So well made, steaming the creases was easy! This thing is so durable, well made, and the perfect hamper for my bedroom! I read the other reviews about the creases so I took the advice. I crammed a comforter into it to fill it out and grabbed the steamer and patiently worked those creases out for about ten minutes. And It looks perfect!

BEWARE! Some setup required! Be aware that what comes out of the box is NOT what you see in the product photos. The fabric basket has been folded and compressed. (See my photos for a side-by-side before and after, since we bought two.) The instructions that come with it say that you need to stuff it with laundry, steam iron it for 30 minutes, and leave it to set for 24-48 hours. Some frustrating aspects of this: --It takes A LOT of laundry to stuff this basket tightly enough to fill out the form enough to even kind of round out the flat edges. I ended up needing: multiple (4+) sets of sheets, a big bathrobe, and two weeks' worth of laundry for me, as well as a few towels and a couple of washcloths. (Upside of that information is that it holds PLENTY of laundry!) --I don't know about yours, but my iron doesn't hold enough water to steam for a half hour straight, so I had to iron until I ran out of water, let the iron cool, fill it back up, and then iron for 12 more minutes. --If your water leaves mineral deposits, you'll want to use distilled, which means a trip to the store. --Also, irons don't work vertically, so you have to lay it on its side and iron it while rotating it and making sure that what all you stuffed in there stays stuffed in there. --You have to invert it while stuffed so as to iron the bottom to make it flat so it stands up.
Really cute hamper aesthetically, however it may take some work to get there. I purchased this hamper a little over a month ago and I am pleased. Like the rest of you I read the reviews and the only thing that caught my eye honestly was the work that would need to be put in to take out the creases. However, I still purchased because I could not pass up the opportunity to add a cute hamper for my room decor. Currently, my hamper still has a few creases and I tried the warm towel method and steaming however, they don’t bother me and the hamper still looks nice in my room. Definitely worth the purchased!
Great quality but wonky. Ok. Love this thing for handling the big volume of laundry in my house and love the color pallets and design. It’s super cute and sturdy.. unfortunately it arrived folded up in a flat box and I can’t get it to be a natural shape. There are very clear creases from being folded and I’m not sure how to get ride of them. I’ve had this for a couple of months now so photos are from after trying lots of different ways to get rid of creases.
It will never stay standing. I have had this laundry basket for 2 years. I have ironed, steamed, put in the dryer with towels, and anything else you can think of to try to get this basket to stand upright. If you plan on have this stuffed full it looks amazing. But if you want to use it as a laundry basket at first it is going to lean at a 45 degree angle, which admittedly makes trying to "shoot" you laundry into the basket more fun/challenging but it does not look nice in the least.
Arrives with severe folds. Unfortunately, this product arrived folded twice, which means severe fold marks/corners on what should be a round woven hamper. :/ otherwise very nice… but definitely not something I considered when I ordered it from Amazon.
