Not the worst not the best. I didn't expect too much buying this pillow since it was fairly cheap. It's definitely smaller than pictured in you'd have to be 5' or under for it to be a full body pillow. Also if you want it as fluffy as pictured then you will need to get more stuffing. That said, it's a decent pillow. It's made sleeping a bit better as I am currently 5 months pregnant. Not quite fluffy enough for leg support but upper body support is good. Very soft and pretty heavy. I'll probably get more stuffing. 8/10 would buy again.
Seriously this is great! This pillow is so comfortable and soft that everyone in my house fights over it (including my dogs )! It's been a big help with my back pain and I would definitely recommend this to any pregnant woman or anybody that just wants a really comfy pillow!
This works as a bbl pillow!! So I had bought a bbl pillow which was very uncomfortable I would cry because I was in so much pain. This pillow got my attention and I decided to purchase it I’m glad I did. I had lipo 360, torsoplasty and a bbl done. This pillow is it. I’m able to lay on whatever side I want with minimal or no pain at all. It has enough cushion to make it comfortable. I was planning to purchase a reclining chair but this one does the job.
Decent pillow. This pillow is very comfy but I just expected more support in the belly area. It's no different than having a pillow cover under your head and a pillow between your legs. I do like that I feel cradled when I lay on my back, that's nice. A body pillow will do what this pillow offers.

Does what I wanted, overall. I am not pregnant. But I am approaching the end of my 30’s and I’m a stomach sleeper with back pain. I have tried to train myself to sleep on my back to no avail. This U-shaped pillow has made a major difference. I tuck in one side close to and under my back and koala hug the other side. This pillow taco prevents me from sleeping on my stomach most of the time. My back feels so much better. I do wish the cover was not velour/velvet texture. I hate it. It’s hot and I don’t like the texture. It’s also SUPER HARD to put the cover on the pillow. The “legs” of the pillow have a bump out and the pillow case fits very snug. It arrived vacuum sealed and recommended either fluffing in the drier or leaving it for 24 hours to puff up. I fluffed it in the drier and it worked perfectly. It’s not too full for my head and neck but if it was there is a zipper closure at the top of the pillow and you can add or remove fluff as you need to find the right loft.
Finally slept well… but…. Only had for a few nights, and so far it’s great! I’m 6 months pregnant and sleeping has been getting harder for me. The cover is very soft and the pillow is supportive enough while not too firm. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because it’s a little shorter than I had thought, which isn’t a huge deal. But also the cover was very dirty. I soaked it in laundry soda and hot water for about 10 minutes after first receiving it, and the water was a dark mucky brown. I had to soak 3 more times before it ran clear…
Not as depicted, flat and short. This pillow is not a stuffed as the pic. It comes compressed and even after I worked to fluff up it never got as plush as the pictures. It’s not as long as described. Bought for knee support but only come to top of my thighs. Will edit after measuring. Definitely not the same as the one advertised. There a a reason it’s heavily discounted.
Super comfy but super hot! This pillow is comfy and supportive but the fabric is not cooling at all. Often when using it I get really hot. That may just be me but if I could get another one it wouldn't be this fabric. I'm going to try wrapping it with a top sheet to see if that helps! Otherwise I love it
Not firm enough to feel any type of comfort. I returned the item like 3 days later. Reason why ,because i waited for it to get big get is form. I give it a three cause the cover was so soft . However , it was to soft it is not firm. To flimsy .It's not big and thick like in the picture. Sorry don't have a picture.
NOT 55" - but could be comfortable for someone short. Pillow is not 55" long. Pictures for reference on a king size bed. At best, this is about 46" long. I'm a touch over 5'7", so perhaps shorter women won't/didn't notice as severely (or mine is just defective). It only just reached the top of my knees while side-lying, so not helpful in keeping pressure off. The pillowcase is soft and filling is relatively thick (height-wise) and soft. It is not dense, though, so I would also worry about its longevity. Also would have preferred more supportive filling to be able to take pressure off this growing belly. Might be comfortable for someone shorter than me, but giving 3 stars since I was really needing that extra length (that is advertised) and some additional support to make this a keeper. Will be returning and attempting to find something that actually hits the 55" mark (or longer if I can find it!).
