Pros
Easy and comfortable to use. After owning this for two months, its grown on me. I knew, being a razor guy for years, that I could expect a close but not baby's bottom smooth head shave. THIS little machine gets damn close though ... about 99% on MY head. I use it wet with a non-foaming shaving gel. And I just rinse the rotary under running water while shaving ... saves time from popping the head covers after each use. All the attachments do a great fast job. Especially the trimmer. With or without the guards it keeps my beard and mustache tight and trimmed with none of the hair pulling and nicks I got with my old hair clippers and razors. The travel case is soft sided but sturdy and holds everything in place... even after being bumped around in my suitcase on a couple of fights. After FINALLY figuring out (thanks YouTube!) how to remove and replace the middle shaving head, I'm giving this little shaver and kit a five star rating. Totally worth the $35 bucks I paid for it.
A fast and close Shave. I did need to return the first head shaver since the motor did not run. But with Amazons fast return time the replacement arrived in days. The solid feel of the Shaver convinced me to give it another try. The second shaver exceeded my expectations. Although not as close as a razor it is many times better than others I have used over the years. So far, I have used it every day and one charge is lasting 6 days. The recharge time has been 1.5 to 2 hours. It is easy to clean which is very good for the morning time crunch getting ready for work. The accessories and included case are of good quality with each attachment having its dedicated place. I gave it 5 Stars even with having to return the first one. The performance of the second one overcame the minor inconvenience. I do recommend this Shaver.
center head is very hard to reinstall. This is a decent razor. It does shave fairly close. Battery seems to need recharging frequently, All attachments fit and are easy to change. I'm keeping it.
Close shave on my head. Works really well...it gives a very close shave on my head...my face not so much, it pulls on the hair....but I bought it to shave my head and I'm happy with it...and the machine feels and looks like good quality.

Cons
It clogs and it is very difficult to clean. I used the product to shave my head, I did it by following the instructions in the booklet. It clogged with hair and the heads themselves can not be opened to dislodge the hair inside the head itself. Very difficult to clean and the hair inside the heads produces friction on the blades, slowing them down, and then the machine stops and you have to turn it on again and again. I rinsed the machine constantly while I was shaving, but, it clogged and I could not remove the hair inside the heads no matter what I did. Bad design and I am returning it.
Nice razor, garbage battery. I've had this razor for barely over a month, it does an ok job, shaves decently close, I've been using it daily. But already the battery won't even last through 2 shaves, when it arrived it would last 4-5, at this rate I'm guessing it won't even have enough juice for 1 shave per charge by next month. Cleaning is ok, but if you could get total access to the blades (like getting able to remove them) it would be better. All in all is say avoid this one unless you only need it to last a month.
Not good. Hard to open to clean. I was afraid I’d break it. Doesn’t cut well. Many passes are needed in order to get an even cut (when hair is already short).
Apenas cumple con la calidad. La batería dura poco. Si la usas solo para rasurarte el pelo podrás usarla dos veces. Si la usas para barba y pelo solo una vez tal vez. Debido a que el motor es poco potente para la cortadora de barba, tiende a jalar los pelos. El masajeador y aplicador de espuma funcionan bien. No uso el cortador de pelos de nariz / orejas por lo tanto no tengo opinión al respecto. La cortadora de cabello es buena. Cumple bien la función. No irrita. Pero no debes presionar mucho porque puede desajustarse alguna pieza. Es algo frágil. La limpieza es rápida. Llevo unos 5 usos. Lo calificaría como un producto aceptable. Tal vez ligeramente elevado el precio en relación al producto.
good while it worked. Great product but bad unit or poor quality. the beard trimmer module stopped working after 5 min of use. I was able to open it and get it to somewhat work. Now the middle rotary blade assembly broke and would not go back and stay in place. Great concept, great cut. love it, maybe i got a bad unit. I wrote directly to the seller abotu the trimmer, no reply.
Great shaver for a short time BUT... cheap attachments that break easily. I was really enjoying this shaver. That was until I took the brush off and tried to put the massager on. Then I couldn't get the brush back on either and I mean I tried for over an hour thinking I must be doing something wrong. I even went back and watch videos to make sure it wasn't me and it wasn't. The attachments are cheap plastic and in my case so cheap that once I removed one the snap on area of the spindle came off with it I guess. So I returned it. Fortunately I had purchased another more popular brand and that works just fine. I assume this will eventually happen to every one they make and I just didn't want to take that chance with a replacement. Full refund issued and off I go.
