Best solution for everyday pain. I can say that yes this is my first massage chair that I’ve owned. This is not the first time using them and this one clicked all of my requirements. I was attempting the 1200k more model from iRest; however, this model seemed cost effective but still offered a lot of good features. MASSAGE CHAIR MAX was a A+ seller and Mariah made the process painless (pin definitely intended ). Mariah helped coordinate the delivery and even my question about their white glove service. If you order get it from MASSAGE CHAIR MAX and ask for Mariah. Upon delivery of my chair I fully expected the delivery driver to just drop it off at my steps and keep it moving. However the delivery driver amply helped me get the chair into my house. We did have to destroy the box ♂️, but I believe my chair is working perfectly. The white glove contractor came and was looking for the chair to be outside. I told them that the delivery driver helped me get the chair inside. I could have assembled it myself, but paying for white glove I awaited the Contractor. The chair is paying off as I use it directly after work before I even make it upstairs.
Deep, strong massage, responsive customer support. [update] I upped my rating due to the very responsive after sales support. They tried very hard to address my issues, promising to send me an air valve to control the pressure. More later Chair arrived on time and was easy to assemble. Gave deep and strong massage but painful on the back and feet. The rollers push up against the lower back and painful where it contacts bone. The vendor sent a quilted pad of similar fabric and that alleviated the back pain. Both me and my wife experienced a painful crushing sensation on the feet. We tried the remote control settings but that only turned the pressure on or off, no in-between. The seller advised me to *clamp* off the air tubing to the lower mechanism. I’m still working through that and I feel there should be a better, more precise way to control pressure, such as a valve. I have a few more annoyances. The LED light on the sides give off a blue light and no way to turn off. The voice control is either on or off. Would be nice if it would be on after starting massage or turn on via voice command. Leaving it on is not ideal because it listens and responds even when no one in the chair. All of the above I can live with except for the crushing pain on the feet. I think the clamp would not give a good lasting solution and I’m contemplating to return the chair. I hardly ever return things. I expected a better experience at this price point.
Don’t hesitate-buy it. I agonized over spending the money but compared to other chairs it had a lot of features for the money. The chair is very quiet and all of the programs are nice. Great features. There is a pad but we had to add another due to the intensity on our lower back but that was no problem. We love it. The Bluetooth is so easy to connect. I put my meditation music on and sit back and relax. I have a bad back and while it feels good when I’m in the chair it doesn’t cure that problem.

I felt it was time to buy a new chair so I went online and did my research and found the IRest 2021 massage chair available through Amazon. This chair is AMAZING!!! It features 12 different massages that range from stretch to deep tissue. You can adjust the intensity to your preference. I like a strong massage and this chair delivers!! The SL track was the most important feature to me as the massage extends down the lower back, the hips and into the glutes. I work as a driver for a delivery company and at the end of a very long day my body and muscles get very stiff and I need a good strong massage to unwind. I had read that the chair is not as bulky as most chairs and doesn’t take up a lot of space. I was worried about it being too small. I am 5’11” , 210lbs and it fits my body frame perfectly. It has a sleek design with a cool blue light on each side of the chair. It has Bluetooth speakers and is voice controlled with the name Alice. (I would have personally picked a sexier name for it. Lol) The chair is great the only small annoyance I have is that you can’t volume control the beeps. I find them to be a bit loud. But when a chair named Alice offers such a great massage, a little noise, seems kind of trivial.

Some aspects need improvement. I was disappointed that the chair and packaging weighing 240 pounds was dropped off outside and the driver would not make any effort to help move it other than to the garage. There should be some kind of white glove service to help move it to a spot in the house--even if one has to pay extra. The chair wasn't in 1 piece as advertised. I needed to unscrew 2 screws to put the leg piece in and the screws were extremely tight to loosen. The accompanying manual has many grammatical mistakes ( probably translated by someone from China with poor English skills. There is a blue light on both sides of the chairs that you can't turn off--a nuisance especially if you want the room dark. There also is a so called voice control function which the manual instructs to use Mandarin as you speak to it. The voice constantly comes on saying " I'm here." Since it doesn't respond to any English commands, I'd like to turn it off but I don't see the ability to turn off the voice or the blue lights in the manual. If anyone knows how, I'd appreciate a response. The massage functions themselves seem fairly comfortable.

Ok mid level chair with some issues. It is a good massage and I like the L-Track for butt/thigh massage. It is also pretty good looking and doesn’t take up as much space as I thought. Unfortunately the chair continually says “I’m here” without being prompted which is a little freaky. I could never get it to respond to voice command and the manual says it only speaks mandarin. Even though it says it has 3 d massage, I could never adjust intensity, nor could I get some of the other remote buttons to function. And lastly the foot massage was very uncomfortable to me, it squeezed my ankles too hard and there was a hard metal piece over my ankle while it squeezed. I plan to return it.
