An interesting upgrade. There are parts of this pair of earbuds that I really like, and parts I really don't. Pros: Type c charging Speedy charging Screen on case is convenient Touch controls work pretty well Cons: Case feels cheap Sound quality is maybe a 7/10. Could be better, especially for the proposed full price before sales Earbud shape is a bit odd and doesn't fit as well as others for me personally. The case: The screen on the case is very convenient. It's bright, the 'animation' is perfect and speedy, and it's easy to interpret. However the actual build quality is just okay. It's all plastic, and it's very lightweight. You are told to be careful not to drop them in the instructions, and when you do the earbuds fall out. I dropped them in the parking lot once and the black earbuds landed on the black pavement and I was worried I was doomed. So, since you're warned, I can't necessarily complain. Just keep it in mind if you happen to be clumsy. The buds: I'm not a huge fan of the shape. They don't stay in my ear as well as other buds I've owned in the past. If you're used to the buds that are wider and don't have the long stem, these might not be as comfortable. It took me a bit to get used to them. However they're not terrible at all. You can customize the size of the plastic pieces to get a better fit of course, and that's definitely necessary. The sound quality is not bad. Not too much base but it's clear and easy to understand. Nothing to write home about but I also can't complain. They're a little quieter than others I've had but they still get plenty loud. They connect very quickly and don't talk or beep at me as much or as often as other pairs have. The battery is great and I can't rave enough about the fact that they are usb-c instead of b. They get all 4 stars just for that. So, when I bought them they were originally 130 dollars. I bought them for like 20. If I'd paid 130 dollars, I'd be devastated. Since I paid 20, I'm pretty happy.
22 yr old impressed/Mom loves the price. This was the only present I purchased for my 22 yr old for Christmas that he didn't know about or ask for. When he opened them they were already charged so he was able to try them right away. (I received them the first week in December and never opened it, just hurried up and wrapped them) I was surprised the earbuds had a charge and he could use them right away. He said the sound quality was excellent. What he loves the most about these earbuds is he can listen to music while working and if the office calls he can quickly answer the call with a simple touch without having to search for his phone or try to get the phone out of his pocket with dirty hands. I always ask what is the favorite present they received, these earbuds were the winner this year (the least expensive present of the year too). YOU KNOW THEY ARE GREAT WHEN.....a young man accidentally drops one in 20 feet of water and it can not be retrieved. When he arrived home from work the FIRST thing he did is ask me where I got them from and ordered himself a new pair...
These are better than I expected. These are better than I expected. They fit well and don't hurt your ears after over an hr of wearing them like most earbuds Ive owned. Others I have owned, fall off when doing certain exercises such as jump rope or running on a treadmill etc, these stay locked in place with the over-ear. The sound quality/volume is great. The charging box is awesome. I've had some where the box lid has to be open to charge the buds, this one does not and it cant just be thrown in your gym bag. Ive used em for 4 days, and the battery life of the charger isnt even below 90%. I've had them in my wishlist for a while, and finally pulled the trigger. The only thing I'm upset with, is not getting them sooner. Game changer for me. I'd highly recommend these to anyone.
ZIUTY Wireless Earbuds. I have had these bluetooth wireless earbuds for a little over a week and used them for over 10 hours and have not had to charge them yet. They are still above 50% battery life on the charging case Sound is clear and so far I have been impressed with them. I couldn't justify buying Apple Airpods for the price they ask for them and I was suspicious of the low price of these. I read the reviews which were very positive so I broke down and made the purchase. I am glad I did and if they last a long time I will be back to buy some for my son when he is old enough to have his own cell phone.
Nice for the price. They were charged when I received them, so I immediately paired them - super easy. I tried a friend's earbuds a few weeks ago that didn't fit well at all, these fit great and the sound quality was good. The many functions of the touch were "touchy", but easy to figure out. They also have single ear use. You can answer calls with just a simple touch. I like that the case is also magnetic so when you put them back in the case they are held in securely. Sound quality is good. Not sure about noise canceling yet as I haven't tried them on a plane, but so far, very happy with my purchase for the price.
