definitely NOT white; still works well. Just bought this "white" version to replace the black one I forget in my Palm Springs hotel in December. I generally keep this at my desk to create a little more air circulation in the warmer weather. This one works just as well as the black one. It comes with a USB charging cable that stretches out to about 30 inches. The lowest setting is fairly quiet, but the other two are a bit noisy. Not something subtle you could use in a quiet office. The three bendable legs are great for adjusting the height of the actual fan or for conforming to different surfaces. {I generally use it on my desk, but I have also used the bendable legs to "clamp" it onto the elliptical. They won't stand up to a ton of jostling, but they will certainly work for many applications.} HOWEVER, if you are looking for a white fan, this is not it. The main body and legs are what most people would describe as creme, and the fan blades are definitely yellow. It reminds me of the color of plastic that has been sun-bleached. This does not impact the functioning, but if you were hoping for pure white (like I was), you aren't getting it here. See my photo with a white index card held up for comparison. [It's actually very much like what you see in the images for this product.]
How could any parent NOT have this?! My son is two months old, and during maternity leave we would take him out in the shade of his stroller for walks around our apartment complex. I was always afraid that he would overheat even though he was in shade, and slightly covered with a muslin blanket to keep the sun's rays out of his carseat. It's literally worth every penny. It's weird little legs have AMAZING wrapping power, literally I don't think there isn't a place you can't wrap it around. We wrap it to the handle of the carseat. This fan is built very well and isn't cheap, the legs especially! It keeps him perfectly cool! I'll feel his little face with my hand, and it's cool to the touch! While mommy dies of the sun's rays, my precious baby boy naps in the shade and cool breeze of his baby fan. The battery life is amazing too! The beautiful thing about this is it doesn't require batteries, just charge it and it'll last nearly a week without charging. A literal essential to any new mom's arsenal.
Satisfied customer who’s fan broke. I bought this fan June 2022. I used it for approximately 2 months and it worked great. I put it away for the cold months and it is summer time so I got it out and the fan would not work or charge. I contacted the seller, Wi-hoo through Amazon, and my new fan is coming tomorrow. Even though I was disappointed that it stopped working, I was happy and satisfied with how quick they got back to me and how they resolved the issue. I’m giving a rating of 4 stars only because the fan stopped working after a short amount of time.
This fan is able to swivel at its base. I had this brand of fan and was very happy with it until I dropped it and it broke. I tried to order a new one but was unable to find it online so I ordered another brand. Instantly I noticed how cheaply the new one was made. After searching again online, I found this one and I am much happier with the quality and the fact that it swivels at its base. It is made way better than other brands. I can run it for hours after a charge.
Was as advertised. Bought two for the new mother. One to face her son in the stroller and the other to face her while walking him. Bought three others for relatives. My wife loves hers using it after working in the garden and when hot flashes occur.
Lasted 10 months in the desert. Bought two of these, one for my child and I liked it so much that I bought a second for myself. Both have lasted over 18 months, one of which spent that time in the Middle East in some rough conditions and came out working like a champ. 10 Stars.

Stopped working. I used this once at the hospital during delivery and put it away until the summer. Now it won’t charge or turn on. Really disappointed
Very low power portable fan. Followup/edit: This fan is advertised for baby use. However (as a senior citizen), I instead got mine for the fan's light weight, low power, and portability. While the fan does have all these desirable features, it sadly also is very easy to break (in my personal experience it just takes a slight bump in the wrong place and the fan is no longer functional). As a result of this "design defect" I've lowered my rating for this fan from 5 stars down to 3. The fan still functions well if you are extremely careful with it, but apparently this fan is much easier to destroy than most fans on the market. I got my first unit for using outdoors (where I didn't have access to AC power). However, I later learned that you can combine this fan with a small "USB charger" to turn it into a very low power (AC plugin) fan. Yes, this fan is small, but it does move enough air to noticeably raise comfort levels if strategically placed around the house. Since the fan didn't have specs on how much power it uses, I tested the power used by this fan in my home situation (with one of these fans I own and a power strip that has USB charging built in). Since I also own a "Kill-A-Watt" meter, it was easy to plug the Kill-A-Watt into the AC power, the power strip into the Kill-A-Watt, and the fan into the USB charging of the power strip. This gave me an instant readout of the power usage of the fan on various settings. The results I got were: Off was 0 watts (as expected), Low fan was 2.4 watts, Medium fan was 3.6 watts, and High fan was still only 5.4 watts. Yes I realize those numbers would be higher if the internal fan battery needed charging (the fan I tested on was fully charged), but still this is very low power (and therefore also low cost and low heat) for a useful little fan around the house. Followup/addition: As expected the fan uses more power when "charging the battery", than it does just to run the fan. In my brief test on a not yet charged fan, I found that I was measuring between 11 and 13 watts (no matter what the fan speed, including off). So I'm assuming that 11-13 watts is what the battery charging circuit is designed to use. Of course after you are fully charged, I would expect power usage to consistently revert to the lower wattage (based upon fan speed) from my previous tests.
Stopped working and will not charge. Fan worked well but after a few months of not using it now will not charge or remain on for more than a few seconds. How can I contact the seller for a replacement?
Bad batteries. Cute fan. It’s cute, the legs are handy, and my baby likes to look at it. But once the battery died, it wouldn’t recharge.

BEWARE — Tiny Fingers Fit Through Slots! I bought these fans in July 2019, and today it is May 2021, so I have had these fans for almost two years and have had no issues until last night. In fact I liked them so much I bought and own six of them. I have hemmed and hawed over how to structure this review and how many starts to give it. But I do have concerns over this fan being dangerous to babies, and it is advertised and sold as a baby fan. These fans work as advertised—they are easy to secure with the bendable legs, the batteries are easily rechargeable, and the three speed settings are nice. It’s a powerful little fan that has served us well for the past almost two years, and my 3.5-year-old son has used them without issue this entire time. I have recommended these fans to many people, and I know they are widely loved. Last night came our first serious issue—my (almost) 10-month-old daughter grabbed the fan and her finger went right through the screen and was chopped by the spinning fan blade. She was cut twice, and she did bleed for quite a while. I was absolutely horrified and the sounds of my daughter’s finger being chopped and then her scream is still haunting me. These are advertised as baby fans and are marketed as being great stroller fans—and they are—but they are NOT safe to be near baby fingers. I cannot believe my daughter’s finger so quickly and easily fit right through the back screen. The screen should absolutely be finer/thinner, or even cross hatched, to prevent this very accident. Babies are quick, as we all know, and my daughter snatched this fan and had this accident in the blink of an eye. So if you use these fans, please have them out of reach of babies, and not installed on the front bar of the stroller as advertised. Be careful! I am disappointed with the fan and with myself for my daughter’s injury, and we won’t be using these six fans as baby fans anymore. So out of 5 stars—2 stars because the fan is functional, easy to use, and works well, but minus 3 stars for being unsafe as baby fans and for my daughter being cut.
