Google Wifi System Review – Simply the best solution for full home WiFi coverage with easy setup and configuration

Wifi is very, very important in our lives, especially in case of no mobile network, meaning no mobile data. You can’t live without air or water which is a truth. You can’t live without Wi-Fi, which is also a truth to the modern people. Do you agree? Absolutely yes! So we are talking about Wi-Fi in this session. Have you ever recognized that your home Wi-Fi is somehow not accessible somewhere at corners or your device is disconnected when you are watching a program just because you walk from one place to another at home, for example walk upstairs, and you are reconnected but needs to buffer for some time? I think that may happen every day in your life. I also experienced the same or similar situation before I found such a good thing that can help after I did some research on the Wifi systems. The Wifi system I am going to share with you in this review is the Google Wifi system, which may be the best solution for home use for full Wifi coverage with simple setup and configuration.

Compatibility

If you have wired Ethernet in your house, you can use that for the connectivity for the Google Wifi points if you want to use more than one for good coverage. In that way, the Google Wifi points will still work as a single Wi-Fi network throughout your house. If you already have a router as your home gateway of internet, the Wifi point is a good bridge to be added in directly through its Gigabit Ethernet LAN port. If you have no router, don’t worry, the Wifi point still works as it has a Gigabit Ethenet WAN port for your internet. Working in the LAN mode, the WAN port of the Wifi point acts as LAN port on additional Wifi points. This Google Wifi point supports IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, so it is compatible for most wireless devices.

Simply Fast

As a good Wifi point, you probably want to get fast network speed from it as simple as possible, and let it do all for you. The Google Wifi system is all that you want and provides what you expect. As Wifi is very common today, you are surrounded by various Wifi networks working in unordered channels that can easily get overlapped. If you are using Wifi in a channel that is the same as the channel your neighbor is also using, for example channel 1, 6 or 11, as it is so popular and set as default for many routers, your home Wifi network is interfered and then inefficient and slow.  Built with expandable mesh Wi-Fi featuring AC1200 2×2 Wave 2 as well as advanced software working in the background to manage your network, the Google Wifi point always selects the clearest ( not overlapped or least interference ) channel and fastest band ( which is the best for your device in the range of a, b, g, n and ac, either in band 2.4G or band 5G ) for your wireless devices like smartphone, tablet, pc, etc., being at the fastest speed possible. So you will have simply fast network with the Google Wifi system, it does all the work for you with its Network Assist.

Seamless Connectivity for Full Coverage

If you often have complaints on your current home Wifi network that you get no connections for your wireless device when you walk with it from one place to another, especially to some corners, or from the ground to the second floor or above. What you need for being always connected is the Google Wifi system. You can easily have your home covered with Wifi signal, leaving no dead zones, by using several of Google Wifi point. A single Wifi point covers up to 1,500 sq. ft., and a set of three covers up to 4,500 sq. ft. So if you live in a relatively small home or apartment that is usually of 500 to 1,500 sq. ft., you just need one single Google Wifi point. If you live in a medium home or apartment that is usually of 1,500 to 3,000 sq. ft., you will need two for a full coverage. And if you live in a large home or apartment that is usually of 3,000 to 4,500 sq. ft., you need three Google Wifi points for the best Wifi signal coverage. If you live in a much bigger house, you need to add more Wifi points according to the area you want to cover. No matter where you live, the Google Wifi system will give you seamless Wifi network with nearly no dead zones and network buffering, keeping you always on line.

Easy to Control

The Google Wifi system is not only simple for fast speed and great for excellent coverage, but is also easy to control. If you have many devices connected into your home network requesting network traffics at the same time, probably there would be a traffic jam. Your network is slow and your watching program at your smartphone or network TV has to stop for buffering. To solve this problem, QoS that stands for quality of service is commonly used in high end, expensive routers, to make the network traffic move in order, in priority and in demand. What you can expect with the Google Wifi system for the QoS like thing is its advanced technology and companion app. Made to be optimized for multi-device network traffic purpose, the Google Wifi system works to manage your home Wifi network as smooth as possible. Furthermore, through the companion app, the Google Wifi system is easy to let you share your home Wifi password with guest, see what is connected, prioritize the connected devices, so that you can have a smooth and steady Wifi network connection. With the companion app, you can even easily have your Wifi system set up quickly in a simple way, which may not be used though if you have some experience in Wifi configuration. However, it is great in that simple way of setup if you know little or even nothing about Wifi network. What you can even expect to control in such a simple Wifi system is that you can pause the Wi-fi on kids devices’ connections. In other words, you can kick your kids’ devices off line if you see they are just playing games during study time or bedtime, making no network traffic to their devices. So controlling your home Wifi network is easy with Google Wifi system.

Conclusion With Customer Reviews

If there is not any real life customer review discussed in here, this Google Wifi system review will be incomplete. During the time I did researches for this Google Wifi access point, I found more than 1300 helpful customer reviews that told me this access point system has an impressive 4.3 out of 5 stars rating. That means, in other words, that the vast majority of people have given this home use Wifi point the highest scores possible.

And to clarify, based on my further research on the customer reviews, I also found that there were some minor complaints about the Ethernet ports of the Wifi access point in addition to a lack of USB port that Google should have designed and made more ports here for home use, which is not so common reported by others and doesn’t matter much for such a great home Wifi access system providing full signal coverage though. However, the overall consensus is that the Google Wifi system is the best choice for home use Mesh Wifi system that works differently than a traditional router in the way of many access points acting as one Wi-Fi point. If you are looking for a Wifi system or a Wifi point for your home’s full coverage, whether or not to replace your router, I just recommend the Google Wifi system / access point.