Worth Every Penny; and Then Some. These little wireless earbuds are great! The sound quality is fantastic if you want to listen to music or watching TV shows and movies when you don't want to disturb anyone. The sound is crystal clear and you don't even have to turn the volum up very high. It is very easy to connect to almost any device. you don't have to press anything or wait for flashing lights to connect. You just take the earbuds out the charging case, you'll be greeted with a voice message telling you they are ready to pair... then you just turn on the Bluetooth of your device you want to connect the earbuds to and if all goes well, it will detect your earbuds, then you just tap "pair" on your device... once it's paired you'll be greeted with another message saying "completed" sooooo easy. There are no buttons to press on the earbuds... if you want to raise the volum on the earbuds or turn them off and on, you just have to touch them. If your not a technical person these are great for you because they are so easy to setup and take care of. The battery life is good they last for some time and it will tell you when it needs to be charaged. I'm very happy with my purchase.
Cons
Low price buds. If you like.... Update: Let me add, because I just found this out about these buds. I guess I need to learn how to completely turn these off, because I did turn them off, but I have found that when they are near the laptop/computer you are using and trying to listen w/out the buds, they will automatically turn on muting your laptop when the buds are not in your ears. I thought something was wrong with the sound on my laptop, then as soon as I opened the box to these, the sound came on. So, it will mute your computer until you place the device far away. An inconvenience, as I thought I might have to take my laptop to the shop for sound issues only to find these buds the culprit as this happened just now, but the last time I used the buds was days ago. Another thing, when these are in your ear, sometimes they will come out due to the wax in your ears making them slippery, but when you try to push them back in, it will always pause the sound. So these are inconveniences that I don't like. I used to have cheap Anker buds that I liked better. (Previous Review) First, these are great buds for the price. They come in a small cute little case. The makers have the right idea. I'm not sure how long they last for. However, I do not like a lot of bass when listening to music. These buds have a little too much bass for me. If someone has this pair and knows how to reduce the bass, please let me know. I used to have a wired wifi pair of cheap Anker buds where you could run the wire behind your head or in front of your neck to keep the buds from falling out of your ears. I liked those a little better because they didn't have all the bass. When the bass is toned down a notch, I can hear background instruments better like the keyboards, organs better etc..., which I like to do, etc.. instead of blaring drums and bass guitar. So, these are a good steal, but I'm looking for bass toned down buds. The reason I bought these is because my Ankers were damaged at work when they got caught on something ripping the protectant rubber exposing the wires, and I went out on a limb and tried a different set.
Nice for a time. There were many things that I initially liked about these buds: The charging indicator, the length of battery, the comfort, and the ease of use. They are definitely comfortable for a period of time. They also have very good sound, and the connection on my Android phones was extremely easy. I do wish, however, that they had been a bit more reliable. After a couple of weeks, the left ear bud started to be very difficult to charge. I would place it in the case, but it wouldn't often connect to recharge; I'd have to try to place and replace and gently wiggle around in order for it to show that it was recharging. The case itself has a bit of a rounded bottom, so it's impossible to set upright in order to maintain a connection to the charging elements. As of this point, it is almost impossible to get the left bud to charge properly. The battery life got progressively worse quite quickly. I've now had these in use for just about a month, and the ear buds hold far less of a charge. I use them about 1.5 - 2 hours a day, but have found that I need to charge them more often. This wouldn't necessarily be too much of a negative, except that, as I said above, getting the left ear bud to connect to the charger is finnicky (to say the least.) I don't think I ever got anywhere near to the advertised 50-hour playtime on a charge. I've also found that over the past week, the right ear bud randomly disconnects. I have no idea as to why. I often have to place both buds back in the case and reconnect/pair them in order for the problem to resolve. The range isn't very long - I would say about 15-20 feet - which only matters if I'd like to put my phone down somewhere and walk to a different room. The noise cancelling/reduction is, well, it's just not. Granted, these never stated that they had it, but I was surprised at how much the noise of a window fan or light traffic comes through. I switched out different gels (ones that came with the buds) and while I do get a solid enough seal on them, they just are not good for reducing outside noise. I can't really recommend them; but for the price point, they might be a good temporary replacement.
