First time beard-grower, very impressed with how these products make my beard feel. I haven't grown a beard before (for any extended period of time, anyways). I wanted to use some products on the hair to make it less irritating to my face's skin. This package definitely did the trick for me. I feel more confident in my facial hair after using these products.

Missing a few things. Honestly the items it has are great.. It arrived without the black roller and with only one beard oil. The fact that two of the items are missing almost made me give it a one star but the quality of the items appear to be very good so far. The brown brush is my favorite item

It is not as good a quality as advertised. My comb was broken. The orange oil scent smells like you dumped orange juice in you beard. I don’t know what to say about the hinky roll that ”makes hair grow”. I would pass.

Good presentation, poor implementation. For the first time since high school, I decided to let my facial hair growth. Since this is 2020 and not the 1990's, beards are supposed to look good, so I realized I needed to start using beard care products if I wanted to have a healthy and good looking beard, and this is the first set I bought (I since have bought other products, so I have better perspective on what high quality product looks like) and it looked like a good set, with everything I was going to need. Let me start by saying that presentation wise, this is a good set. It's a little expensive (although seems like current price is almost $10 cheaper than when I bought it), but it has "everything" you would need. It would make a good gift, although don't expect the recipient to be impressed with the performance. Here's my thoughts on each component of the set: - eBook. I can't really comment on this, since the link to download the eBook didn't work, and couldn't find an updated one. Probably you can find the same information anywhere on the web - Wooden Comb: It looks good and seems like good quality. Unfortunately, it's seems more like a hair comb and an beard one. Teeth are just to separated. - Brush: one of the best things in the set. Really soft and works great. - Shampoo and Conditioner: Adequate and smelled ok... not much different from hair shampoo and conditioner. - Beard oil: I didn't like it at all. Didn't feel like it really soften the beard and it smelled a little rancid. Perhaps I got an old batch, but rancid oil is the last thing I want to have so close to my nose. - Beard "balm": I was the most puzzled about this "balm". The consistency was similar to hardened shoe polish. Very difficult to lift from the can and apply, and didn't feel like it did anything on my beard. Again, perhaps I got an old batch, but I found this the least useful. So overall, it had a good presentation, and it's in theory a pretty complete set. In reality, execution was very poor, which make the product almost useless.
