Love Ekster. I really love Ekster and the color of this one. Thin and plenty of slots for cards plus strap for bills. I carry my wallet in my left front pocket and thus being thin there is no bulge. The Ekster mechanism works very smooth and cards do not fall out. Have read comments where people say they are pricey, well that determines what they mean by pricey. Do they mean they want something cheap or something of great quality? Keep in mind this is something that is carried daily and things of quality cost a little more. Oh and they also look great. Recommend highly because they are a great value for the money!
Suprising Wallet! I am a researcher and I tend to look at things to death. Anyway, I've read articles and watched reviews on YouTube after seeing some of these minimalist wallets and I looked at numerous different brands. At first, I wasn't sure what to think about this wallet. I was a traditionalist, wanting only the leather tri-fold wallet as that's what I've used my whole life. Plus I thought the price was a bit high too. But after a great deal of thought, I went with this Ekster model. What attracted me to it was how the button to extend the cards from the main body of the wallet was part of the form and it kept the wallet to a rectangular shape with nothing sticking out to poke you. Some of the others have buttons that stick outside of the rectangular shape and I didn’t like that. Just my personal choice. Next I looked at the quality of the materials, the colors and the different models Ekster had and I thought…..ok, maybe I should just order this and check it out. I. WAS. SHOCKED! I couldn’t believe the quality of the product and in a very short period of time I will tell you that I will NEVER go back to a traditional wallet again. Buy one, you will LOVE it. I know I do. P.S. I just ordered an Ekster Parliment in another color too. I can't wait to get it. :-)
Great wallet. The media could not be loaded. I like it a lot so far. I had used the same wallet for about 17 years because I could find one that I liked. This one is the one that did it. Very compact and light. The thing that pushes up the cards was really loud at first and would squeak, but now it is virtually silent after use for about a week or so. Everything is tight and keeps everything in place. The spot to keep the other cards can be a pain if you need something out of it (like my license for example. I can’t put it in the ejector because my concealed carry permit is attached to my license). Overall, a great little wallet that is sturdy and effective. I would highly recommend it.

Returned right away. To be fair, I’m very picky about my wallet. I wanted something that was smooth and could hold an apple airtag. My current wallet can do that and it’s a knockoff of the ridge type wallet but it is annoying to sit on. That being said, this wallet is cheap, the trigger is very cheap and too skinny which makes it hard to push/pullat times. Also, it barely holds 5 cards in the slot, 6 is not doable unless they are thin cards. I wouldn’t recommend and the price for what you get is a rip off. Look into groove life if you want something slim with options. That is my next purchase and looks promising. This wallet is way overpriced, don’t be fooled.
Ok but what about your cash. Works well for cards but does not hold many. I was able to get a debit card, credit card, drivers license, and one of my plumbing license the other is paper and not supposed to go in the main compartment. So The rest would have to go outside beneath the other aluminum plate wich you would have to pull them all out and find what you are looking for. The other issue is cash, bills are wider than the wallet! You have to trifold them which leads to a thick wallet it no time and a pain to get the right bill ones fives ect. This wallet would be good if you are in a clean environment with only a few cards but not for me
Weak structure. I really liked this wallet for the month that I had it! Simple, sleek, smooth. But it busted the flip mechanism after dropping it ONCE. I’m 5’6” so the wallet did not have much distance to cover to reach the ground. I get it isn’t meant to be dropped obviously, but it’s not an cell phone. It’s metal. Card release button broke. After a few months the card release button broke. For the price not worth buying unless a lifetime warranty is provided.
Lasted less just over 2 month. The wallet was great while it was functional. I noticed after a month of use that the side action started feeling a little flimsy. I purchased it on 01 November, received it on 02 November, and the device stopped working one 30 November. The only cards that I stored in the wallet were my ID, and three credit cards. One morning, I pulled out my wallet to get gas before work. I tried to retrieve my card and when I pressed down on the side action, I heard an unsettling cracking noise. I fully depressed the side action on the wallet and my cards remained inside. I was unable get my cards out until I got to work and forced them out with a screw driver. A wallet at this price should have definitely lasted a lot longer. This is simply unacceptable. I should have went with a Ridge wallet.
NICE but Not Worth the price. The media could not be loaded. i love the idea of the wallet, it’s unique and it stands out. but if you get the aluminum version expect to see scratches on it within a month, i read a review where a guy said that he can fit 16 cards on it with no problem, im here to say that is false.. it actually can hold 5. As im writing this review, today i tried fitting 6 cards in the wallet and unfortunately they got stuck and if you see in the video i had man handle the wallet to get my cards and the price of that it costed me to get me bank cards chipped as you can see in the photos. No hate towards the wallet its an absolute good investment if you like to carry light and don't carry much cards like i do than its perfect for you, I will be reaching out the company to see if i can get a new one because for the price of it and having to break it just to get cards out, its an absolute steal.