Price reflects the quality. I purchased several pairs of earbuds after the right earbud of my favorite pair went out because I fell asleep with it in my ear. I decided to try these out because at the time of purchase they were ranked #13 on Amazon's best sellers list for earbuds/headphones. I thought, "can a $19 pair of earphones really be that good?" Spoiler alert, they aren't. My intial impression when taking them out the case and pairing them to my phone is that the voice that gives alerts is absolutely horrible. It sounds muffled and a bit crunchy, letting you know that this is definitely a low quality pair. But surprisingly the sound quality when listening to music is pretty decent. They have a good amount of bass. Now, when it comes to watching videos or streams I find that I have to turn the volume almost all the way up for a good listening volume. I used them while on calls and was told that the person could hear me clearly but I sounded a bit low. Another thing is that these started to get a little uncomfortable after a while, but I would switch them out anyway (i only use one earbud at a time while working) because the battery only lasts about 6-7 hours. I do really like that you can see the battery amount on the case. Overall, I think that I could use these if I was just listening to music. But I definitely couldn't use them while working to make calls and I wouldn't really want to watch videos with them either. If you just need a pair to listen to music while working out, jogging, etc and you don't mind the muffled alert voice then these are ok.
Okay for the Price. First off, I purchased these when they were on sale. If these were their original price I definitely would not purchase them and honestly if I bought these headphones at their original price I would have been highly disappointed. That being said, the best qualities of these headphones are the more secure connectivity, fast and reliable controls, and average sound. I have had other Bluetooth earbuds that would lose their connection several times a day, the Ziuty earbuds have a much more secure connection and I think they have lost connection just once. The controls for pausing, answering calls, skipping etc... are fast and responsive. My other earbuds are at a point where I have to touch them numerous times just to play, the Ziuty are the exact opposite. Just one light touch is all it takes to pause and play, so much better! The sound is not groundbreaking, but it does not sound like you are listening to music or videos in a trash can so I consider this as a plus rather than a con. The cons are volume and noise cancellation. I am a carpet cleaner and janitor so I am often around loud machines such as vacuum cleaners and carpet cleaning machines, similar to the noise a riding lawnmower produces, and these earbuds are not good in these circumstances. In order to hear anything I have to turn the volume on my device all the way up and sometimes that is not enough. The biggest culprit is definitely poor noise cancellation, they cancel outside noise as much as the basic Apple wired headphones, and the basic wired headphones from Sony cancel out far better than the Ziuty earbuds. I have tried all three sizes of earbuds that are provided and other earbuds from headphones and earbuds that I know cancel out noise very well and there was no difference. Overall, if you are not an audiophile and work in quite places the Ziuty earbuds will work just fine for your needs. If you work in an environment that is noisy and want earbuds that sound great I suggest skipping the Ziuty earbuds.
Up to par Quality. - Updated Review 1/4/23 I am writing an updated review on this product. After having it in my possession since the 12th of November and using them constantly throughout the week, I have come to the conclusion that they are a nice pair of wireless earbuds. However, starting this week (mind you today is Wednesday Jan 4th), one earbud began to glitch on and off. Its like the connection to the phone was being disconnected momentarily for a second. This seems to be a reoccurring issues, honestly quite annoying seeing how I cannot listen to an entire song now without it cutting in and out. I've tried charging the case, connecting and reconnecting to my phone, cleaning the actual earbuds out. Nothing seems to help - Original Review 12/8/22 I've only had these earbuds for a month but I can say that they are one of the best I've purchased. Usually wear them when going to the gym or at work. They do a great job canceling surrounding noises and keeping a long lasting battery life. The things I like the most about them is that they are small enough to fit in your pocket and their design makes them look sleek/elegant. Interesting to find out how long they will last compared to my old ones. We will have to find out.
Don't use for calls. This is my first pair of airpod-like bluetooth earbuds. I've had ones connected by wires before, but never anything like these. You can't touch these without something happening. Likely it will be something you don't want to happen, and then you have to figure out how to get back to where you were. And I'm touching them ALL the time just to keep them in my ears. The typical style of Apple earbud has never been a shape I understand. They're the most uncomfortable and worst working earbuds available, since I don't think anyone's ear canals are shaped like that. But those ones at least stay in. I'm using the smallest rubber tips and my ears aren't particularly small, but still they find a way to work their way out. Now, the most annoying thing. When I'm trying to use these for a call, the person on the other end cannot understand me and continually asks me to repeat things until I eventually just take them out and switch over to the speaker or holding the phone to my ear like a caveman. So, I guess you get what you pay for. I can't imagine why anyone would pay that much for airpods, but there must be something between these two extremes that works better than these.
