. Within the first 3-5 minutes, whatever cooling you were getting is already fading. It was practically room temperature by 10 minutes. You are much better off using gel packs. I had hoped these would be of use to my father after his skin cancer surgery. I just wanted him not to have to worry about getting up and down. Thinking they were a better option, he could just toss these when he was done. He could use as needed. But I bought some reusable ones for him to have at night when he slept. Thank goodness, because these were just a bust.
Not cold at all! Do not waste your money. I coach a softball team and bought these to add to the first aid kit. A player hurt her hand, popped one of these and luke-cold is the best it got. What little cold there was only lasted about 3 minutes! (a rag under a cold running faucet is colder and lasts longer.) Popped a second one thinking maybe it was a fluke…nope same thing. We’ve tried 10 different ones (over a couple injuries, to get to the 15 minutes) with the same results. Gave it 2 stars because it showed up timely with the proper amount of ice packs.
