You’ll never buy a different brand. I could write an essay, but the benefit of my comment ultimately falls on two things: my honesty and my satisfaction. I am the most honest person you will ever meet, and this purchase is the best thing I’ve ever done for myself… Except maybe divorcing my children’s father. I have slept on every type of pillow. I’ve had major battles with my pillows. I’ve thrown away as many pillows as I’ve purchased. Then I found Coop. This is the best pillow I’ve ever slept on. So good I turned around and purchased 4 more for my family members for Christmas. The only detail I’d like to bring to your attention is that the pillow is a little wider than the average.
Comfortable. I finally got a good night's sleep ...this is the fifth pillow and I was about to give up...when I read the reviews I thought I'd give a try. I can honestly say I am very happy with my purchase, it has only been about 10 days and I'm not disappointed and don't expect to be.

Did not work for me, but recommended trying! I was looking for a memory foam pillow for my frequent headaches and read a lot of good things about shredded memory foam, so i thought I would give it a try! It did not work for me personally because it was either too thin or too thick. My neck either set up too high with more fill or was almost touching the mattress when removing some, especially after the foam shifted around. *I would definitely recommend you try it! It just personally wasn't for me, but very squishy and conforming to your head!* Pros: Squishy, soft, adjustable fill Cons: Foam shifts around in the middle leaving your posture undesirable. Yes, it has a smell, but i put my pillow case on it and it didn't bother me. The fill is an ABSOLUTE PAIN to deal with. Since foam expands it's hard to put the fill in because you have little room to do so and end up dropping pieces and making a mess. The same happens when removing. I was not a fan of the adjustable fill for that reason. But it was shaped like a regular pillow and filled with foam instead of down or poly fill basically. Leaving my neck to be in the same position in the end that I'm trying to correct! I'm trying a contour pillow next.

Lumpy. A shredded memory foam pillow means exactly that.....instead of a solid piece of memory foam, this one is made of memory foam that is cut into relatively small pieces. Good idea, I guess....but not such a good pillow. First, it is pre-stuffed but they do supply additional shredded foam in a bag to customize the feel. You will definitely need to put all of it in the pillow. Secondly, as per instructions, no matter how long it is left out or if put in the dryer to help "fluff" it up, it is lumpy....pure and simple. Finally, I've had it for a week and it is already flattening out. As far as I'm concerned, the only thing you should "remember" about this memory foam pillow is to "forget" it!
Not what I thought it would be. Pillows are a very personal thing, we all have different preferences, sometimes more then one type that we like. I expected this to be at least medium firm, and it's more like a 1 firmness. Like put your head on this pillow and it sinks all the way. Yes, I followed the detailed instructions about how to adjust it once removing from the packaging, so it's as it should be. It arrived in quality packaging, with detailed information on it, and some extra shreds to add if you'd like. I'm keeping the pillow, just can't use it for sleeping. Maybe a guest would like it. It's not a bad pillow at all, the consistency is just not to my liking, with the shredded pieces, and it's nowhere near as firm as I like my pillows to be. Hence the 3 stars. It's a good item, but just not for me.
Company offered to pay me to write a good review. Pillow is ok. Awhile after getting this pillow, I got a little square envelope from the company with an offer to give me an Amazon credit if I wrote a good review. This should not be allowed by Amazon and is absolutely unethical. This makes all good reviews here not trustworthy. I would have given the pillow a 4 star review, but I was annoyed by the offer of payment for a good review. As far as the pillow goes, it’s moderately comfortable. I like that I can mold it to the shape I like to support my neck well. While I appreciate that I can add or remove filling, it’s a little bit messy, kind of like when a package is full of styrofoam pieces that are hard to contain. The pillow is also slightly lumpy. Overall, though, it’s ok.
A little too firm for me. Even as a side sleeper, this pillow was too firm for me. My neck was at a bad angle. It is, however, good for putting behind my main pillow when I am reading in bed.
