Mixed thoughts. These are really nice cups. They are sturdy, and the outside corrugations really do a good job of insulating them without letting the cup feel too hot in your hands. Unfortunately, they also have a pretty strong chemical smell. Even though I have had them sitting out for days so they can "air out," you can still smell it when drinking your coffee. It's unnerving, as it makes you wonder what kind of chemicals are leaching from the cup into your beverage. As much as I like the cups, I will not be buying them again.
Solid cups, leaky service. Ordered 200 cups a month ago for about 60 bucks, was only sent 50 cups, and I am still waiting on the other 150 cups.
Love these cups but didn't receive full order this last time. These are awesome cups. I have ordered them a few times for our office. This last time I ordered them I only received one sleeve of cups, not 100 of them.
Has a sterile smell. The cup is sturdy and easy to grip but it also has a sterile almost bleach-like smell to it. Cup also let’s too much heat come through when gripping it. I was hoping for better insulation and no smell.
