LOVE THIS ROLLER! It's not luxury, but it does the trick! I keep mine in my freezer and use it in the morning. I swear I notice a bigger difference in my puffiness with this vs anything else. I've gotten more compliments on my skin since using it, as well!

Wish it stayed colder longer. I like this product for reducing puffness in the morning but I wish you was a little bit smaller. It feels too big for my face. It also didn’t come with directions which I guess it’s fairly self-explanatory, but I wasn’t sure if you should do some motions for wrinkles or some thing. Decent prod, expedite invest in the more expensive one for wrinkles.
Medium coldness. They don't get as cold as cold packs I have for my eyes, the outer plastic seems very thick so as soon as that gets heat from your face, they quickly go from chilled to just cool. I'd say maybe 30 seconds where they are nicely cold, 60 seconds they're just cool. Then if you leave it for a minute and re-apply they do regain a little coolness, which is why I think it's the thickness of the outside that's keeping the frozen cold liquid insulated TOO well.
it came broken? it came broken, when i took the part that freezes off to actually freeze it i noticed the beads could come out unlike the other side that had a stopper, it would’ve been really nice and that was the only issue.
