Amazing! I am absolutely in love this this pillow. It shapes my body perfectly and there are a variety of ways that I can use it and they all support me wonderfully. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was that it was a b***h to get the pillow in the case. Took me about 20 minutes to shimmy in into the case and overall it would be better if the zipper would go a lot father down the pillow with how long this thing is. After I got it in and all set though if fluffed up beautifully and is so comfy to sleep with.
Wish I had gotten it sooner. While I'm not pregnant, I have a tissue disorder that keeps me from sleeping well as my hands and legs go numb and my joints coming out of their proper positions. This has helped considerably. It keeps me in an aligned position during the night regardless of how much I move. You can access the filling so you can adjust it to firm up areas or soften others. If you need more, you can easily add some. I'm very pleased.
Takes getting used to. When I first got this, I couldn’t figure out how to use it comfortably. It is BIG!! It takes up the other half of my Queen sized bed, so I felt quite constricted in it. I couldn’t even figure out how to get in the bed with it there, aside from crawling in from the foot, which I didn’t like! I tried sleeping with it as shown in the picture, but after 30 minutes of trying to adjust, I finally kicked it all down to the foot of my bed and just used the whole thing as a foot elevator/knee bolster. I slept with it like that for a month or so, but always felt like I had lost half my bed and that I never knew where to put my legs! But then I got Sciatica, and I couldn’t sleep in any position without severe pain. And it finally occurred to me to try the pillow a different way. I turned it around so it looks like a U, with the rounded part at the bottom of my bed and the two legs surrounding me on either side. The rounded part can still act as a bolster when I lie on my back, while giving me knee support for side sleeping no matter which side I sleep on. And best of all, I can still use my superior quality pillow under my head! When I get in or out of bed, I just bend one of the legs sideways, kind of like opening a gate. I have found this position to be very versatile. I sometimes lie on my back, with my knees splayed open kind of cross-legged, and they are perfectly supported by the rounded bottom of the U. I wish the sides were of more uniform length to support me equally on both sides, but the longer leg is the best. The shorter leg is too short, so I’m glad I opted for this version with the longer leg. I put the longer leg on the side I usually sleep on and the shorter leg on my back, which is also the side I usually enter/exit from. I can feel it getting softer, but it’s still got a lot of filling after a couple months, so I’m not having a problem with that right now. It is very thick—8-10 inches thick in the rounded part, so that may be why I didn’t like sleeping with my head on that part. This has really been a great help for my Sciatica!
Can't live without it now! This pillow is AMAZING! I sleep so much better with this pillow. I'm forsure not pregnant..I just thought it would be comfy and I was so right! By far one of the best things I've gotten on Amazon! I am gonna order for my husband and son next because they love mine so much but I don't like to share lol
Heavenly! I'm not pregnant, lol! I'm a 71 year old breast cancer survivor, who also had a heart attach and suffers from osteoporosis, osteoarthritis, degenerative arthritis of the spine and lower spine issues. I've had the best nights sleep since purchasing this pillow than I've had in years of stuffing pillows around my body to give me support as is sleep (side sleeper). Just bought another one and had it shipped to a friend of mine so she can also get a really good nights sleep! Would recommend it to anyone that's been sleeping with extra pillows for comfort!

Cumbersome, Massive Pillow. I purchased this after hearing it could help after a hip replacement. This this is HUMONGOUS!! I have a queen sized bed and it takes up about 90% of my bed. It’s very soft and comfortable but it’s not firm at all if you are using it to prop up your back or legs. If all you want to do is cuddle with something, great. If you want firm support, try something else. Also because of the size, you need to be in the bed alone (in a queen or smaller) and it will not work on a sofa. Even though it’s huge, it was easy to put the pillows case on it (it is shipped with the pillow not in the gray pillow case). I will be giving this away as it doesn’t work for me. It looks just as pictured.
Too hard. I have ordered this type of pillow from another Amazon seller which was very comfortable as I have neck and back issues. I thought I would try this pillow which might be great for a pregnant person, however I am 65 years old and found there was no "give" in the neck area for comfort, it felt as if it was too filled. I have to figure out how to return as it came in a small vacuum sealed bag and opened up to a giant pillow. For somebody looking for firm hard support, this is your pillow, I am looking for a softer feel on the neck with support
Ripped after two days. I would have given 5 stars however two nights into using there is a rip in the pillow seam. I'm not someone who moves around another in My sleep and this pillow went start to my bed and hasn't been moved. Otherwise it's a nice pillow
Great pillow the cover however…. It’s a nice pillow, comfortable, really helps. The cover however, WHY COULDN’T THEY SHIP THE PRODUCT WITH THE COVER ON? I would rather sit through all of the lord of the rings movies, sleep deprived and trying to keep myself awake than put this dang cover on. It’s so hard to get it on :(
It’s ok. It looks bigger in the picture, but once I got the pillow in it was more smaller than what I thought it would be, it is comfy, but I have to use the whole pillow just to get the comfort I wanted. Now I have to look for a different one. I’m disappointed in how small it really is.
