Great customer service on returns or shipping errors. Got this screen for my tiny home. At first, they sent the wrong size screen (too big). But when I contacted customer service through Amazon, they were immediately on it and sent the correct screen size without hassle or runaround about returning the larger one. The correct screen arrived within a few days in great condition and as promised. The communication with Vivohome was constant and quick, less than 24 hours. They were eager to make sure I was happy with the product and service - and I am. They resolved the issue and respected my time and effort over the error. So, if you're nervous about ordering a large product from Vivohome and wondering, what if something goes wrong? don't worry. If it does, and I'm guessing this is not a regular occurrence, customer service is happy to work with you. They'll fix it. Glad to report this given that many online sellers couldn't care less about customer service these days. Vivohome cares about customers.
Perfect for home theater. Thus was so easy to put up and has made our living room into a home theater.

Very nice screen. Love this projector screen. It is easy to pull up and down and is very good picture quality.
Good screen. First picture is with the blinds open and the second is with them closed. This screen is super easy to install it does take two people because it’s kind of heavy and long. I recommend measuring before buying it is around 120” length. It’s really nice and easy to use the pull down works great. The projector definitely will make a difference in the picture quality but as far as screen it’s great ! It also doesn’t come with hooks and anything to hang it with so make sure you purchase that.
Great. When I first received the screen in had a big bend in the center of the metal, I filed for a replacement and it was here quickly and in good shape.
Cons
Works well. The projector screen is the perfect size for my house and works well, however I dislike the wrinkles it has. Images can be distorted at times and it really throws off the movie. I suppose for a presentation or something he it’s not that big of a deal.
Great picture, horrible chemical smell. The picture is great, especially for a cheap(ish) projector like mine. Install was a little difficult because we put it in the ceiling. We couldn’t find studs so we had to get a toggle mount? The chemical smell is really strong, I am hoping it goes away within a couple hours.
Decent screen. This was very easy to hang but the pulldown feels rough at times so not sure how long this screen will last. The sides of the screen when its pulled down also curl in. The picture quality is ok, my other screen that I have is a lot more clear but its a pain to put up and take down. I dont have the return box if not I would have returned it.
Good box condition, damaged item inside. Box arrived earlier than expected and was in good condition. The interior packaging was good too. However the screen paint is damaged and the black part of the screen has a white scratch on it too. I haven’t even touched that part of it so I guess it came damaged.
It’s a really good and user friendly screen BUT IT SMELLS BAD. I think for the price, this is an awesome deal. It was easy to use and assemble. I liked the hooks on either side, it was perfect for my bedroom wall. I bought these insanely strong hook that sticks to the wall to mount this thing because i don’t want to drill anything. Each hook can hold up to 15lbs so two of them have been doing an excellent job. The ONLY NEGATIVE IS THE SMELL. It was awfully strong since i took it out of the package. Especially when you roll it all the way down. The materials simply smells toxic like a burnt plastic or rubber. I had it all the way opened, standing it vertically, and having a fan and a carbon air filter on high hoping the smell can subside. I was doing it for about 12-18 hours daily x 3 days straight and the smell finally subsided i would say from 100% to 15%. At first the smell was so pungent it gave me a headache after 5minutes in the room with it. Now i think the last 15% will linger a bit and it is much more tolerable. All i want to say is, buy this if you have a garage or somewhere you can fully air it out. If you are like me living in a small apartment… good luck. I had to air it out with windows opened, air filter and fan blowing on max locked in an empty room. Otherwise, if this doesn’t smell, I’d give it 5 stars.
Not 80”. The product was super easy to install and the images show up clear. My only issue is that I ordered an 80 inch screen and this screen is 71.5 . It’s too small for my living room. Its a shame I have to return it because it is great quality.
