Good product. First Mother’s Day gift for DIL, and she loved it! Frame is well-made, looks professional. If you read the directions carefully, are prepared, baby is in a good mood, and have a partner to help you, you should have good results. My son and I got great prints on our first try, without a mess. We chose not to use the paint, preferring the more natural look. A pleasant surprise is that it came with 3 different frame inserts, so we could pick the caption we liked the most.
Customer Service is Stellar. I bought this frame for my daughter-in-law for Mother's Day. It was so easy to use. The directions were very clear and easy to follow. I used the clay to get a mold of my granddaughter's foot and hand. Waited for it to dry and painted them. There was a small issue with the frame. I contacted the company, the responded immediately, and rectified the problem. I would buy from this company again without hesitation! The customer service team is phenomenal!
Nice keepsake to gift a Mom. I ordered this for my daughter. It made a beautiful keepsake. I just wished I had a deeper impression for the hand and foot prints. When the clay dried, the imprints faded out some. It was too late to try again. Wish the company sold the clay separately, so I could try again.

Not as clean as the photos.... I hate doing negative reviews and I really wanted this product to work as easily as they said, but I was disappointed. I followed the directions to a "T", but honestly, it was extremely difficult to get the clay to have a completely flat surface, regardless of the kneading and rolling. Also, the letters suck to get apart and each edge has to be trimmed exactly flush to the sides. Very time consuming, not to mention the clay (at least mine) did not take well to it. A better product would have the clay come in the bag in the shape of the frame insert.... if not that, at least make the roller the same width of the insert.
Very bad quality. The frame had a dent. The rolling pin had a crack in it making it hard to make it smooth. The letters were impossible to put in the holder. We ended up using tape to hold the letters but when the letters were put in the clay you couldn't read it. The clay dried out quickly. I would not recommend. I still did put my baby's hand and foot print but it's not perfect and not as expected.
Started drying too quickly. The clay started drying out while kneading it which made it really hard to get the impression.
Perfect imperfect. Can I return? I don’t know what to do. I got everything ready, opened the clay bags, cut letters and when I was finally ready and opened the frame up, it was broken . Everything was exactly what I wanted but of course the most important part (the frame) isn’t. I’ll recommend you purchase and make sure EVERYTHING is good before you cut, open and prepare the mix.
Not as pictured. The frame arrived nicked without package damage which I received a refund for however the matte is shown as white but it is very cream colored unlike some other reviews I have seen. Disappointed as I really wanted a white matte specifically to go in the nursery.
Clay is not the way to go. It was hard to really get a print with the clay. You really have to press down on ur baby hand and feet to get a decent print. Unless I did something wrong but hurting my baby just to get a decent print wasn't for me.
